In this interview, we talk with Kathryn Carr (who is PMI Corporate's new VP of Brokerage) about her vision to help PMI franchisees incorporate brokerage into their property management businesses.
Prior to joining PMI, Kathryn was most recently the senior trainer for Realogy and Century 21 and part of the Century 21 real estate brand for more than twenty years. She is a second generation real estate agent and has also been a real estate broker and sales associate.
Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and has completed her Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and Certified Real Estate Broker Manager (CRB) designations as well as earning a certification in blended learning from The Association for Talent Development.
