As a collective, we have been gifted spaciousness in a way we have never seen before.
A third of the world is on lockdown, and many of us in the west are privileged enough to get paid and compensated for staying home. How do we make the most of this time?
I have been witnessing enormous amounts of creativity as people have been writing, painting, sharing workshops, and classes from the comfort of their own homes.
This global crisis could become a very potent incubator for those of us who should choose to use it in this way.
In this (more optimistic) podcast episode, I share some thoughts and ideas on how we can make the most of this time to create from a place of alignment and connection to our highest essence.
There are two parts of this, first is making the decision we want to be part of this creative wave. The next is creating the right container for it.
Too much spaciousness can be like a popped tire, allow the potency of great ideas to escape.
This 28 min podcast episode shares a few ideas on how to make the most of this time to truly discover the power of our essence and find ways of sharing it with the global community at a time when it needs it most. =
Happy to hear comments and reflections as usual.
Stay in touch!

This is my third (and hopefully last) episode on the coronavirus.
Recording this from my home in Spain, death tolls are soaring as we live under extreme lock down conditions. As death becomes so prominent around us, not only death of people, but of habits, jobs, relationships, etc... this situation has become a potent invitation to look at our relationship to death.
For thousands of years, many traditions, religions and philosophies have considered death to be only part of a process which also includes rebirth.
This episode explores how beneficial it can be to reconnect to philosophies which encompass ideas of rebirth in these times. The place where death and birth meet is also the place where we can connect to our highest and most limitless potential.
From the mystery schools of ancient civilisations to Buddhism, christianity and quantum physics, the idea of death and rebirth has been an essential duality which is intrinsic to all of our beings and to everything in existence.
the place where the two meet is the undifferentiated field, which transcends time and form, which connects us directly to the fields of higher power where we all can connect to our highest and fullest potential. This episode is 45 minutes including a 17 minute energetic and somatic practice.
I would love to hear your thoughts and opinions. you can email me at [email protected]I also announced in this episode that I am offering free distance healing sessions to people who have either contracted coronavirus or are exhibiting symptoms of the disease. If that is you or someone you know, contact me and we can organise the session.
Lots of love your way.Marc www.marcperidis.com

Since last week's episode in which I shared some views on the Coronavirus pandemic, the situation has escalated rapidly.
As it all unfolds, the western world is facing a massive lock-down as well as the possibility for learning some valuable lessons at a very fast pace.
This "forced" time at home becomes an invitation to explore certain part of ourselves we may not always have the time to explore, and in these times of economic crisis may call for us to look at our individual and collective shadow around money. For most of us, the financial consequences of this crisis are inevitable and this is the perfect time for us to look at our issues around scarcity and self-worth.
The answer and the antidote to all of these is found by connecting to our highest essence and recognise our intrinsic gift we are here to share with the world.
This may be the perfect time for each of us to embody our magnificence.
As live workshops are becoming casi-impossible to plan, I felt called to create a series of online workshops to support those who want to engage on an journey to unlock their higher purpose and engage with deeper levels of creativity and abundance.
Full details can be found here.

Coronavirus has overtaken our media, and even seeped into our politics.
Yet there is a backlash from people questioning if things are really as bad as are being demonstrated.
My "shamanic" take on the situation involves stripping away layers of illusion and looking at the potential gift behind this global situation.
Is this the universe nudging us to slow down our consumption and be more respectful to our environment? Could it be a cosmic invitation for us to collectively slow down, make space in our lives and perhaps begin a much-needed global healing process?
This episode is 30 minutes long and does not include a practice so if you would like a practice you can find many of them in previous recordings on my website at www.marcperidis.com/ptdsI would love to hear your thoughts on this virus, the crisis around it as well as the opinions I shared.

When it comes to groundbreaking creativity, where does inspiration truly come from?
Were ancient temples really built by slaves who spent years pushing heavy stones up intelligently maneuvered cable systems? Or could these have been miraculously flung into place by the power of a single magician's words and intention?
Even today, so many of us wrack our brains trying to figure out how we will create and produce the material we want to share with the world and call forth success. Then people like Adele and The Beatles come along and create hit singles effortlessly emerging from a breakup or channeled over breakfast.
Are we trying too hard? When did we stop believing in our superpowers?
This has been a big topic for me lately. Ever since I stopped using social media, I launched this podcast as a vehicle of expression of ideas that are pertinent for me, and that I feel will be relevant for others.
Offering a new episode, every new moon and full moon felt right in terms of aligning to the cosmic system which runs our collective field. My delay in offering this latest episode (now 5 days overdue after Saturday's full moon) was indicative of my need to look into this whole process and to asses when useful ideas naturally arise vs. when I am trying to push them out of a box.
This podcast is an invitation to look at the creative process in a different way to that of our current cultural system, which is often based on planning and doing.
And the rockin' 15-minute practice at the end will take these concepts to a somatic level, offering us a process which creates a massive void, and then a rich and nurturing space for resourcing and harnessing our creative force.
The results are (literally) magnetic!
They may not appear in the way we imagine!

The human being is a "species with amnesia" said Graham Hancock.
Looking at ancient civilisations which preceded us by thousands of years, we can get a taste for the infinite and expansive nature of human potential.
After diving inwards to harness our power in episode 4, episode 5 guides us into a dive which takes us to a place of accessing our highest power.
This episode is 35 minutes, including a rockin' 15 minute guided dive process.
These recordings scratch the surface of what is possible.

The mysterious power of external criticism (happy holidays)
The past few months have been exciting for many of us.
I have witnessed many people awaken their higher purpose, invoking their authentic essence, and harnessing the power of their unique gifts.
The importance of this rich, inward exploration becomes apparent.
Unlocking our hidden powers, and awakening and sharing our greatest gift affects every part of our life. It magnetizes love, abundance, helps heal family relationships, and even profoundly impacts health. Then the holidays happen...
We find ourselves surrounded by family and friends and the reality of potential tensions.
Todayâs 35 min episode explores how we can use this potential holiday âjaggednessâ as a way of deepening and strengthening this exploration.
Three elements come into play:
1- Our essential gift
As we unlock and embody our inner essence, we begin to find a sense of wholeness, which is incredibly transformative and magnetic.
2- Our codependent relationships
The process of unlocking our true nature often involves bringing forth something unique and different from the cultural status quo. This can bring up fears, anxieties as well as many unresolved shadows as we need to make a decision of whether we choose to stay within the safety of the parameters of our tribe or take the plunge into the riskier waters of our unique essence.
3- External criticismAs we choose to share more and more of ourselves with others, we expose ourselves to potentially harsh criticism from those we love.
We can either choose to avoid this at all costs, or decide to take it on as part of our exploration, eventually allowing our embodiment of this essence to reach even deeper levels.
The premise of this work:
Criticism received from others can be an invitation to explore what we honestly think about ourselves.
I have personally found it most beneficial to take these criticisms as arrows pointing to the parts of our inner landscape, which may be unresolved.
The more hurtful the criticism, the bigger the arrow.
This podcast goes into this topic at greater length, followed, as usual, by a 15 min dive using awareness, energy, sound, and breath.
As the dives allow us unrestricted and unlimited access to our infinite intelligence, they become the antidote to our codependent relationships. They provide us a potent force of pleasure so rich and intense that any benefit we think we get from our co-dependency patterns will pale by comparison.
As the chords come undone, we can loosen our grip and become who we were really meant to be.
Let me know about your explorations or any feedback and experiences by emailing me on [email protected]

The 15-20 last minutes of every episode have guided listeners through a dive process.
When done properly, a dive is a deeply transformative somatic practice to help us reach our highest potential by engaging with our infinite intelligence.
This episode talks all about this transformative practice, how it benefits us and how to get the most out of our diving time.
The 44 min episode includes a 15 min short dive process at the end.
My workshops and retreats offer opportunities to take this process to its highest expression.

Welcome to the 3rd season of the Mystery School Podcast.
This November full moon edition kicks off our 3rd season together as well as a new name and a new format. Each episode will be dedicated to a specific question which I often get from clients, workshop participants, or podcast listeners.
For this first episode of the series, it made sense to start from the beginning: How do we get started on a spiritual path?
I had some real resistance to making this question a podcast topic, mainly because people who attend my workshops or listen to my podcast tend to be quite knowledgeable and âadvancedâ when it comes to spirituality. I felt this topic would bore them and wouldnât fulfill their expectations. This led me to me realise the importance of this topic, not only for those who are beginners on this path but for anyone who might benefit from taking a step back and going back to the crucial basics.
Expected answers might include exploring Buddhism, meditation, yoga, or Kaballah.
Instead, my answer is as simple as it is complicated.
GIVING OURSELVES SPACE.
The first step towards a more spiritual life, in my eyes, is to give ourselves as little as 10 minutes per day, to sit in stillness and âbeingnessâ perhaps with a notebook, creating to begin a process of discovery of the truth of who we are.
Sometimes exploring the above-mentioned traditional starting points might be frustrating for some who find themselves creating expectations of what is required of them to be âspiritualâ or frustrated when they feel like they are unable to âmeditate properly.â
Beginning to make space sounds simple but in a cultural landscape that values a âtime is moneyâ approach of doing and âmaking the most of life,â it can become easy to think of reasons why making time of ourselves is wasteful and redundant.
I disagree.
On my path, I have found that the more space I have allowed for stillness, introspection, and practice, the more I have found myself attracting money, love, purpose, and all the other delicious juicy things we run around looking for.
For those of you who are more experienced and developed on this path:
I know I canât speak for all of you, but many will often admit they find it hard to make this kind of space for themselves.
So what about all the Hay House books, Buddhist temples, Audiobooks, and Kabbalah centers?
Those are great, and I can recommend a chunky list of them if required.
But my explorations have shown me that making space in our lives allows for the right things to appear at just the right time.
Making that time, slowing down, nourishing yourself with good food and enough sleep are the first steps.
Trust that the right workshops, teachers, guides, podcasts, and retreats will arrive at just the right time.
That is the magic of a world that is working for us rather than against us.
I hope you enjoy this episode.
It is approximately 35 minutes, including a 13 min dive/practise.
I have to say this dive is probably the one I have enjoyed the most on this podcast, so it is worth listening just for this.

I have to admit it:
I love confessions, everything about them, every which way.
Publicly revealing âshamefulâ facts about my life somehow always seems to awaken the most orgasmic, erotic âfrissonâ in my field, while hearing others reveal their darkest secrets feels honest, trustworthy, and refreshing in a world where this isnât the norm.Itâs not about drama, a good gossip, nor the ego trip of getting an exclusive scoop. Confessing to ourselves and to others can become a gateway to our highest truth, a most effective practise for reaching our fullest spiritual expansion.
Our Mystery School teachers knew this as well.
This podcast episode speaks of how âunravelling the selfâ was a primordial part of the Mystery school practices which shifted the course of mankindâŚ
Our ancestors knew this as well.
For thousands of years personal confessions were a primordial part of the Mystery school practices which shifted the course of mankindâŚ
This podcast is 55 minutes including a 15 min dive/practise.NEW PODCAST FORMAT:
Starting next Full moon, the format of this podcast will change.
the podcast will still be published on every full moon and new moon, but from now on I will be answering questions that I often get from clients and workshop participants in the podcasts.
As there are many questions which do come up often, I believe it may be beneficial to dedicate podcast episodes to them so the answers can have a further reach and potentially benefit a wider range of listeners.
I will also be answering listener questions, so do feel free to send any questions you may have about these topics, or perhaps a situation in your life that needs resolving at [email protected].
We can also set up a call which will allow us to answer the question over a 20 min dialog which can be recorded to a podcast.
I look forward to seeing how this unfolds.

Over the past few years, my path as a shaman has led me to hold and participate in ceremonies around the world, aiming to support the energetic development of the Earth.
These ceremonies often take place at sacred sites, some which are very old, and I have been fascinated by the profound impact this has had on my life, my development as well as that of other participants.
I have therefore become fascinated by the exploration of these sites, and the understanding of the forces which lie behind such significant impact.
The pyramids of Giza
The complex of the Pyramids of Giza is without a doubt one of the most influential and impactful of such sites and unravelling its mystery may provide answers to many questions which are relevant to our society today and to the future of humanity.
As we recently held an online ceremony at the site for the September full moon, I thought I would gather some information which helps us better understand the impact of these compelling structures.
Egyptologist claims
If you have read traditional history books or even taken an official guided tour of the site, you would have heard that the pyramids were created 2500 years BC as a burial site for 3 important kings. The accompanying Sphinx statue, showing the body of a lion with the head of a God, represented the head of Khafre, the most important of the three. As recently as 1977, however, conflicting evidence has been emerging from researchers and experts in the fields of sacred sites and *Archaeoastronomy who firmly believe these would have been built 12000 years ago to be used as ceremony spaces supporting mankind in reaching higher levels of consciousness.
Archaeoastronomy
Archaeoastronomy is the investigation of the astronomical knowledge of prehistoric cultures and is used to study the relationship between ancient archaeological sites and the cosmos.
Ancient civilisations intentionally aligned sacred sites to the cosmos because they believed this connection allowed humans to gain access to highly useful information, in the form of energy and codes, allowing them to access a higher level of intelligence. The great pyramids, as well as many other famous sites, were built according to these alignments.
The pyramids and Orion
The primary alignment which is associated with the pyramids of Giza is the one known as the Orion correlation. Analysis of the monuments indicates the site would have been purposely constructed in relationship with the relative positions of the three stars in the constellation of Orion as they appeared around 12000 years ago.
The alignment would have shifted today as a result of the process of precession by which the Earth's relationship to the cosmos changes over time. Had the site been built at the supposed date of 2500 BC, these would have been out of alignment with Orion's belt
Claims that the site was used as the kings' burial ground were also questioned, as further research had indicated no bodies had ever been found within them and that neighboring sites would have been used for burial instead.
Why Orion
So why were the pyramids created in alignment to Orion?
How did this relate to their actual use and purpose?
The stars of Orion were associated with Osiris, the god of rebirth and afterlife. It was considered the gateway to the milky way, the place in the universe associated with the transcendence of souls to other dimensions. It is also theorized that the Nile represented the Milky way on Earth.
This transcendence of souls relates, not only to beings which die a physical death but to humans who were known to undergo a process called "live resurrection" during which initiates theoretically died while their physical body remained alive. This process which was recognized as the highest order of spirituality by influential societies around the world was common practice in ancient Egypt and took place among the chambers and passageways of sacred sites such as the ones found in the Pyramids.
Let's not forget that it has often been cited that the construction methods of the pyramids appear so advanced we would be unable to replicate them today.
How would they have been built so long ago?
The connection to Orion alludes to a construction date approximately 12,000 years ago, which is significant as this relates to the story of the advanced civilisation of Atlantis. The fact that this ancient civilization, first discussed by Plato in 350 BC, was said to boast the use of highly advanced technologies which may hold the answer to the mystery of the pyramids' construction.
Pyramid design principles:
Sacred sites such as this one often display the use of the specific criteria relating to orientation, sacred geometry, and mathematics in their construction, which amplify the sacred nature of the site.
Here are a few which can be noted upon analysis of the pyramids:The structures face true north which each side relating directly to one orientation, north-south- east-west. In doing so, they all align to the sunrise at a specific equinox/ solstice stage of the Earth's natural cycle.
The Sphinx, based on the constellation of Leo, is directly facing east which is the rising sun of the spring solstice
The pyramids are built to precisely the same proportions of the planet Earth to a scale of 1: 43200.
Their form was based on that of a pyramid-shaped hill called Dehenet which overlooked the Valley of the Kings. This hill was recognized by the pharaohs as a gateway to the other world, a place where humans would hold ceremonies and learn to access their highest selves.
Its construction also reflects the use of the famous diagram of the circle squared.
The circle squared
In ancient civilisations, the circle represented the heavens above, the spirit world, while the square symbolized the Earth manifested.
A diagram in which a circle and square of same sizes would overlap was often used to represent the meeting of Heaven and Earth, a representation of our potential enlightenment and of the very reason for our existence on Earth as human beings. It is demonstrated that this circle square diagram was used in the construction of the pyramid shape as it was in other sacred sites such as Stonehenge, a famous British stone circle. Its use allowed the physical architecture of the site to support the site's ceremonious activities intending to enable the above connection.
These sites would serve as meeting grounds for mystery schools which aimed to teach humans how to connect to the cosmic realm so that they could live better lives.
Egypt was actually known as the place where mystery schools originated, possibly originally intending to restore order after the fall of Atlantis.
The human and the circle / square diagram,
Leonardo Da Vinci's famous drawing of the Vitruvian man famously showed a diagram in which a male body stands in alignment with the graphic of a square and circle overlapping; a significant indication that enlightenment is also intrinsically embodied in the physicality of human beings.
The pyramids and other structures similarly built, were therefore created using scales and dimensions which referred to the connection between Heaven and Earth but also that to a shape inherent to mankind.
This point to a possible indication that our fundamental purpose as humans may be to unite Heaven and Earth.
So the more we connect to these structures, the more we connect to the fields of higher intelligence which they relate to. In doing so, we transcend the veil of illusion which we experience as humans and begin to see beyond the misconceptions of our materiality.
In doing so, we grow and expand and gain the ability to live better lives daily.
As Graham Hancock says, the pyramids are mysterious architectural structures which invite us to unravel its mystery. As we unravel its mystery, we unravel our own as well.

We often experience fear as a weakness, a roadblock, a paralysing, and dreaded inconvenience that makes us "less than."
When faced with it: we freeze, we fight, we flee.We justify it by relating it to past experiences and traumas:
"XYZ happened when I was a kid; it will happen again. It will be worse next time.." etc.
We often avoid it so craftily that it even appears absent while its damages roar.We want it gone. Banished.
It resists. Persists. Its effects can be damaging if we don't engage with it properly, and our limbic system will often grant us only limited access to the emotional abilities needed to handle and maneuver it.
Paralysis, reactivity, and destruction can ensue.
The truth behind fear.
The causes of our fears are beliefs and thoughts which are illusions crafted by our lower-level consciousness.
We become dependent and addicted to them, gripping them like a lifeline.Fear itself, however, is a genuine and crucial part of our human story.
Fear is the first reflex which appears in the creation of our physical organism.
Fear is responsible for keeping us alive, adjusting our organism to the stresses it will inevitably experience.Fear is love; fear is aliveness.
Fear is the seed of deep creativity and connection to truth. The experience of fear and its related obstacles is a sacred practice:
an invitation for human beings to re-engage with the power of their highest potential.
How do we release the fears which stop us from living in alignment with our highest potential?
How do we overcome the obstacles which stand in the way of a richer, fuller, and more purposeful life? Our fears, beliefs, obstacles, are, like everything else, frequency patterns which are part of the illusion of the material reality in which we exist. These frequency patterns manifest into form through our consciousness, shaped by intention, which is influenced by our beliefs.
The most effective way to resolve these is to dance with them at their point of origin: using inter-dimensionality and stepping into a field of pure undifferentiated light.
For this new moon edition of the Sacred Vortex Mystery School podcast, I am sharing pieces of the recording of a workshop I held in London a few weeks ago.
It begins with a short space of silence to acknowledge we are stepping into a field of shared energy frequency.
It follows with sharing of knowledge and philosophy, based on the shamanistic approach to connecting to the truth.
We follow with a guided energetic process, using intention, focus, energetic intensity, consciousness, sound, and breath, allowing to process and "dive in with" whatever is in the room.If you enjoyed this podcast episode, you can view my website for more content on www.marcperidis.com

There is an epic interview on youtube of Jim Carey with an E news fashion reporter at New York Fashion Week in 2017 which had the main stream media questioning the actor's sanity...
When prompted about what brings him to the (obviously superficial) event, he decides to embark on a rant about how meaningless it all is, because, in fact, "None of it exists". None of anything exists, according to Carey, it is all an illusion. As he walks away, smiling nonchalantly, the reporter is left dumbfounded, and shocked. While perhaps the "E news'" fashion week red carpet interview was not the best place for the concept to be popularised... understanding the idea of the delusion of the material world was a central part of the teachings of the mystery schools of ancient civilisations, supporting them in helping them shift the course of mankind.
In previous episodes, I discussed how ancient mystery schools of civilisations made our connection to the cosmic field a central part of their practice, leading humans to live at a higher potential. I also spoke of the process of "live resurrection" (then known as the highest order of spirituality) which aimed to support humans in accessing wider scopes of information, knowledge and wisdom which would be most useful to improve their lives.
In this episode, I share how students and initiates of these schools, following these practices, would awaken to the idea that the material world we experience is only an illusion. That our beings expand much beyond it, and that our potential for growth and transformation is infinite.
I also share my own experience of awakening from this illusion after my journey climbing Kilimanjaro, and discuss ways that we can start to integrate this wisdom in our daily lives (in much softer and muted ways) without having to go through the gruelling processes endured by our ancestors.
As usual, the podcast closes with a guided energy dive.

A DARING, YET HISTORICALLY RECOGNISED CONCEPT BY WHICH THE DEATH OF OUR ILLUSIONS CAN MEAN THE BIRTH OF OUR POTENTIALITY.
How does a human being reach their highest potential? How do we gain the ability to live a richer, fuller, and more purposeful life, capable of profound impact? A spiritual process, including death, may hold the answer...
"Live resurrection" is a process which has been used by sages for thousands of years, historically recognised as the highest spiritual practice available to man.
In this episode, I introduce it as a concept, discuss its benefits, how it relates to other ideas I have presented in this podcast previously and most importantly, how we can make use of it in our modern context. My previous episodes spoke of the mystery schools of ancient civilisations in which we learned that connecting to the cosmos was the key to living a more expanded life. For thousands of years, our ancestors used "live resurrection" to help initiates reach their highest potential and live better lives, as part of the mystery school lineage.
In this episode, I talk about what exactly is "live resurrection", what are its benefits, how it relates to other concepts I have presented in this podcast previously and most importantly, how we can make use of this concept in our modern context.
As usual, part 2 of the episode is an 18-min guided energy work practice to help you dive into your physical body and energy field.

Our connection to the cosmos.
In the last 2 episodes of this podcast, Understanding the mystery schools of ancient civilisations and Doubting Plato, I spoke about our individual connection to the cosmos as an important principle / concept when seeking substantial personal growth and lasting transformation.Due to its nature, this concept can be quite abstract. Therefore, I wanted to take some time to dive into it deeper:
⢠What exactly does it mean to be connected to the cosmos?
⢠How does one experience it?
⢠And how does it manifest in a form in which we can experience in our physical realm? In this episode I explain the concept I refer to as âIntegrated beingnessâ which I see as the integration, union or meeting point two worlds which govern our existence: the physical world of form, and the etheric, spirit world of we often refer to as âuniverseâ.
This union is important because achieving it can be very effective in allowing us to live a richer, fuller and more purposeful life, reaching a state that I refer to as âthe expanded selfâ.To demonstrate this concept practically, I begin by sharing a personal experience, one of the darkest moments of my life.
The healing darkness
In 2007, I began to run a business which, like many start-ups, had been a rollercoaster, experiencing many highs and lows.
One of the lowest moments of the companyâs story, and of my personal life, came in December 2013 when the business overwhelmed with work, yet riddled with crippling and interminable cash flow issues caused by delayed payments by important clients, nearly shutting the business down.As payday of December 2013 quickly approached, I became aware there were not enough funds to pay employee salaries. This devastated me. I had become accustomed to sacrificing my own salary numerous times, understanding that a business owner takes risks and those come with sacrifice.
But knowing that the problems of our business would affect the livelyhood of the hardworking members of my team paralysed me with fear. Then came the blessing in disguise.
As part of a 1=year personal development program, I was due to head into a spiritual retreat at the time which meant I would be offline for 5 days. I raced and raced trying to sort the problem before going away and there was no solution in sight.Knowing I wouldnât be online during this time was like watching a car crash happening and knowing there was nothing you could do about it. Something told me I needed to participate in this retreat.
I was right.
Of the 5 days, 3 full days (day and night) were spent in a deep practice of a body of work called Continuum movement, a breath, sound and movement practice allowing us to connect to what they call the âcosmic anatomyâ.I had no choice to immerse myself deep in this practice, ever further away from the realm of reality in which I was desperate to find a solution to this situation.
These days were intense.Immersed in darkness, we continuously followed breath and movement sequences which allowed us to reach a state in which we moved beyond the realm in which we commonly live into another realm, labelled the cosmic anatomy.
In this field, time and space didnât exist, strange hallucinations appeared, as well as images of what seemed to be the past and the future, all woven in as one.Days and nights were one, and the group of men seemed like one breathing body moving as an expanded whole, at one with everything else.
We emerged from this practice, to a cold snowy December day in Berlin,
Having returned to reality, I began to realise it was time to face the situation I had left behind, unsure what I would find.
In the situation I was in, I didnât even have the funds available to pay the few hundred pounds for the retreat. A friend and fellow participant offered to help.
On our trip out to the cash machine, his card didnât seem work. Rather than experiencing any distress, I heard a voice telling me to try mine, which was odd as there should be no money there.
I did, and by sheer miracle, money emerged, meaning salaries had been paid.
As I investigated further I found a mysterious, substantial, sum of money had appeared in our account, which I later identified as a mistake from a client which who we were due to start working with in the coming months.
They mistakenly paid us instead of another supplier, and had emailed saying we could keep this money as an advance payment of the work to be executed later on.
This amount was enough to pay the salaries and hold us long enough for things to turn around.Could this all have just been luck? A coincidence?
I had a deep knowing that this apparent miracle had been a product of this 3-day dive into the waters of healing cosmic darkness.
Beyond saving us from an apparently inevitable car crash, this experience began a difficult personal exploration process which I was able to weather with the help of my newly available abilities for introspection: Abilities which allowed me to turn a situation of near bankruptcy into a rich and purposeful situation of lasting abundance, which I am still thankful to be experiencing today. An understanding of cosmic healing
I have always struggled to understand exactly what happened in those 3 days.
Over the 6 years since this experience my life has transformed at an exponential rate.
I have worked with various teachers, experienced various practices, been initiated as a shaman, and completed various trainings which all exposed me to different ideas of multi-dimensionality which all seemed to share a common chord.Mapping how I perceive all these parts coming together explains the work I do and the meaning of practices such as this podcast, in a way that I hope will be easy to understand.
I had always thought of the cosmos as a place far away, a wide mysterious expanse which I later realised we can access it via certain specific bridges.
What later became clear to me, is the principle of integrated beingness, which is the dance between the cosmic anatomy and what we call our physicality, our form.Learnings from Sages and Saints
My exploration was nurtured by teachings from various religions and philosophies.
With Buddhism I understood the power of our thoughts on the shaping of our physical experience.
With Taoism I learned about the play between the world of form and non-form.
With Christianity I spoke about the connection between heaven and Earth and the human beingâs connection to its ultimate potentiality, demonstrated by its incorporation of Godliness.Information was then passed on to me by various teachers who shared their own teachings, often shaped by their own transcendental experiences.
I deeply resonated with these as I found myself experiencing massive growth as a result of the practice.Learnings from Science
Then from a scientific perspective, one of the basic, foundational principles is that everything is energy, which was proven by quantum physics, more specifically by Neils Bohr and Albert Einsteinâs Special theory of relativity.
Even the smallest nucleus of an atom is only energy. This leads to a further understanding that our Physical universe is only a denser part of a much greater field which is immeasurable and invisible or undetectable to our traditional senses.
Researcher Joseph Selbie in his book, âThe physics of Godâ, calls this field the Energy-verse, a term I love.
A series of famous and very significant studies called âThe double-slit experimentsâ gave birth to a few very valuable concepts:
⢠The wave-matter duality
⢠The intelligent observer paradox
⢠Locality vs non-localityThe wave-matter duality
In the double slit experiments, tests on light shows that energy, therefore everything around us, can be either in wave form or in matter form.
It also indicates that everything is essentially in wave form until it is perceived by an intelligent observer, in which case it becomes matter.
It is further understood that the form of this matter is shaped by thought, expectation and belief.Locality vs non-locality
The proven fact that everything is wave until it manifests into form leads us to the concept of Locality vs non-locality.
Locality is the reality which is manifested in form, a 3-dimensional physical realm of form, in which we exist physically in which we experience things day to day, in which everything materialises.
Non-locality is the realm in which there is no time, no form, no limits: a 2dimension, non-locality which is a sort of holographic version of our selves. What bridges the two is our consciousness.
Nobel prize winning scientist Werner Heisenberg, who was at the helm of all these studies, used the name âPotentiaâ to define the realm behind matter which had no measurable form.Continuous recreation
This leads us to the possibility that in fact in every moment our entire universe is destroyed and recreated, and the only thing making it what we perceive it as is our own expectation of its appearance. One of the most fascinating bits of research I came across, also mentioned in Selbieâs Physics of God, is extensive research of people with MPD, Multiple Personality Disorder.
It has been demonstrated extensively that people with MPD have the ability to physically change their physical form, ie: the appearance of their eyes, scars, marks, and other physical attributes, various times per hour depending on which personality comes through.
This means that our physical attributes, and in fact everything in the physical world, is influenced by the non-local field in which exist our thoughts, beliefs and expectations.
As the universe is compose of this local 3-dimensional physical field and the non-local 2-dimensional field, so are we.
As human beings we have access to both worlds, both are interdependent on each other, affecting one another. The physical form will transition while the 2-dimensional non-local form will continue on.So, if we all have this access, why do we get sick, suffer? Get in debt?
Why do we seem to be unable to âcontrol thingsâ?Our life experiences which arise in the form of trauma, inherited patterns, or other will lead us to hold deeply-rooted beliefs and thoughts in the realm of our 2-dimensional non-local field, inhibiting our 3-dimensional reality.
For lasting and significant shifts to occur, changes need to happen in the invisible dimensions in which everything originates.
While all of us can be aware of the idea of this âinvisible realmâ, not all of us have the ability to function in this realm, an ability people such as Joseph Selbie and one of my main teachers Kenneth Ray Stubbs calls âKnowingnessâ.
According to this idea, what differentiates us from saints, sages and other miracle workers is that very knowingness. As I became trained and initiated as a shaman, mainly through the training with Stubbs, I began to develop my own abilities for knowingness: enabling me to support others in transforming their lives.
Intention and manifestation:
So how does this relate to specific ideas of intention and manifestation known as âThe law of attractionâ, popularised by books such as âThe Secretâ?
My experience of manifestation and intention is not limited to asking for something specific and hoping for it to happen, but rather consciously working towards the resolution of deeply rooted beliefs and issues at an energetic level, the level of the non-local realm. When changes are enabled in this realm, beliefs shift and life transforms. Dramatically. Often in ways we could have never anticipated when intending with traditional methods. It is therefore not about intending a specific result but nurturing a potent field in which the truth can arise in the form of miracles.
How?
The more time one can spend in the non-local realm the more likely he/she is to develop âfunctioningâ and âknowingâ abilities in it.
⢠Regular practices which take us out of the local physical realm and allow us to spend time in the non-local realm do so (such as my 3-day dive in the waters of healing darkness).
⢠This seems to be what the benefit of Ayahuasca, the traditional South-American hallucinogenic tea-drinking ceremony which enables us to experience the dissolution of our form, allowing us, by default to access a space of non-locality.
⢠Meditation and stillness can allow us to disconnect from 3-dimensional âculturalâ noise. Though often our minds can get jumpy, chaotic thought patterns distracting us. Therefore, practices which allow us to distract the mind and take us to an delta, alpha, theta state, such as breath and sound work, or the type of practice I present in these podcasts.
⢠Regular work with a teacher who is highly developed and who has the ability to share knowingness abilities with you in a way that your own can be developed.
⢠If intense work with a teacher or a retreat into darkness is too much for you, we can make softer, yet still significant changed such as spending more time doing work and hobbies which connect us to our purpose, spend more time connected with nature, engaging with art, or anything else which comes from a pure and heartful source, in favour of spending time in city centres, shopping malls, using social media, other forms of digital media, or anything else which is a condensed version of the cultural form.In conclusion
So how does any of this explain what happened in my 3-day experience in a healing darkness practice?
I tend to see the financial roller-coaster experience of my business as a manifestation of my deeply-rooted unresolved beliefs, mostly stemming from past experiences, inherited patterns, cultural beliefs and the gift of past life karma being played.
I realised I inherited patterns which existed in my family, that abundance can be achieved but it can also be lost, yielding destructive situations.
There were also some important realisations about my lack of self-love which was being played out in these situations.
By 2013, at the time of this experience, I had already been doing personal work for 3 years and had engaged on 1-year self-discovery course, of which this workshop was part.
I learned there are no shortcuts to this work.
I believe the 3-day dive described earlier was instrumental in triggering a path of deep change, but it was a seed planted which needed to be nurtured. Along the way we are continuously asked whether or not we choose to accept the invitations presented along the way. Whether we decide to step further into consciousness and develop the many dimensions of ourselves.
It is this multi-dimensional living that can change our lives. -
***Our collective denial of human potential, a concerted path of cultural self-sabotage. ***
In 360 BC, Plato became the first to publicly share the story of Atlantis, a lost civilization which had collapsed 9000 years earlier.
He was considered a genius and for years his work had been praised for its relevance and thought-provoking nature. This story, however, of a society of giants he described as advanced, utopian and God-like, was criticized with such a powerful fervor that, to this day, most still remain skeptical.
In my last episode, I spoke of the mystery schools which connected man to the cosmos allowing us to reach our highest potential. Research indicates hese may have originated as a result of the collapse of Atlantis; its survivors traveled the world sharing the knowledge of this fallen, utopian society with those willing to receive it. Their goal was to carry on the legacy of our ancestors, allowing man to step into his integrated beingness.
Critics claim it was an invention: a fictitious tale used as a means to entertain people while educating them on his (Plato's) theories and ideologies. But as this podcast episode indicated, in recent years, substantial evidence has emerged which could defend the prominent philosopher in front of its critics. So why are we still so resistant?
In this podcast episode I explore the following topics:
Why is mankind so resistant to the story of Atlantis?
What is the basis of the evidence of its existence?
What would we gain from a better understanding of the stories of ancient civilisations in general
I also share a bit about my own experience of Atlantis and how it has impacted my life, allowing me to find a closer alignment to my highest mission. The episode ends with a 15-minute guided embodiment practice using breath and sound.

How can we live fuller, richer lives? How do we live more purposely, supporting the betterment of others? In our current context, these have become important and popular questions.
A concept that really excites me when it comes to personal development is that of the mystery schools of ancient civilizations which is why I chose to share about it in this episode.
What is a mystery school?
Often referring back to the ancient Egyptians, the mystery schools were gatherings of teachers, shamans, and initiates which were held across the world. They aimed to share and preserve ancient wisdom and knowledge which lead us back to the principles from which we came from, which are intrinsic to us.
They spoke of the relationship of man with the cosmos as one allowing us to develop into more integrated beings on Earth, profoundly impacting our communities.Access to the mystery schools was exclusive, they were reserved for people who felt drawn to ideas of personal growth, to be a better citizen on Earth and to an elite who were deemed ready or developed enough to handle it.
They played a central role in ancient cultures as pathways to self-development,
transformation, and awakening experienced by many who played essential roles in society like politicians, philosophers, and mathematicians.Harnessing the power of Sacred sites and vortices
Their traditions of initiation were held at sacred sites around the world.
Sacred sites and vortexes were chosen because they served as portals to connect to higher realms. The process:
The core learnings of the Mystery schools revolve around the concept of a trinity composed of:1- Matter: which is the body/form,
2- Soul: which is the consciousness that unites them
3- Spirit: which is the nucleus of divine presence. The initiates would be guided to awaken as souls, then to awaken as Oneness and then awaken the ability to embody that on Earth.
The process involved a long string of suffering and purification after which the initiate could rise again to embody Godliness in daily life and to serve the evolution of humanity. To stand as an integrated human being, rooted in wholeness able to be of service to the collective.
The cycle of self-actualization into integrated beingness.
Initiates would go through 5 stages of self-actualization as part of a mystery school initiation:1- Learning knowledge of wisdom regarding life as a human
2- The realization of the existence of our soul.
3- The awakening of the soul
4- Connecting to Oneness
5- Embodying Oneness
The goal achieved was the development of the ability to serve othersAreas of the mystery schools
There were two parts to the mystery schools. The lesser mysteries and the greater mysteries.Lesser mysteries focused on knowledge and purification.
Greater mysteries focused on our awakening as a soul, as a ray of the one light which we are meant to embody in daily life to serve culture and society. The end of the mystery schools
They were called the mysteries because of their secret nature, mainly because there was an oath by which they would be punishable by death, but also because the knowledge was based on mythology, symbolism and esoteric work.As the mysteries began to be enacted in front of society as a whole, it became the beginning of the end.
By 400 AD the last mystery schools had been wiped out, coinciding with the arrival of significant figures on Earth who naturally embodied the core teachings of the mystery schools.
People like Buddha, Jesus Christ, Lao Tzu, marking the beginning of a period where religions were created as a way of transmitting the knowledge of the mystery schools.
As these evolved with time, they became hostile to the teachings. The end?
The mystery schools take us back to the world before religion to the purest core of our spiritual beingness.
The mystery schools remain in the background of our evolution because of their nature.
There is talk these may reappear again as they are needed, as part of our evolutionary crisis.Integrated beingness
Connected to their own sovereignty and wholeness, from that point fused with every part of life. Anchoring the planetary purpose in human culture into globally integrated spiritualityThe origins of Mystery schools:
In 360 BC Plato first spoke about Atlantis, a highly advanced civilization which would have existed long ago but would have disappeared in around 9700 BC.
The mystery schools would have been born from survivors of Atlantis who traveled the world. This relates to our need for mystery schools today. My relationship to the mystery schools:
I began exploring the concept of mystery schools in 2012 through the practice of Continuum Movement, a breath and movement practice created in California in the 1960s which is concerned with the connection between man and what they call the cosmic anatomy as a way of reaching full attainment. I began to understand that practices of breathwork sound and movement were part of the process of the mystery school gatherings and initiations.Over the past 7 years, I have been exploring various forms of connection to the cosmos.
After being initiated and trained as a shaman in 2014, I began to work with Earth Vortex sites and sacred sites.
I co-created the Earth energy project
I got a strong sense that what we were touching at these sites was indeed the wisdom of Oneness which would lead us to a more integrated form of being in the world.
I co-facilitated ceremonies on sites such as the Aztec temple of Monte Alban in Mexico, the Blue Mosque in Turkey, the Acropolis in Athens, Stonehenge in the UK, the Serengeti and Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania and many more.
Each experience led me to a deeper understanding of myself, closer to an awareness of being an integrated being connected to Oneness on Earth, and able to share that wisdom with others.
We first started to share this work with others by inviting participants to join the ceremonies online via webconference.
Participants began to report certain benefits such as increased clarity, awareness, and a deeper connection to themselves.
So, I began to reflect on how I could bring the experience of these ceremonies to clients, students and participants in a way that can benefit them most. This was when I began to teach workshops, courses, 1-1 sessions and create podcast recordings to share this impact with others.
Most of the knowledge comes through energetic knowing, which comes from a being accessing certain information and knowledge by being exposed to a specific field with a certain level of development, allowing it to be connected to the higher realms.I have recently decided to group all of this work under one field which I call "the sacred vortex mystery school."
The new name of this podcast will be the Sacred Vortex Mystery school and new episodes will be published bi-monthly on the new and full moon.

We connection to Oneness and self-actualisation is somehow about it being a place of attainment when actually it is a place we can dip in and out of.Reference articles
