In this episode, of The Well Conversation we discuss an important topic on the minds of anyone who imagines a future with kids - Fertility. Just like any topic in the health and wellness world, misinformation can spread fast, creating confusion around an already stressful subject for many.
Although not often discussed, infertility rates are quite high, and have continued to increase since the 1950s. An average of 1 in every 6 couples in Canada now struggle to get pregnant and may need assistance. What is contributing to this? Is it the age women are attempting to get pregnant? Lifestyle factors? Environment? Diet? And what can you do now to improve your fertility.
Here to discuss with us today are two experts in the field of Fertility, Dr.'s Courtney and Stewart Russell
