Itâs finally here, Liberation Day; liberation from the caustic, divisive, neo-Marxist Biden administration, liberation from the underhanded, shadowy Obama 2.0 neo-Bolsheviks, liberation from the heavy hand of our globalist oppressors, liberation from wokeism.
But just like in any successful ârevolutionââand frankly, that is what we have achieved, a revolution in restoring governmental leadership that thinks the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights donât suckâjust in any revolution, We the People have to see it through, which means keeping the pressure on.
Iâve said this before, and I will say it many more times as we move forward. Itâs an Alinsky rule, Rule. No. 8.
Alinsky understood that creating constant tension and conflict was the key to transitioning power. This ruleââkeeping the pressure onââ was and remains crucial to the far-Left's agenda because it focuses on wearing down their opposition through relentless pressure. They understand that if they can keep the pressure applied, they can exhaust and divide their opponents, making it easier to push their transformative, neo-Marxist agenda. It's like a never-ending political battle where the farthest of the Left never lets up.
They use this tactic in various ways, including endless protests, media smear campaigns, and constant calls for change. By keeping the pressure on, they aim to create an atmosphere of crisis and uncertainty that will make people more likely to accept their radical ideas.
Well, I have always thought that if your opponent uses a tacticâor in this case, a set of ârulesââthat works, why not co-opt that rule book and turn those tactics against them? Quite frankly, the Trump campaign (and now administration) understands this and leverages it to its advantage.
But now, the time has come for us to understand our role in our restorative revolution. We cannot go back to being complacent. We cannot foolishly believe that just because we watched President Trump get sworn in as the 47th president, everything will be fine. We are at the beginning of the process, not the end.
While wokeism is now dying, just like a mortally wounded wild animal that is cornered, now is the time when those in that movement are the most dangerous. We all must continue to accurately and factually educate our fellow citizens on why wokeismâits DEI and ESG tenets and its climate change and identity politicsâwhy wokeism is so incredibly damaging to our freedom and to our ability to thrive. That takes engagement, not just liking posts and forwarding memes.
We must immediately shift part of our attention to the 2026 mid-term elections and adding to the majority numbers in the House and the Senate. Why is this important? Well, we do have usual suspect RINOs in the Senate and the House, and our majorities in both houses are not large. We need to be able to have numbers that make the usual suspect RINOs inconsequential. That can only happen if President Trump doesnât have to count on their votes.
In the meantime, we must make sure that those currently elected to office feel our breaths on the back of their necks every minute of every day. We cannot let them fall back into the âself-importanceâ routine. They need to hear from usâwith both positive and negative reinforcement, just like a childâwhen they do things that are both good and bad. The American people gave Donald Trump a mandate to re-establish constitutionalism across our nation, and thatâs what we have to demand: that return to constitutionalism.
We cannot tolerate those elected to the House and the Senate to derail the mandate that we, the voters, bestowed on the 47th president. They must feel pressure from we, the voters, so they know it is unacceptable for them to exhale and return to the bureaucratic, political, inside-the-beltway status quo. Again, that requires engagement, not just poking a button on a social media platform.

President Trump, now inaugurated as the 47th President of the United States, has an incredible amount of work to do in just one term. He must:
* Secure the border, deport criminal aliens, and advocate for legislation to permanently establish immigration laws that make it impossible for transformative neo-Marxists to flood our nation with illegal immigrants ever again
* Completely rework the century-old income tax system to work to our strengths as a nation instead of the current unconstitutional system of inequity and carve-outs for the connected
* Re-establish our energy self-sufficiency and position the US as a net exporter of energy to the world while establishing the US energy industry as a leader in common sense innovative energy development
* Purge our federal governmentâincluding all departments and alphabet agenciesâof partisan political activists
* Streamline and balance the federal budget while expunging overreaching and unconstitutional regulations and the bureaucracyâs ability to establish regulations that equate to law
* Re-establish the core mission of the Pentagon to that of a warfighting machine instead of a social engineering Petri dish
* Reclaim the United States' rightful seat at the world power table to regain the ability to influence and potentially compromise the relationship between communist China and neo-Soviet Russia
And these are just some of the big-ticket things that Mr. Trump must achieve in only four years. To say his slate is full is an incredible understatement.
This is precisely why weâas well as the Trump administrationâcanât allow the business-as-usual disrupters of the far-Left and the RINO classes to âwrench the machineâ like they usually do. And to make sure that doesnât happen, we must stay engaged; we must take the lead in using the far-Leftâs playbook against them. We must think and act cohesively as a movementâa transformative constitutionalist movementâusing tactics; ârulesâ that have proven to work on the stage of social influence.
To reiterate the Alinksy Rules:
* Power is not only what you have but what the enemy thinks you have
* Never go outside the experience of your people
* Whenever possible go outside of the experience of the enemy
* Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules
* Ridicule is man's most potent weapon. There is no defense. It is almost impossible to counterattack ridicule. Also, it infuriates the opposition, who then react to your advantage
* A good tactic is one your people enjoy
* A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag
* Keep the pressure on
* The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself
* The major premise for tactics is the development of operations that will maintain a constant pressure upon the opposition.
* If you push a negative hard and deep enough, it will break through into its counterside; this is based on the principle that every positive has its negative
* The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative
* Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it
So, with the inauguration of Donald Trump as the 47th President of the United States, I exist with hope in my heart for a re-establishment of constitutionalism for our Republic and a return to equal opportunity and prosperity for all. But without our commitment to âseeing it through,â without our efforts to âkeep the pressure on,â this spectacular revolution will have all been for naught. It will die on the vine.
And if we fail now to achieve our goals, the far-Left willâwithout doubtâexecute a resurgence that will make the Clinton-Obama-Biden era look like nothing. What will come after our failure will make Maoâs Cultural Revolution look like childâs play ad that will not only affect the United States, it will affect the world.
If that doesnât motivate you, I donât know what will.

Well, Joe Biden said his official goodbye to the nationâallegedlyâin his farewell speech to the nation, which most people decided not to watch. The fact is this. Biden has been beyond a lame-duck president since the Obama machine shelved him as the Democrat candidate.
But his farewell address had some things worthy of being addressed, even if for their obvious hypocrisy and the telegraphing of his and his administrationâs misdeeds.
I have edited his speech down to a few points and hurried his speech along, so if you are someone who thought Biden was a good president, no, Iâm not taking him out of context. So, feel free to go about your day in your bizarre pseudo-utopian bubble.
In this first clip, Biden discusses the importance of treating everyone with dignity, justice, and fairness.
Without time enough to blink, the question erupted: So, what happened to Donald Trumpâs right to be treated with dignity, justice, and fairness? He was denied each for his tenure and Bidenâs term. He was called Hitler; they mocked his appearance, turned a blind eye to his benevolence to call him greedy, and denied him fair treatment both socially, professionally, and judicially.
But that set the tone for Bidenâs speech. He would go on to disingenuously serve up one hypocrisy after another even as he telegraphed his own opportunistic actions before and during his presidency.
In this following clip, Biden has the unmitigated gall to say that we all must have the backbone to stand up to those who abuse power.
You have to wonder if he really doesnât understand that he is describing exactly what he and his administrationâObama 2.0âhave done for eight years. He talks about ârespectingâ the institutions of government. Yet, at every turn, he transformed whole departments and agencies of our federal government into weapons against his enemies and the American people.
And to even suggest that he is a proponent of a âfree and independent pressâ when his and his partyâs relationship with the mainstream media was both nepotistic and sympathetic stinks a vomitous stench of untruth. We havenât had a free and independent press since the days of Woodrow Wilson, and itâs only gotten worse over the years.
And then Biden made these obnoxious claims.
The claim that this administration did anything to protect our children should earn Biden his own private circle in Danteâs world. There has never been a more egregious push to normalize gender dysphoria than during the Biden administration. The entirety of his staffâappointees et al.âwere obsessed with sexuality and the sexualization of our children. And they were so to the point where they attempted to come between the sacred bond of parent and child. The Biden administration did more to corrupt the family unit than 100 years of Planned Parenthood, and thatâs saying a lot.
He then went on to falsely claim that crimeâviolent crimeâis down across the nation. This is a flat-out lie. In fact, crime is so bad in many locales that people have stopped reporting crimes because there is too much of it for our law enforcement officers to address. Listen to any urban area police scanner on any given nightâand especially Friday and Saturday nightsâand all you hear is âshots fired.â Those arenât the radio calls of a lower crime rate.
And I suppose itâs easy to claim youâve created 17 million jobs when you first eliminated 17 million jobs by destroying businesses during a so-called pandemic. But donât worry, there are more people with health insurance than ever before. Now, all they have to do is schedule appointments thirteen months into the future because there are too many illegal immigrants in the waiting rooms thanks to the Biden administration giving them all free healthcare on the taxpayerâs dime.

Then we come to Bidenâs warnings for all to heed. For some reason, Biden felt he had the mental acuity to channel his inner Eisenhower to forewarn of ghosts of the future.
A peaceful transition of power? I suppose the Bidens and their White House staff wonât barricade themselves in the Oval Office. Still, with the rapid-fire executive orders coming out of Bidenâs administration in the waning days of his presidency, he is certainly setting Rome on fire for the incoming president. Iâm half expecting to hear he has posthumously pardoned Charles Manson and awarded him the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
But the most sickening thing in his speech to me is his telegraphing of the dangers of a new oligarchy. Yes, he was trying to paint that color onto Trump, his incoming administration, and his potentate supporters, but he was describing exactly what he, the Democrats, Hollywood, the Silicon Valley billionaires, George Soros, and the World Economic Forum Orcs have had assembled since the days of the Clinton administration. Biden was speaking of the Deep State inside-the-beltway bureaucracy, the very entity that Donald Trump now has a mandate from the people to destroy.
And he validated this by warning of the misâ and dis-information that will rule the social media threads because his beloved âfact checkersââread government anointed censorsâare being abandoned by most social media organizations, so much so that many âfact checkingâ companies are going belly up.
But he continues to incriminate not only himself but the entirety of the Deep State apparatus.
Reform the tax code? Biden had four years to do something about a corrupt and inequitable Internal Revenue Service and did absolutely nothing. In fact, he fueled the beast by feeding it personnel. But hey, heâs right. We should scrap the entire tax code from top to bottom and craft a consumption tax that can never be raised, with no add-ons or extras. That would force the federal government to establish and maintain a budget.
Then he dared to complain about dark money in politics when Democratsâhis partyâ have thrived off of dark money political donations since before the Clinton administration. Obam and Biden were even caught accepting donations from overseas. Look into ActBlue if you need proof.
And you have to see Nancy Pelosiâs dentures fall into her chardonnay glass at Bidenâs suggestion that Congress be forbidden from playing the stock market. I mean, really. How will the Congress creatures exit office as millionaires if they canât inside trade and influence legislation for profit?
However, the moment the possibility of a lightning strike was presented was when Biden addressed the issue of holding a president accountable to the law. Honestly, I agree. And by his own request, the incoming Attorney General should appoint a special prosecutorâand make sure Congress seats him or herâto investigate the actions of both then-presidents Barack Obama and Joe Biden.
And lastly, Biden âcircled backâ to complain about that darn oligarchy again.
Much to my surprise, I agreed completely with the sentiment in his final points, but again, he telegraphed precisely what he and his neo-Marxist ilk have done to the people of the United over the past 16 years. They have used identity politics and the smear of racism to divide our country.
Rather than creating that level playing field for every American, they have embraced the discriminatory neo-Marxist tenet of equity of outcome over equality of opportunity. They have demonized the White heterosexual male as a second class onto which all the blame for every ill of our nationâpast, present, and futureâmust be placed.
We have to suffer two more days of these divisive assholes, and I am sure there will be some parting shots as he and his leave the White House and the Naval Observatory. But there is a new dawn on the horizon, and it is filled with a return to normalcy, or at least the hope of that eventuality.
Now all we have to do is make sure the Congressional Republicans donât fuck everything up like they did with Paul Ryanâs Congress in 2016. There is never any guarantee that Republicans canât snatch defeat out of the jaws of victory.

The aware understand that free speech is required for freedom to reign. Our Framers understood it well, and thatâs why it is enshrined in the First Amendment to the US Constitution in the Bill of Rights. But how does a free society protect free speech from nefarious charlatans who abuse that right for personal and ideological gain?
Such is the question we face today when we examine the partisan politics that have metastasized like cancer throughout the mainstream media complex and, to drill down into one aspect of that niche, the pollsters.
In an era of high political polarization, trust in polls has waned, particularly among certain voter groups. This distrust manifests in lower response rates and sometimes (and this is growing) dishonest responses, further skewing poll results. There has also been a trend where polls âherdâ their respondents towards an expected result to avoid being an outlier, which can lead to a uniform but inaccurate picture.
The American Association of Public Opinion Research published a white paper on herding that read:
âHerdingâ specifically refers to the possibility that pollsters use existing poll results to help adjust the presentation of their own poll results. "Herdingâ strategies can range from making statistical adjustments to ensure that the released results appear similar to existing polls to deciding whether or not to release the poll depending on how the results compare to existing polls. By drawing upon information from previous polls, herding may appear to increase the perceived accuracy of an individual survey estimateâŠâ
The white paper said that one troublesome consequence of herding is that pollsters who engage in the practice will produce artificially consistent results that donât accurately reflect public attitudes. This perceived polling consistency instills false confidence about who will win an election, thereby artificially impacting how the media covers the race. The white paperâs author goes on to say that the faux consistency becomes a major factor in whether political campaigns and parties âdevote resources to a campaign, and even if voters think it is worthwhile to turn out to vote. â
So, by the conscious decisions made by the polling companies and, most of the time, by the individual pollsters themselves, even the associations that champion their âscienceâ admit that industry practices artificially affect elections.
In 2020, Maddy Weinberg, writing from the University of California at Berkeley, noted that data analyzing over 1,400 polls from 11 election cycles revealed that only 60 percent of polls conducted the week before an election included the actual outcome. This doesn't sound too bad to those defending the âscienceâ of polling, but to the consumer, that result is a failing grade.
The defenders of this failure spin it this way:
âItâs really important to remember that these polls are not forecasting whoâs going to win. They are an estimate of likely vote share. So this is about whether the truth falls inside the confidence interval, not whether the poll calls the eventual winner.â
And pollsters often use statistical models manufactured to adjust or âweightâ their data toâas they see itâto better reflect the broader population. However, these adjustments often introduce errors if the assumptions or methods used are ideologically tainted, dishonest, or flawed. For instance, weighting by ârecalled voteâ or education level has been criticized for possibly skewing results. The 2020 election highlighted that national polling errors were among the highest in 40 years despite these adjustments.
So, it goes without saying (although it must be said) that the âscienceâ of polling is inaccurate, to say the very least. Yet, the mainstream media complex and the political opportunists of all political parties routinely cite polling results as intently sincere and an accurate harbinger of the coming election results predicated on that snapshot in time.
This presents the action in question recently reported by TheHill.com. Ashleigh Fields reported:
âThe Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (FIRE) announced on Tuesday their decision to represent an Iowa pollster entangled in a lawsuit with President-elect Trump stemming from a November poll from renowned pollster Ann Selzer that showed him losing to Vice President Harris.â
The group, in Selzerâs defense, claims the poll was an âoutlier that projected inaccurate predictions unintentionallyâ and, therefore, did not violate the law.
The poll in questionâSelzerâs poll, was published in The DesMoine Register just days before the November 2024 Presidential Election. Her poll results stated that the people of Iowa favored Kamala Harris by three percentage points over Donald Trump. In reality, Trump won in Iowa by 13 pointsâa 16-point deviation from Selzerâs results.
Yet FIRE maintains:
âTrumpâs lawsuit, brought under an Iowa law against âconsumer fraud,â violates long-standing constitutional principles. Itâs also entirely meritless under the Iowa lawâŠThe lawsuit is the very definition of a âSLAPPâ suit â a Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation. Such tactical claims are filed purely for the purpose of imposing punishing litigation costs on perceived opponents, not because they have any merit or stand any chance of success. In other words, the lawsuit is the punishment.â
Letâs take a look at the past performance of Selzer and her company:
* 2008 Presidential Election: Selzer's final poll correctly predicted an influx of first-time caucusgoers would deliver Barack Obama a victory in the Iowa Democratic caucuses. Her poll had Obama leading by 3 points when he actually won by 10, which, while not exact, captured the trend correctly.
* 2012 Presidential Election: Her poll showed Obama leading by 5 points over Mitt Romney in Iowa, and he won by 5.6 points, which is a very close match.
* 2014 Senate Election: Selzer's poll predicted Joni Ernst would win by 7 points over Bruce Braley, and she won by 8.5 points, showcasing her poll's accuracy.
* 2016 Presidential Election: Selzer's polls were among the few that accurately anticipated Donald Trump's performance in Iowa. Her final poll had Trump leading by 7 points, and he won by 9.4 points, indicating a small but notable margin of error.
* 2020 Presidential Election: For the 2020 election, her final pre-election poll found Trump ahead by seven percentage points (48% to 41%), which was very close to the actual result where Trump won with a margin of 8.2 points (53.1% to 44.9%).
* 2022 Senate Election: Her poll predicted a Republican lead by 12 points, which was exactly what happened.
That makes her 16-point error in the 2024 Presidential Election a significantâand, quite franklyâunbelievable anomaly in her track record. Her last poll before the election predicted a 3-point lead for Kamala Harris in Iowa, but Trump won by 13 points, marking a 16-point miss, unprecedented for Selzer's polls.
Trumpâs lawsuit alleges that Selzerâs pollânow proven to be a magnificent anomaly from her routine accuracyâwas intended to âdeceiveâ voters:
âMillions of Americans, including Plaintiff, residents of Iowa, and Iowans who contributed to President Trumpâs Campaign and its affiliated entities, were deceived by the doctored Harris PollâŠSelzerâs misconduct caused âgreat distrust and uncertainty at a very critical time.ââ
Because the newspaper and associated media outlets portrayed Selzerâs poll as accurate using her reputation and polling accuracy as a selling pointâand because that product was intrinsically defective, there must be some culpability for misleading voters given the industryâs acknowledgment of a 40 percent accuracy failure rate and industry standard practices that facilitate that inaccuracy.
Itâs quite hard to believe, given Selzerâs history of extreme accuracy, that a nefarious intent wasnât in play here. Certainly, because The DesMoines Register paid Selzer for her polling, the poll itself must be considered a product. By that fact aloneâbecause Selzer was paid for her servicesâher product shouldnât fall under the dominion of First Amendment free speech protection, simply because she wasnât engaging in political free speech as an individual espousing her personal beliefs. She was facilitating a product for profit.
That FIRE is attempting to sully the judicial waters by arguing First Amendment protectionâin the face of all of the evidence of malfeasance and nefarious intent, and in light of the fact that she was not exercising political free speech as a citizen redressing government, diminished its reputation as a protector of free speech in a time when it is needed the most.
How far the mighty have fallen. And I have no doubt a fair and honest jury will hold to that assertion.
Then, when we come back, our segment on Americaâs Third Watch, broadcast nationally from our flagship station WGUL AM930 & FM93.7 in Tampa, Florida.
A Post Script:
Before we go, I feel the need to further expose the insanity of the systemic wokeism that has infested the Los Angeles Fire Departmentâs administrative ranks.
If you recall, I mentioned a Deputy Fire Chief named Kristine Larson, the head of the departmentâs DEI Bureau, in my recent article Who Couldnât See This Coming. Not that it makes a bit of difference, Larson is of the LGBTQ+ community. What does make a difference is this. Thatâs why she ascended to her rank. Her appointment was not due to merit.
As reported by Newsweek, of all places:
âLos Angeles Fire Department Deputy (LAFD) Chief Kristine Larson is facing widespread criticism online after comments surfaced in which she appeared to shift blame onto fire victims for their circumstances.
âSpeaking as part of a video that aired during a commercial break for the FOX show 9-1-1 about firefighter capabilities, Larson said, âAm I able to carry your husband out of a fire? He got himself in the wrong place if I have to carry him out.â
This mindset is antithetical to the very reason the fire serviceâand, in fact, all public safety organizationsâexist. The primary purpose of a firefighter, regardless of rank, is to save lives. Larsonâs narcissistic approach to the fire service is a slap in the face to every firefighter who ever donned an MSA or Scott mask and put his life on the line to help someone in danger.
But this is the arrogance that permeates the woke movement. Itâs an undeserved and unearned air of superiority that can only be defined as arrogance. And this arrogance comes out each and every time these assholes are put on the spot because their ineptitude and determination to force their dysfunctional ideology into the mainstream have ended in disaster and, many times, death. The response to the fires of Southern Californiaâfrom Newsom to Bass to the DEI hire chiefs of the LA Fire Departmentâthe fires of Southern California and proves this beyond argument.
To that end, those who exist inept in their positions who can be fired should be fired and immediately. I am certain there are a multitude of fireline battalion chiefs and even captains who would have managed the crisis better, especially in pre-planning preparation. So, to Deputy Chief Larson (and I just threw up a little bit having to say that), I say this: Go fuck yourself. You donât deserve to wear the uniform, anywhere.
But the scourge of the imbecile among the ranks of Californiaâs elected officials, well, that has to rest on the shoulders of the people who vote in California. They ascended them to power and did so because these idiots promoted and pandered to the ideologically woke. They got the government they deserve. And now their homes are ashes.
The question is this. From the ashes, will a new, more sensical mindset emerge in Califoniaâs electorate? Or will they just return to being the ideological dupes that people like Gavin Newsom and Karen Bass believe them to be. Only time will tell.

This terrible, tragic story about what is happening in Southern California isnât about wildfires or climate change, no matter how badly the elected class in California tries to spin it as such. Wildfires have been a part of everyday life since Los Angeles was created. And climate change didnât cause the explosion in the size of this wildfire. But blame for the utter devastation has a home.
Woke-brained ideologues and eco-zealous activists who have captured California governmentâat every levelâhave instituted reckless and dangerous utopian ideas and unrealistic and imbecilic initiatives, which have made this tragedy 100 times more dangerous and deadly than it had to be.
Wildfires in California are nothing new. No one should have been surprised about a wildfire in Southern California. No one should have been caught unprepared for the annual arrival of the Santa Anna winds. What is happening in California right now was bound to happen sooner or later. However, the inability of Californiaâs state and local governments to mitigate the emergency has caused this natural disaster to become an unnatural disaster propagated by inferior intellect at the hands of social engineers of a dysfunctional ideology.
Traditionallyâor until the woke mob assumed the throneâa large portion of Californiaâs state, county, and city budgets were allocated to a reasonable amount of fire prevention, water management, and forest maintenance. But since the invasion of the woke, fire prevention budgets have been slashed, water management doesnât exist, and forest maintenance is considered a crime.
At a time when a large portion of the budgets should have been devoted to securing the safety of the citizens of California by evolving fire prevention abilities, hiring more firemen and training them for wildfires, and solving the decades-old water crisisâthe exact opposite has taken place.
Over 2,000 homes have burned to the ground (so far). Let that number sink in. It will take decades to rebuild all that was lost if, in fact, the people who lost their homes are allowed to get permits to do so for all the bureaucratic bullshit people have to go through in California. So, the overarching question for the moment is this: Why did this happen?
Los Angeles elected a radically extreme neo-Marxist activist for its mayor, Karen Bass. She is woke in a devout way; fully invested in the DEI culture that manufactures the equity of outcomes instead of the equality of opportunity.
Bass cut the fire departmentâs budget by $17.6 million in deference to the institution of DEI programs and their accompanying taxpayer-funded administrative salaries. At the same time, Bassâs budget found money for housing, educating, and healthcare for millions of illegal immigrants and the homeless.
By the way, with full knowledge that a massive wind event was to bear down on Los Angeles and its surrounding area, Bass went to Africa to celebrate the inauguration of Ghanaâs president. Why would attending such an event serve the people of Los Angeles?
Then, we have the DEI hires who are the Fire Chief of Los Angeles, Kristin Crowley, an LGBTQ+ community member, devoted to DEI (and damn proud of it, according to her official department bio), and her deputy chief, Kristine Larson, also of the LGBTQ+ community. Larson heads up the departmentâs DEI Bureau. Both have publicly bragged about their devotion to ridding the Los Angeles Fire Dept of âold-school white guysâ and hiring for âdiversity.â In fact, Crowley said shewas âsuper inspired about bringing more women and LGBTQ-identifying persons in to fight fires.â
Honestly, if your house is on fire and you are trapped, do you give a damn who the person coming to rescue you is sleeping with? Itâs inconsequential to the job at hand and the position. To base the hiring of a firefighterâor any first responderâ on gender, sexual orientation, or skin color over the candidateâs ability to do the job is not only imbecilic, itâs a dereliction of duty.
This is illustrative of the whole of governmentsâwith few exceptionsâin the state of California.
Underground USA is reader-supported. Please consider becoming a paid subscriber. It costs less than a cup of quarterpounder with cheese at Mc Donaldâs once a week!
During COVID, Bass and the Los Angeles Fire Department administration fired hundreds of professional firefighters who refused the vaccine. It goes without saying that those fire-tested professionals could have been valuable during this emergency, but then they would have needed equipment. To that point, were you aware a large portion of Los Angelesâ firefighting equipment was sent to Ukraine to aid in the war effort?
Then we have Janisse Quiñones, the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Engineer of the Los Angeles Department of Water & Power, the nationâs largest publicly-owned utility. Under Quiñones, firefighters responding to the fires were met with fire hydrants that didnât produce water. Within 24 hours, the tanks used as reservoirs for the hydrants were depleted, and Los Angeles' outdated infrastructure couldnât refill the tanks fast enough to produce usable pressure for the hydrants. The water was there, but there was no pressure to bring it to the hydrants.
Could it possibly be that an individual whose salary was doubled upon taking the position as head of the Los Angeles Department of Water & Power ($750,000 annuallyâthe highest salary in municipal government) might begin efforts to upgrade a dilapidated system that, by all expectations, couldnât perform in a worst-case scenario?
Then, we come to the eco-zealots of Southern Californiaâs radically insane environmentalist community.
The area currently existing as an inferno is surrounded by state forests. However, the eco-zealot stewards of these woodlands have not controlled, cleared, or maintained undergrowth in 20 years. Many eco-zealots argue that undergrowth plays a crucial role in forest ecosystems, providing habitats for wildlife and contributing to biodiversity. Clearing it, they argue, would disrupt these natural processes. Besides, fire is a natural part of the forest ecosystems.
Preserving habitats is one thing, but allowing undergrowth to accumulate to the point that when it catches fire, it obliterates whole cities is the rationale behind the imbecile. This poses the question: How many habitats were destroyed in the current fires?
California has had two years of more-than-average rainfall, especially in Southern California. 2022-2023 was notably wet, with many regions of California receiving significantly more rain than average. Following the previous year, the 2023-2024 water year continued this trend with above-average rainfall across much of the state. Los Angeles, for example, recorded one of its highest two-year rainfall totals since the late 19th century, making these back-to-back years exceptionally wet by historical standards.
Yet that naturally available water wasnât captured to fill new reservoirs that were appropriated in 2014 through Proposition 1. Instead of building new reservoirs, there's been a push towards âconservation.â The last water desalination plant was built in 2015 in Carlsbad, California,
Los Angeles is a city built on the Pacific Ocean. Yet the firefighters had no water? Why?
Well, the state governmentâspurred by a potent eco-zealot lobbyâroutes naturally occurring water to the ocean for several reasons, all of which are rooted in environmental regulations. These people lecture everyone about carbon footprints and how dangerous CO2 is for the environment (CO2 is required in the growth cycle to afford photosynthesis and plant growth) as they board their G6s to Davos.
So, while tens of thousands of people see their houses burn to the ground and, in a growing number of instances, find out that their neighbors have died, itâs pretty easy to see that the bulk of the blame for this horrific event lays at the feet of the woke assholes that are elected and appointed to public office in the State of California and the city and county of Los Angeles. Each has failed the people of Southern California in a spectacular way.
To add insult to injury, just weeks agoâyou know, when warnings about a more intense than usual Santa Anna wind was forecast, many of the people affected by the fire had their fire insurance canceled. Aside from that action being tantamount to criminal, it begs the question: If the insurance robber barons were astute enough to know that a disaster was in the offing, how come the people elected to know about these things were caught completely unprepared?
The answer is simple. They are all DEI hires of the extremist ideological class, and their mission is not public service or the protection of their people but a mission of social engineering transformation. Well, theyâve succeeded in transforming a once beautiful and thriving area into an armageddon-like wasteland.
But, you get the government you vote for so it can be argued that the woke of California lit the match to this disaster because virtue signaling was more important to them than electing people of merit to very important roles.
But, hey, donât worry. President Biden just announced the federal government will be picking up the tab for the disaster, so the woke who voted for their shit show of a government wonât suffer any consequences for their ideologically-based stupidity.
I wonder how Western North Carolina and Eastern Tennessee people feel about that.

The conservative block recently celebrated the paring down of the 1500-page Continuing Resolution that kept the government open. Part of that celebration centered on the defunding of the Global Engagement Center (GEC), which the learned pointed out was an integral cog in the Deep State anti-First Amendment censorship apparatus. However, the reports of the Centerâs death have been greatly exaggerated.
The so-called "Global Engagement Center" sounds about as threatening as a high school debate club. But in the wise words of Vivek Ramaswamy, it was actually a linchpin in what we might call the "censorship industrial complex." Its mission? Supposedly to combat "foreign state and non-state propaganda and disinformation efforts aimed at undermining or influencing the policies, security, or stability of the United States, its allies, and partner nations." Foreign, they emphasized, because: a) apparently, the truth is only offensive when it comes from outside our borders, and b) political censorship is forbidden in the First Amendment.
Here's the kicker: the GEC, like its cousins in the Deep State alphabet soup of government agencies (think CIA, FBI, and all those other three-letter nightmares), was supposed to be our shield against foreign threats. Butâand especially over the Obama and Biden years, this shield has been turned inward, targeting those pesky American citizens who dare to think differently, especially on topics like COVID or Hunter Biden's laptop or the manufacture of the J6 events. The GEC, it seems, was more like a junior partner in Big Brother's surveillance state, keeping tabs on âWrongthink.â
Because heaven forbid, they couldn't directly censor Americans (that pesky First Amendment thing gets in the way, donât you know), the GEC played it coy. They funded the British-based Global Disinformation Index. This group was less about fighting disinformation and more about creating a blacklist for publications like The Washington Examiner, RealClearPolitics, and The New York Post. The result? A financial guillotine for conservative voices, with ad revenues drying up faster than the initiatives promised by the BLM activists who bilked millions from their supporters and immediately abandoned them.
Then came the bureaucratic masterstroke. The GECâs funding was tucked away in that behemoth 1500-page legislative monstrosityâthe Continuing Resolution to keep the government open. It was like serving a scoop of bureaucracy with a side of contempt, drawing the ire of Elon Musk and others. But, after much outrage and protest, the spendthrifts of Congress managed to shave it down to a mere 120 pages, cutting the GEC's funding and retreating from the legislatorsâ pay raises intact. Crisis averted? Not quite.
The joy (no, not Kamala Harris âjoyâ) was fleeting. Like a magic trick, the State Department pulled a rabbit out of its hat, rebranding the GEC as the âCounter Foreign Information Manipulation & Interference Hub.â Isn't that just a mouthful? Same people, new sign on the door, and a budget that miraculously âre-alignedâ itself. It's like watching a bad magician perform at a second-rate political fundraiser.
Now, with Donald Trump's second term looming, the questions are these. Will he be able to successfully play whack-a-mole with these bureaucratic hydraheads? Or will Republican infighting and the voraciousness of the Deep State apparatus mute his efforts to rein in the bureaucracy and tame the beast?
There's talk of a "vibe shift," a cultural sea change where even former center-leftists and moderately inclined never-Trumpers are jumping on the MAGA bandwagon. But as some pre-maturely celebrate, we must all remember that rebranding doesn't mean reform. In fact, itâs not even close. Itâs a re-packaging of the very initiatives we determined were outrageous in the first place. The GEC lives under an assumed alias. The Deep State bureaucracy, so focused on chiseling away at our First Amendment rights, lives on.

So here we stand, at the precipice of what could be a significant cultural, governmental, and political upheaval. We have a real chance to tame the Deep State beast and protect our First Amendment right to freedom of speech. But that will require usâall of usâto keep the pressure on. That means making sure our elected creatures in Congress hear from us regularly about the consequences they will face if they donât support the reformationâfrom top to bottom, including the CIA, DoJ, FBI, State Department, and the IRSâthat was mandated by the people in the re-election of Donald Trump to the presidency.
If we donât keep the pressure on (an Alinsky rule, by the way), everything we have achieved to date will be just another episode in the endless saga of government inefficiency and overreach.
Will Trump and his team truly be able to dismantle the Deep State bureaucracy apparatus? They will if we do our part by keeping the pressure on. But should we fail in our duty to advance our return to constitutional government, all we will see is the same old song and dance, just with different choreography and under a new production company.
Only time will tell if we're witnessing the death throes of a bloated, ineffective, and nepotistic Deep State bureaucracy or merely watching its latest act of self-preservation.

It might just be possible that you are as tired of hearing this bullshit as I am. Almost daily, it seems, we see items in the news that declare outgoing lame-duck president Joe Biden is enacting this order of that initiative to hobble the agenda of the incoming Trump 2.0 administration.
Evidently, one of two things is happening here. One, the mainstream media narrative crafters never showed up to or were always stoned for civics classes. Or two, the neo-Bolshevik spinners of the Clinton-Obama-Biden regime are working overtime to make the public believe something that simply isnât true.
Where presidential executive orders are concerned, a lame-duck president cannot enact executive orders that are inherently irreversible by an incoming president.
Executive orders, directives from the POTUS, are legally binding but can be revoked, modified, or replaced by subsequent executive orders from a new president. This is because executive power resides in the office of the President, not in an individual president after they leave office.
While a lame-duck president can issue executive orders, these are subject to the same legal scrutiny and practical limitations as any other executive action. They can be challenged in court, and their implementation might very well depend on the cooperation of the federal agencies, which can shift with a new administration.
Congress can also affect the longevity of executive orders by passing legislation that contradicts or nullifies them, subject to the president's veto power or lack thereof if there's enough support to override a veto.
Historical examples show that new presidents often review and sometimes reverse executive orders of their predecessors. For example, Biden reversed almost all of President Trump's executive orders shortly after taking office. Trump did the same with Obama's orders.
Through the federal rulemaking process, a president can influence regulations managed by federal agencies. However, these can be changed by subsequent administrations, though this might involve expediting the Administrative Procedure Act's notice-and-comment period.

This applies to one fear-porn item floating around the usual suspect partisan media outletsâyou know, the ones that are choke-full of asinine clickbait articles and adsâ that reads:
âPresident Joe Biden is reportedly preparing to restrict offshore oil and gas drilling in his final days in office, a move that would placate the environmentalist lobby and potentially obstruct President-elect Donald Trumpâs plans to unleash the US energy sector...
âBidenâs reportedly forthcoming order would permanently ban new lease sales for oil and gas drilling in certain regions of the outer continental shelfâŠSome elected Democrats and many well-funded green groups have pushed Biden to implement permanent environmental policies in the waning days of his presidency to fluster Trumpâs âenergy dominanceâ agendaâŠâ
So, when you read or hear bullshit like that, remember your civics class in understanding that all agencies, departments, and commissions in the federal government fall under the Executive Branch and that the Executive Branch is under the control of the White House, not the other way around.
That means, when a president with a working knowledge of the US Constitution and an actual set of ballsâand not transgender balls eitherâtakes office, he is the ultimate executive authority, not the Deep State bureaucracy of the agencies, departments, and commissions, and the myriad assholes of K Street.
Thatâs important to remember this to fight the fear-porn thatâs coming out of the mainstream media as we head towards January 20th.

The questions beg to be asked. Are our political and academic classes that fatuous and dense? Or are they so jaded in their partisanship that they are willing to commit an actual insurrection against the American people because of their political power greed?
Such is the question that we are presented with in scrutinizing an opinion editorial in The Hill (and, by the way, if you are under the delusion that publication is fair and balanced or conservative, youâre smoking something Hunter Biden would share) by two established far-Left operatives, Evan Davis and David Schulte.
Davis, a former editor-in-chief of the Columbia Law Review and counsel to New York Governor Mario Cuomo (D), and Schulte, an investment banker and former editor-in-chief of the Yale Law Journalâand good friend and financial supporter of Barack Obama, are ignorantly parroting the nonsense promoted by US Rep. Jeremey Raskin (D-MD), that somehow, Donald Trump is ineligible to hold the presidency because of Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment, which states:
âNo person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof...â
Davis and Schulte, like Raskin, insist that there has been some sort of adjudication that insurrection occurred on January 6, 2021, and that is was planned and executed by Donald Trump.
Davis and Schulte write:
âDisqualification is based on insurrection against the Constitution and not the government,â the authors write. âThe evidence of Donald Trumpâs engaging in such insurrection is overwhelming. The matter has been decided in three separate forums, two of which were fully contested with the active participation of Trumpâs counsel.â
Davis and Schulte, like Raskin, cite the main charge of Trumpâs second impeachment trial, âincitement of insurrection,â which all 222 Democrats voted in favor of, as proof. Trump was acquitted by the Senate on February 13, 2021.
Davis and Schulte went on to cite âthe Colorado five-day judicial due process hearing, during which the court found âby clear and convincing evidenceâ that President Trump engaged in insurrection as those terms are used in Section Three.
And lastly, the authors cited the farce that was the Nancy Pelosi House Select Committee that investigated January 6, arguing that evidence from witnesses leads to âthe inescapable conclusionâŠthat Trump engaged in insurrection against the Constitution.â
For men educated at Ivy League universities, these two are as constitutionally illiterate and devoid of critical thinking skills and common sense as they come, maybe but for Raskin.
Letâs take each piece of âevidenceâ in reverse order.
Underground USA is reader-supportedâŠPlease consider becoming a paid subscriber
The House Select Committee's investigation of the events of January 6th was contested in its legitimacy from the start because the minority party was denied the right to seat members from its caucus, thereby making the exercise one of political persecution and partisan politics.
Further, the committee selectively presented evidence to support a predetermined narrative. The committee cherry-picked evidence and refused to release or discuss all relevant information, particularly anything that might contradict their findings or narrative. This includes exculpatory evidence, which was hidden or not adequately explored.
In addition, a former ABC News producer helped stage the hearings, and itâs easy to see that the committee was more focused on creating a compelling narrative for public consumption than on conducting a legitimate investigation.
Then there is Davis and Schulteâs citation of the Colorado court hearing, not a trial but a hearing, and a hearing that invalidated itself from the very beginning.
Set aside, for a moment, that after the âverdictâ was affirmed by the Colorado Supreme Court, it was sent on appeal to the US Supreme Court, which did ânot address the finding that Trump had engaged in insurrection.â For the SCOTUS not to address that point, basic to the appeal, is an action of ipso facto âdenial of certiorari,â dismissal for lack of jurisdiction.
And, to put a legal and constitutional cherry on top of that, letâs not forget that Colorado, like all states, is bound to the Supremacy ClauseâArticle VI, Clause 2 of the US Constitutionâwhich states:
âThis Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.â
But letâs look at the big kahuna here: Davis and Schulteâs assertion that a House impeachment, devoid of a Senate conviction, is something more than it is: a failed indictment.
Impeachment by the House of Representatives is equivalent to an indictment by a grand jury in criminal law. Both are formal charges or accusations of wrongdoing. The House votes on articles of impeachment, which act as charges against the President.
However, just as an indictment does not lead to a conviction if the trial results in an acquittal or a hung jury, an impeachment alone, without a Senate conviction, has no consequences, the impeachment effectively fails to achieve its ultimate purpose, much like an indictment that does not lead to a conviction.
Like an indictment that doesn't lead to conviction, a House impeachment without a conviction in the Senate doesn't legally harm the accused beyond the stigma or public perception. It does not result in the President's removal or any legal consequences related to the office. Therefore, the Senate's failure to convict Donald Trump on the charge of âincitement to insurrectionââin the appropriate and germane jurisdiction for the accusationâserves as an acquittal of the charge.
As a final nail in the coffin of this issue, because Mr. Trump was acquitted in an impeachment hearing trial in the US Senate, he is protected from all other actions under the Double Jeopardy Clause of the Fifth Amendment, which reads, in part:
â...nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limbâŠâ
I discuss this singular point in more depth in an article titled, Excuse Me? Trump Has Already Been Acquitted on Insurrection Charges.
And so it would seem that the cancerous infection of Trump Derangement Syndrome is so pervasive on the political and ideological elitist Left that they are not only willing to trample the US Constitution and the established rule of law to get their way, but they are also willing to enact an actual insurrection against the American people in their attempt to deny an election mandate.
So, who are the election deniers? Who is attacking our democracyâour Constitutional Republic? It certainly isnât Mr. Trump, and itâs definitely not the American people who provided that electoral mandate. Evidently, itâs the elitist Left of the Obama-Clinton-Biden ilk, you know, the ones who have delivered us to one of the most embarrassing times in American history, bar none.
I have a learned and worldly friend who is perpetually amazed at how the so-called educated and elitist classes can be so astonishingly foolish. She often ponders a relevant question: How can individuals with such impressive credentials and book-smarts be so incredibly dumb?
I suggest that question be asked about Davis and Schulte.

The heads of far-Left and usual suspect media outlets are exploding all over the world at Donald Trumpâs recent statements about Canada and Greenland, and maybe a bit less so about the Panama Canal. But those who are so alarmed fail to understand the âart of the dealâ type of thinking being employed here.
Recently, Trump extended his holiday wishes to âGovernorâ Justin Trudeau of Canada. Of course, Trudeau is the prime minister of Canada.
In his holiday message, Trump pointed out that Canadian citizen's taxes are far too high. In mentioning that fact, he playfully said, âbut if Canada were to become our 51st State, their taxes would be cut by more than 60%, their businesses would immediately double in size, and they would be militarily protected like no other country anywhere in the world.â
In a separate statement, he went on to say that he had just met with hockey legend Wayne Gretzky and suggested that he run for prime minister of Canada, alluding to Gretzky in saying he would soon be âthe Governor of Canada.â
Trump also extended his holiday cheer to the people of Greenland, who he said âis needed by the United States for National Security purposes and, who want the US to be there, and we will!â
And he didnât forget his favorite target, communist China. To which he said:
âMerry Christmas to all, including to the wonderful soldiers of China, who are lovingly, but illegally, operating the Panama Canal (where we lost 38,000 people in its building 110 years ago), always making certain that the United States puts in Billions of Dollars in ârepairâ money, but will have absolutely nothing to say about âanything.ââ
Of course, Trumpâs words toward the communist Chinese came after he addressed the issue of excessive shipping fees assessed by the Panamanian port authority operating the Panama Canal. Reliable reports indicate that Chinese nationalsâmost likely PLA soldiersâoperate the canal daily. Trump proposed that if they did not stop âripping offâ the US by charging obscene fees for using the canal (built and owned by the United States until President Jimmy Carter), the United States would retake it.
Canât you hear the exploding of the heads of the usual suspects in the mainstream media and on the radical Left?

In typical kneejerk fashion, those who feel anyone cares whether or not they get in front of a microphone immediately did so.
MĂște B. Egede, Greenland's Prime Ministerâwho obviously takes thighs way too seriously, stated: "Greenland is ours. We are not for sale and will never be for sale. We must not lose our long struggle for freedom. Greenland is not for sale."
JosĂ© RaĂșl Mulino, President of Panama, who equally lacks any sense of jocularity, stated: âPanama's independence is non-negotiable. The canal and surrounding area belong to our country and will remain so.â
And Justin Trudeau, Prime Minister of Canadaâwho many believe to be the illegitimate son of Fidel Castro, raced to the microphones and cameras and declared: âThis is not a laughing matter. Threatening tariffs and then joking about annexation shows a lack of understanding of our sovereignty and the respect due between allies.â
To borrow a phrase from Sgt. Hulka in the movie Stripes to apply to each of these pearl-clutching Karens, "Take it easy, Francis."
To cite another age-old adageâalbeit to apply it in reverse (and anyone with an intellect larger than that of figgy pudding understands this), what Trump is doing here implementing a strategy where he is asking for much more than he expects to get, settling for less but still achieving his actual goal.
So, letâs look at what Mr. Trump did and how Egede, Mulino, and Castroâoops, I mean Trudeauâwere played.
In the aftermath of Trumpâs statement about Greenland (which is a nation in the kingdom of Denmark), Denmark announced a significant increase in defense spending aimed at strengthening Greenland's defense capabilities. This included a package worth at least $1.5 billion for new inspection ships, drones, dog sled teams, and upgrades to civilian airports to handle military aircraft.
Trump threatened annexation and received a bolstered native defense of Greenland that would help protect the United States and the free worldâŠat zero cost to the US.
In Canada, Trump not only kept the issue of high taxes front and center for the Canadian people, but throttled up the pressure on the Trudeau administration, currently under attack and facing a vote of no confidence that would end Trudeauâs term as prime minister. That pressure also aids the budding conservative movement in Canada at the national level.
Trump talks about Canada being annexed as the 51st State and helped advance a more fiscally responsible and conservative government in Canada while taking out one of Klaus Schuabâs World Economic Forum golden boys.
And in Panama, Trump put a spotlight on the continued aggression and expansion of the communist Chinese in the Western Hemisphere, refocusing attention on the still-relevant Kennedy Doctrine (Monroe Doctrine), which is being violated under the guise of communist Chinaâs membership in the World Trade Organization.
Trump brings up communist Chinese activity and high fees at the Panama Canal, and the world has to address communist Chinese imperialism and expansion even as the far-Left has to admit they are in bed with imperialists and colonizers.
Trump threatened to take a mile, and the kneejerkers surrendered their inches.
As I said before, anyone with an intellectual capacity over that of a rusted bolt understands what Trump was doing with his statements.
Evidently, those with access to the microphones and camerasâand many with places in the halls of powerâpossess the intelligence and critical thinking skills of inanimate objects; of rusty bolts in rancid cups of figgy pudding. To that, I say that maybe a good New Yearâs resolution would be to expunge these idiots from the halls of influence and power and start paying heed to and electing those who employ critical thinking skills and common sense.
And as the far-Leftâs grinch drove out of sight, all the little shuddering Karens and globalist neâer-do-wells heard him say, âHappy Christmas to all, and to all a huuuuuuge night!â

Christmas is here, and I thought I would take a different tack, away from the overt politics of the day, and talk a bit about what I speak of at the end of each podcast.
Everyone recognizes the spirit of Christmas when the season approaches. Sadly, a lot of that spirit centers on material things because the profiteers and marketers never miss an opportunity to exploit our consumer society to their benefit. Iâm not saying theyâre bad people for it, but it would be nice if it werenât âso slam it in your faceâ and âjam it down your throatâ 24/7/365.
No, the Christmas spirit I am talking about is the âpeace on earth, goodwill toward menâ spirit. The spirit of brotherhoodâand sisterhood, I donât like to play those woke word games, so you know what I mean. If youâre offended by that sort of thing, well, I donât think you listen regularly anyway.
At the end of each podcast, I always ask people to talk about politics, religion, and current events with their family, friends, and colleagues. My point in doing so is that when we have these conversations, we start to realize that we all have a lot more in common than we do in difference. It helps usâall of usârealize we arenât in this thing called life alone, that we are part of a brotherhoodâthe brotherhood of man.
Now, Iâm not naive enough not to see that there are some nefarious people in the world. There are. They are the weak, even though they see themselves, most times, as powerful and influential. These outliers, sadly, we wonât be able to reach with any message of brotherhood in the time we have on this earth. These are the people we must keep in check every day so that their egos and greed donât damage our lives any further than they already have.
But those outliers are the exception, not the rule. The common rule, the commonality of natural law, is the brotherhood of man.
The brotherhood of man is a powerful thing, even emerging during times of war and revolution.
During the American Revolution, the faithful gathered in their churches regularly and heard messages of unity and brotherhood from their priests and preachers. These messages fostered unity among the diversity of the colonists who, through that message, achieved e pluribus unum, out of many, one.
These messages promoted a shared identity and common purpose, emphasizing the idea that all of the colonists were part of a greater American family fighting for liberty and freedom from the tyranny of King George. This sense of brotherhood was vital in rallying support for the revolutionary cause, encouraging mutual aid and sacrifice among the populace.
This message, this brotherhood of man message of unity, was instrumental in mobilizing both soldiers and civilians, reinforcing the shared resolve needed to endure the hardships of war and to envision a new nation built on principles of equality, freedom, liberty, and fraternity.
During World War I, an extraordinary event known as the Christmas Truce occurredâspontaneouslyâalong various parts of the Western Front in December 1914.
On Christmas Eve, soldiers from opposing sides, primarily British and German troops, began to fraternize, singing carols, exchanging gifts like cigarettes and food, and even playing impromptu games of soccer. This unofficial ceasefire saw men emerging from their trenches to meet in âNo Man's Land,â sharing moments of peace and humanity amidst the horrors of war.
Although the truce wasnât universal and varied in duration, with some areas seeing brief moments of ceasefire while others lasted for days, it remains one of the most poignant examples of human solidarityâof the brotherhood of manâduring wartime, showing that even in the darkest times, the spirit of Christmas, the sentiment of âpeace on earth, goodwill toward men,â could momentarily halt the brutality of conflict between peoples.
Today, as our society, our brotherhood, exists threatened by ideologues who purposely attempt to gin up discontent and division at every turnâall for their own greeds; power, wealth, influence, it is important that we understandâor reacquaint ourselves with the factâthat we are allâall of usâa part of that brotherhood of man. In the spirit of this brotherhood, this commonality, this reality, we awaken to the truth that, in the grand scheme of things, we are all in this crazy and sometimes maddening ride together.
This is why my Christmas wish for youâfor all of youâis the gift of talking with one another about the issues we faceâas a brotherhood, as a brotherhood in liberty and freedomâthat we all talk about the things we have been told never to talk about in public so that we can arrive at the realization of that brotherhood.
So, grab a glass of whatever it is that you choose when you are setting yourself to revelry, and take just a few moments to talk with your family, friends, colleagues, and acquaintances about politics, religion, and current events. Please employ a tone appropriate for the holidaysâa tone steeped in peace on earth, goodwill toward menâand listen, really listen, just as much as you search your heart for the right words necessary to express your true feelings, not the narratives you have been led to believe are your thoughts on these matters.
It is when we all achieve that intellectual symbiosis, that meeting of the minds, that we realize of memberships in that brotherhood of man. It is then that we diminish the power and greed of the outliers. E pluribus unum. Out of many, one.
Then, when we come back, our segment on Americaâs Third Watch, broadcast nationally from our flagship station WGUL AM930 & FM93.7 in Tampa, Florida.
I wish each and every one of you a happy, healthy, and meaningful Christmas. My the brotherhood of man erupts in your soul, and my you keep that brotherhood in your heartâŠalways.
And as I do each year, I leave you with the meaning of Christmas, as conveyed to us by Linus VanPelt.

As we approach the start date for Trump 2.0, it appears some of the more partisan Deep State, uniparty Democratsâand their RINO compatriotsâare starting to regain their confidence after the election slap down they received from the American people, not Donald Trump, although he was on the ballot and was the vehicle. The slap down came from the American people, the voters.
Some are desperately trying to ignore the mandate for change the American people voted for in November, but then, we canât expect the grifters of the inside-the-beltway bureaucracy to change just because the people demand it. That would be like having representative government. I mean, really!
No, they will have to be expunged from Washington either through the electoral processâwhich, given the lack of critical thinking skills among the progressive electorate, is nothing more than a pipe dreamâor by the process of that age group dying off of organic, granola-like natural causes, of course. One of those two things will have to happen before we are rid of their Constitution Avenue palmistry.
One arrogant uniparty toolâand yes, I am using the word in the way you think I amâis US Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT), who recently attacked the existence of Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamyâs influence in the Trump 2.0 administration. In a pathetic attempt to define the narrative away from the federal governmentâs bloated budgets, spendthrift spending, and overall fiscal irresponsibility, Murphy said:
âWhy do we, all of a sudden, decide to take this government efficiency task force seriously? Like, why are we acting as if this is legitimate?...[DOGE is] ânot a departmentâŠitâs being run by two billionaires, people who have no idea how important basic government services like Medicaid, Social Security, Veterans Benefits are to regular people.
âBut there are a lot of Democrats, you know, openly saying, âI wanna work with them, I want to sit down with this group' giving the appearance that this is something other than either than just a TV show or an effort by the billionaire class to privatize government to benefit themselves, which would be par for the course because all Donald Trump has shown us is that he wants to monetize his power for the benefit of himself and his friendsâŠâ
Let me get this straight. The guy who gaveâand plans to giveâ his presidential salary away to charity is only out for himself. Thatâs some twisted and convoluted stuff right there.
And as for Musk and Ramaswamy working to kill a Continuing Resolution, how was killing a bill that was packed with politics, pork, and opportunistic protection, âprivatizing government to benefit themselves?â
Letâs look at some of the more egregious things that Deep State uniparty reprobatesâfrom the Left and the RINO classesâtried to stuff into that now dead bill:
* Immunity for J6 Committee members
* Nullified Statutory PAYGO so the government doesnât have to pay for programs by offsetting spending elsewhere
* Funding for a new Washington Commanders stadium
* Congressional pay increases of $70,000 annually
* Renewal of the Global Engagement Center (a vassal for government censorship)
* Expansion of vaccine and mask mandates, as well as pandemic policy
* Redistribution of Social Security Funds
* Exempted members of Congress from having to enroll in Obamacare
* Redefined âcriminal offendersâ to âjustice involvedâ individuals
Add to that the ideological spending that seems to be mandatory when you are a Deep State unipartier; things like $15 Million for Egyptians' college tuitionâthe tuition of Egyptian college students, $400 thousand for clothing for transgenders, and $500 thousand for a DEI zoo.
Aside from the fact that none of thisânone of itâhas anything to do with the core functions of government, we must come to the realization itâs all pork bullshit. How does any of what the Far-Left and RINO classes wanted in the original CR âbenefitâ Donald Trump, Elon Musk, or Vavek Ramaswamy? How does it benefit anyone but the devout special interest groups of the neo-Marxist transformative Left?
Yet, thatâs what Murphy insisted. That hacking the spendthrift bullshit from a bill meant to fund the core obligations of government is somehow benefiting the billionaires.
I said this recently, and I will say it again. People who have awakened to be pissed off at the opportunistic grifter class that our federal government has become must keep the pressure on! Yes, Donald Trumpâa disrupter if there ever was oneâemerged victorious in the election, thank God. But that is not the total of the battle. Not by a long shot. It is just the beginning.
In this war to reestablish the peopleâs dominance over a now tyrannical federal bureaucracyâand one that has no understanding at all of fiscal restraint, we cannot let usual suspect uniparty operativesâlike Murphy, Mitch McConnell, Hakeem Jefferies, Susan Collins, The Squad (or at least those remaining members), Lisa Murkowski, and the likeâwe can not let them reassume the ability to craft the narrative away from the truth.
The reason the peopleâand again, I say this, not Donald Trump, although he was the vehicle, but the peopleâthe reason we won in November is because we realized that they have been lying and swindling us for decades and decades and we finallyâfinallyâgot off our asses and said, âEnough!â To cede that victory to the grifters of the Deep State uniparty after all we have been through would be catastrophic.
It would be catastrophic because it would prove the Deep Staters correct. That they are above the law. That they can do anything they please and get away with it. That we are as gullible and lazy as they believe us to be.
Well, I am here to tell you these truths. The uniparty Deep Staters are not above the law, and they must be held accountable for their unethical and malicious actions, like stuffing a CR with pork and special interest agenda items and expecting us to just roll over and take it.
In fact, how about we all get pissed off enough to demand they actually do their fucking jobs and craft and pass legitimate budgets instead of kicking the can down the road and executing Continuing Resolutions? How many post offices can be renamed as a priority over crafting and passing a budget?
To that end, all budgetary items should be legislated on a stand-alone basis so no one can attach inconsequential items to them in an effort to hide the pork. Hell, every piece of legislation should be executed in a stand-alone manner, so we know how our elected are voting without any excuses.
The Constitution Avenue palmistry must come to an end. People like Murphy and McConnell must be led to the door and tossed out onto their asses. We voted for radical change; a change that brings us back to the Constitution, not further away from it.
That said, the uniparty Deep Staters will fight to the bitter end to hold on to the dynasty of deception and grift they have built. It is up to us to keep the pressure on to tame and/or neuter these con artists and charlatans, and the only way to do that is to, as Trump said on that fateful day, âFight! Fight! Fight!â

While social media and the information sphere buzz about the drones inundating the coastline approximate to New Jersey and New York, I canât help but wonder if we are being blind to the real problem here.
With credible reports coming out of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission that radioactive material was lost in transit earlier this month from a cargo ship headed into New Jersey, the simple explanation that the NRC and/or US military is searching for that material becomes probable.
Also credible, but further down the list, comes the truth that 80 nuclear warheads that existed in Ukraine during the collapse of the Soviet Union in the 1980s are unaccounted for.
According to John Ferguson, CEO of Saxon Aerospace LLC and an expert in unmanned aerial systemsâas reported in GatewayPundit.com:
âBack in the 1980s, Ronald Reagan had dismantled the nuclear program with Russia. There were countless nuclear missiles that were disarmed and disposed of. Well, there were over 80, I believe, over 80 nuclear warheads that were in Ukraine that came up missing.
âWe donât know where they are. Maybe somebody does, but nobody really knows where these are. I speak with some pretty high-level government officials on this stuff. It seems as though that is the case.
âI spoke to a gentleman a few months ago who was trying to raise the alarm to the highest levels of our government, who had their ears closed, about this one particular nuclear warhead that he physically put his hands on.
âHe physically touched this warhead that was left over from Ukraine. And he knew that that thing was headed towards the United States. That is a very serious dealâŠâ
If, in fact, this is the case, that the drones are of the US government in origin and they are looking for lost nuclear materialsâa warhead or otherwiseâthen we have a serious and actionable problem on our hands.
If, in fact, one of the two aforementioned scenarios is the reason for all the drone activity, that makes Bidenâs National Security Communications Advisor, John Kirbyâs, statement all the more infuriating:
This brings me to my point and a point that I believe has been and is being somewhat overlooked. Our federal government has become a behemoth apparatus where secrecy is the order of the day, and transparency is a rarity.
Secrecy is supposed to be the rare exception for the most serious of issues and subjects, not the automatic default for anything and everything the government does. Using secrecy as a default sets the stage for the co-opting of government by the nefarious and opportunistically connected. Itâs a warm petri dish for the bureaucratic Deep State to manipulate government to their will. And when the government bureaucracy, the Deep State government bureaucracy, is so entangled and controlled by K Street and the global eliteâas it is todayâthe people kneel as slaves to the master, and that master has become the federal government.
I talk about this to a great extent in my book Nullification: The Case for Decentralizing the Federal Government. The free Constitutional Republic of the United States was neverâeverâsupposed to have an all-controlling centralized government in Washington, DC. The fear of just such a centralized control was palpable as far back as the last days of Thomas Jeffersonâs presidency when Jeffersonian Republicans went head-to-head with the federalists on the subject.
It has been an issue our nation has been battling and debating ever since, but in this day and ageâwhat with the many levels of greed present in the elected and activist classes; greed for money, greed for power, greed for being seen as correctâthe dangers presented by a centralized federal government are ten-fold from those of Jeffersonâs era.
The secrecy surrounding the drone activity is just a by-product of the centralization of power at the federal level and a byproduct of a federal government that has gotten entirely too large. When coupled with the fact that this centralization of power is being controlled not by those duly elected to represent us in government, but by a bureaucracy that really answers to no one; that is never held accountableâŠwell, Houston, we have a problem, a serious problem.
That means we donât live in a Constitutional Republic any longer. Since the US Constitution created our government as a Constitutional Republic, it presents a reality and a few questions.
The reality is that a coup has taken place in the transformation of our government away from its rightful state as a Constitutional Republic.
The questions: When did that happen, who is responsible, and when will they be held accountable?

So, how much of a complete asshole is Mitch McConnell? Well, I can argue that he is an emotion-exploiting, Deep State, K Street whore of a magnanimous proportion. Put succinctly, heâs quite an asshole.
Anyone who listens regularly understands how much I loathe McConnell; a demonstrated Republican In Name Only who clings to his lust for power and control like Charleton Heston clung to his Second Amendment rights.
McConnell, the titular head of the Deep State Republican âGang of Sixââcomprised of himself and US Senators Susan Collins, Lisa Murkowski, John Curtis, Lindsey Graham, and John Thune, recently took a shot at Trump Health & Human Services nominee, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., on the issue of vaccines and the vaccine approval process.
Kennedy, many would argue, is a bit more informed on the issue of vaccines than Mitch, âthe Sino-Bitch,â who, with regard to the COVID vaccinesânow proven to be choke-full of side effects and absent the promise of immunityâinfamously stated:
"I can say as a Republican man, as soon as it was my turn, I took the vaccine. I would encourage all Republican men to do that." (March 2021)
AndâŠ
"It was a modern medical miracle. That doesn't work if people don't get vaccinated. So for whatever influence I can have over those decisions, I want to encourage everyone to get the vaccine." (June 2021)
AndâŠ
"These shots need to get in everybody's arm as rapidly as possible or we're going to be back in a situation in the fall that we don't yearn for, that we went through last year." (July 2021)
Now, the oracle of RINO-ism and purveyor of pseudo-science is feigning a superior scientific intellect in attacking a Kennedy ally, Aaron Siri, singling out Siriâs questioning of one vaccine to blanket suspicion over the whole of his opposition to BigPharmaâs addiction to profiteering off of vaccine creations for anything and everything the commercial marketeers can concoct, all under the guise of âprotectingâ the American public.
McSino-RINO said:
âFor decades, I have been proud to work with devoted advocatesâfrom Rotary International to the Gates Foundationâand use my platform in public life to champion the pursuit of cures for further generations. I have never flinched from confronting specious disinformation that threatens the advance of lifesaving medical progress, and I will not todayâŠEfforts to undermine public confidence in proven cures are not just uninformed â theyâre dangerous. Anyone seeking the Senateâs consent to serve in the incoming Administration would do well to steer clear of even the appearance of association with such efforts.â
So, the 82-year-oldâwhose own physical capabilities have informed him that he shouldnât be navigating the halls of power, let alone doing it on behalf of the people of Kentucky or the United Statesâis using his position to coerce those who werenât duped by the pseudo-science of the COVID vaccine movement, into being just as ignorant in their thinking as he and his profit-motivated RINO, Deep State compatriots?
I donât think so, Tim.
In fact, this is just more evidence of the needâthe intense needâfor the American people and their duly elected representatives, by virtue of the established Trump mandate, to turn the page on the opportunistic politics of the McConnell/Pelosi era. Itâs time for those two reprobates and their henchmen to vaporize from public life. I mean, really, havenât they done enough damage to the American political system over the years? Havenât they enriched themselves to saturation at the taxpayer-funded governmental monetary feed trough?
So, to answer my own question, I guess McConnell is an asshole of historical proportion. And we should all be pretty sick and tired of his slurred bullshit.

In a world where we have been duped into believing that everyoneâs individual truth must be accepted and embraced, even at the expense of facts and reality, I suppose the statement âthere is no defense for what they do,â could apply to many people, entities, and organizations. But as the virtue-signaling globalist Left in the United States continues to turn a blind eye to the lethal dangers streaming by the tens of thousands over our open borders each month, itâs time to over-state the blatantly obvious.
There is no defense, no rationale, no excuse for the US federal governmentâas well as the many state, county, and local governmentsâto do absolutely nothing to thwart and, in fact, facilitate, in many cases, the entry into our Republic of criminal gangs from Venezuela, El Salvador, and Mexico. With every passing day, they embed themselves into our country like roaches in a tenement building.
This is not about extending a benevolent hand to Third World downtrodden in an effort to help them live better. This is about well-financed and organized criminal gangsâaided by foe governments to the United Statesâstrategically rooting themselves in our country to occupy and profiteer from their chosen trades: Drug and human trafficking through the use of obscene and horrific uses of violence.
As reported in The New York Post:
âThe vicious Venezuelan prison gang Tren de Aragua has expanded its territory to at least 16 US statesâan area that includes half of Americaâs population...
âHomeland Security officials last week were warned in an internal department intelligence memo about TdAâs growing presence across the country, most recently in Washington, DC, Virginia, Montana and Wyoming.
âThe gang already has footholds in California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Wisconsin, according to the memo...
âThe gang has only increased its violent tendenciesâ as it spreads, the memo added.â
In late August 2024, shocking videos surfaced of gun-wielding Tren de Aragua members storming an apartment building in Aurora, Colorado. This incident was part of a series of events leading local authorities to acknowledge the presence of the gang in the community. Incredulouslyâand assumably because it was during the heat of the 2024 General Election cycle, local authorities downplayed claims of the gang having âtaken overâ the city.
In June 2024, a 19-year-old member of Tren de Aragua was charged with shooting two New York City police officers in Queens. This incident was cited as part of a broader pattern of criminal activities by the gang, with the suspect showing no remorse about the shootings, stating it was âcommon practiceâ to open fire on police in Venezuela.
Tren de Aragua is heavily engaged in the following:
* Human trafficking, particularly women and girls for the sex trade and debt bondage
* Kidnappings for ransom
* Extortion of âprotection feesâ
* Drug trafficking, including cocaine, MDMA, and "pink cocaine," a mix involving ketamine
* Arms trafficking
* Theft and robbery, including retail theft, street robberies, and home invasions.
* Money laundering
* Prostitution, particularly in migrant shelters or areas with high migrant populations
* Violent crimes, including murder, assault, and intimidation to maintain control or expand their influence, including high-profile incidents like shootings of law enforcement and civilians.
And like Tren de Aragua, the El Salvadoran Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13) is entrenched in the United States with a significant presence in California (particularly in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and the Central Valley), New York (notably active on Long Island and New York City), Virginia, Maryland, Texas (in Houston and Dallas), Massachusetts, Nevada, Washington, DC, North Carolina, Georgia, Ohio, and Florida (particularly in Miami). Their presence has also been felt in Illinois, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee.
In September 2016, two teenage girls, Nisa Mickens, 15, and Kayla Cuevas,16âboth civiliansâwere viciously attacked and killed in Brentwood, New York. They were beaten, hacked, and stabbed to death by members of MS-13. One of the victims was stabbed over 50 times, and both were mutilated in an act meant to terrorize the community and establish MS-13's dominance. The attack was in retaliation for perceived slights against the gang.
These are just two of the more than 33,000 organized criminal gangsâincluding street gangs, motorcycle gangs, and prison gangsâcurrently operating in the United States. Of those 33,000, thousands of the most vicious groups, with splinter groups numbering in additional thousands, come from Mexico, Central America, and South America.
Currently, the top five most violent street gangs in the United States based on notoriety, reported violence, and law enforcement focus, are:
* Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13)
* Barrio Azteca
* 18th Street Gang
* Mexican Mafia (La Eme)
* Bloods & Crips
Left unaddressed, this list will soon include Tren de Aragua.
It is prudent to note that some commonalities exist between the most notorious gangs operating in the United States. They all engage in drug trafficking, human trafficking, prostitution, and extortion.
Of particular note are the crimes of drug trafficking and human trafficking.
The most lethal drugs that organized criminal gangs trade in within the United States include Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, Heroin, Cocaine, and Synthetic Opioids.
Fentanyl has a potency of 50 to 100 times that of morphine. Even small doses can be lethal. A significant amount of fentanyl, both in its pure form and mixed with other drugs, comes from across the southern US border. Mexican drug cartels, particularly the Sinaloa and Jalisco New Generation cartels, have been major players in producing and smuggling fentanyl. Recent seizures indicate that millions of lethal doses are intercepted each year, with estimates suggesting that in 2024, Mexican authorities seized quantities sufficient for hundreds of millions of lethal doses. There have been approximately 275,473 fentanyl-related deaths from 2020 to 2023.
Methamphetamine or Meth, while not as immediately lethal as fentanyl, can lead to severe health issues, including heart failure, stroke, and addiction-related deaths. Much of the methamphetamine in the US comes from Mexico, where cartels have industrialized meth production. In 2024, significant quantities were reported to have been seized at or near the southern US border, with law enforcement in various states like California and Tennessee linking large shipments directly to Mexican cartels.
Then we have the big âHâ: Heroin. Heroin is a highly addictive opioid that can lead to overdose deaths, especially when mixed with fentanyl. While the bulk of heroin production occurs in Mexico, it also comes from Colombia. Mexican cartels control much of the heroin trade into the US, with significant quantities smuggled across the southern border.
Cocaine can cause sudden death from heart attack or stroke, and its use is associated with violent behavior and addiction. Although cocaine primarily originates from South America, particularly Colombia, Mexican cartels have become central in its transportation into the US. They often control the smuggling routes across the southern border.
And last but certainly not least, we have synthetic opioids, excluding Fentanyl. Drugs like carfentanil are even more potent than fentanyl, posing a high risk of overdose. These drugs can also be produced in clandestine labs within the US, but the precursor chemicals often come from or through Mexico, with China being a significant supplier of these chemicals.
That brings us to the modern-day societal cancer that the most egregious of virtue signalers consistently turn a blind eye to in the US: human trafficking.
Many victims trafficked across the US border are exploited for both labor and sex. A significant number of these victims are children, with the risk heightened for those in migrant or asylum-seeking situations at the border. Traffickers often use deception, force, fraud, or coercion.
The US Department of State's 2024 Trafficking in Persons Report notes that globally, an estimated 27 million people are exploited for labor, services, and commercial sex. Some statistics reveal that between 15,000 to 50,000 people are trafficked each year in the United States, with approximately 25% being children and over 70% female.
It is important to understand that human trafficking is a hidden crime, and statistics often only represent reported cases. The actual numbers might be much higher due to underreporting or fear.
Now, aside from the totality of the impact that gang crime has on our nation, we need to consider a few realities to put this danger into perspective.
In comparison, the total number of fentanyl-related deaths in the United States from just 2020 to 2023â275,473âis over four times the number of US soldiers that died in the Vietnam War (58,220), and almost two-thirds of those who died in World War II (405,399).
In addition to the drug-related deaths, available data from the National Youth Gang Survey Analysis by the National Gang Center revealed that gang-related homicides averaged nearly 2,000 annually. Couple that with the 15,000 to 50,000 people that are trafficked each year and the lives destroyed by the existence of gangs in the United States total over ten times the number of US soldiers killed during the war in Afghanistan.
Yet, we still have elected officialsâat every levelâindignantly virtue-signaling their ignorance by failing to identify this scourge as a full-on attack by foreign paramilitary entities on the American people on American soil.
In 2020, US Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) said, âWe need to stop treating migrants and asylum-seekers like criminals.â US Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) said, âWe need to stop the militarization of our border and instead focus on humane, sensible immigration policies.â And US Sen. JuliĂĄn Castro (D-TX) said, âWe should decriminalize crossing the border because it is not a crime to seek asylum.â
In 2021, US Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA) said, âOur immigration system should be based on compassion, not on punishment. We need to dismantle the cruel, punitive system at our borders.â And former Speaker of the House, US Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), said in 2022, âWe must recognize the dignity and worth of every individual, and that includes those who seek a better life here, crossing our borders.â
And with regard to the existence and activities of Tren de Aragua in Aurora, Colorado, where gang members terrorized apartment complexes in the expansion of their âturf,â Auroraâs mayor, Mike Coffman, made the wholly absurd statement, âThe reality is that the concerns about Venezuelan gang activity have been grossly exaggerated. The incidents were limited to several apartment complexes in this city of more than 400,000 residents.â
Using Coffmanâs reasoning, seizing ground to criminal gangs that trade in drug and human trafficking to the tune of over 275,000 fentanyl-related deaths and 150,000 trafficked humans in just three years is acceptable collateral damage in the pursuit of extending benevolence to people who donât even have enough respect for the laws of our country to enter legally in the first place.
Coffman, Pelosi, Booker, Warren, Presley, and Castro fail to think it through; they fail to consider the damage their virtue-signalingâtheir imbecilic political posturing and ineffective benevolence causes each day. Honestly, itâs stunning that they donât forget to breathe; theyâre so vacuous in their thinking.
It is well past time that the moral grandstanders of the open borders Left come to the reality that their faux concern for these criminalsâ âcivil libertiesâ is killing people, that their virtue-signaling and ideologically-based social justice posturing is killing people, our children, our brothers and sisters, our parents and our neighbors.
The time has come for governmentâand this is the number one obligation of government in its compact with the peopleâit is time for the government, on all levels, to unite to form a militaristic response to these gangs in an effort not to control or contain them, but to eradicate them from the country, treating their actions like the acts of war that they are.
We wouldnât tolerate ISIS or the communist Chinese Peopleâs Liberation Army to land on our shores and kill 91,000 Americans each year, and take another 50,000 prisoners. Why are we allowing organized criminal gangs championed by adversarial nations to do so?
There is no defense for allowing this to happen. There is no excuse for allowing this proxy war to continue on American soil.
Bottom line: If your truth trumps our kids, then your truth sucks. If our kids arenât worth fighting for, then what is?
Then, when we come back, our segment on Americaâs Third Watch, broadcast nationally from our flagship station WGUL AM930 & FM93.7 in Tampa, Florida.

First, let me state this for the record so no one can try to manipulate my words. The murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson is nothing short of an act of murder. I condemn the act and hope the perpetrator is apprehended and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, left to the justice meted out by a jury of his peers.
I also extend my sincere condolences to Mr. Thompsonâs family and close friends.
That said, it would be wise to examine the possible motives that spurred the shooter to engage in murder, in the taking of another human beingâs life.
The security camera footage of the shooting is chilling, even in a world where violence is over-glorified in the entertainment industries. The shooter, calculated and cold in his simplicity, stalked Thompson and very simply pulled the triggerâŠthree times.
VIEW VIDEO HERE
Investigators have discovered that etched onto the bullet casings found at the murder scene were the words âdeny,â âdefend,â and âdepose.â These words are eerily similar to the title of the book, Delay, Deny, Defend, which discusses why âinsurance companies donât pay claims and what you can do about it.â
The book is a critical examination of the insurance industry in the United States, delving into how insurance companies often operate through strategies encapsulated by its title:
Insurers often use delaying tactics to slow the claims process, hoping claimants will give up or settle for less. When that doesnât work, they often reject claims (even valid ones) by finding any reason not to pay out. And if those two tactics donât work, many, if not most, insurers will proceed to litigation, aggressively defending and leveraging their resources to outlast or outspend the policyholder.
The bookâs author uses numerous examples and case studies to illustrate these practices, highlighting how they affect individuals and the broader economy and society. He argues that these strategies prioritize profit over policyholder welfare, often at the expense of those who have paid for coverage expecting protection in times of need. The book also explores regulatory failures and suggests reforms to make the insurance industry more equitable and consumer-friendly.
So, it is reasonable to speculate that the shooter was adversely affected by the health insurance industry and decided, like the character Howard Beale in the movie Network, that he was mad as hell and wasnât going to take it anymore.
Of course, that wouldnât rationalize an act of murder, and it certainly doesnât excuse it. But who hasnât had a run-in with a health insurance company and ended up enraged and disgusted? At every turn, there seems to be a loophole or fine-print caveat that excludes what an insured patient needs or saddles him or her with co-pays that are just about as expensive as paying out-of-pocket.
Then there is the unholy alliance between the health insurance industry and BigPharma.
Insurance companies influence drug costs through their formulary, a list of insurance-covered medications. BigPharma often colludes with insurers to ensure their drugs are included in these formularies through financial incentives or exclusive deals, which usually arenât in the best interest of patients or based on the drug's effectiveness.
Further, there have been legal actions regarding price-fixing and collusion in drug pricing, where insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies agree on pricing strategies that limit competition and keep prices artificially high.
For example. The average price for a 30-day supply (60 tablets) of the anticoagulant medication Eliquis is approximately $185 in Canada. In the United States, where we are told we have a superior healthcare system, the list price for a 30-day supply is approximately $594. Thatâs a $409 difference.
The average price in Mexico is approximately $85. This translates to slightly more than $1 per pill. In the United States, the land where the US federal government tried to mandate health insurance for all each tablet of Eliquis costs approximately $9.90.
Thatâs just one medication. Now use that as a loose base-line in contemplating how the costs of other medicines and medical procedures are affected by this unholy alliance.
Consider this. One report of cost inflation after an Emergency Room visit detailed a case where a $629 bill was issued, with $7 attributed to a Band-Aid and the rest to the facility fee for emergency services. In another example, the cost of a Band-Aid was part of a $478 bill for a minor injury treatment. The retail price of a Band-Aid is anywhere from $0.05 to $0.50.
Then there are plain old visits to a doctor. The average non-insurance out-of-pocket cost for a visit to the doctor in 2024 is anywhere from $150 to $300 for a basic visit. In 2000, that same visit cost $61. In 1980, it cost $14. These costs are based on data from the Agency for Healthcare Research & Quality.
But what about major life-threatening illnesses and how health insurance companies issue payments to cover those?
Letâs use the scariest example for most people: cancer. And please remember this is a generalization, so numbers are to be understood as approximate references. Different kinds of cancer treatments cost more and some less.
The average cost for cancer treatment in 2024 is around $150,000 per patient annually. This figure encompasses treatments like chemotherapy, radiation, surgery, and medications.
Typically, insurance might cover around 70% to 90% of the total cost of cancer treatment, assuming the patient is within network and all treatments are covered under the policy. But mostâif not allâpatients should expect to pay anywhere from $5,000 to $30,000 out-of-pocket annually for cancer treatment, including the deductible, co-pays, coinsurance, and any non-covered treatments or expenses.
Now, consider this. According to a study by Synchrony released in 2022, the average insured American adult with employer-sponsored health insurance could spend more than $320,000 over their adult lifetime on healthcare costs. This includes both premiums and out-of-pocket expenses. Given that approximately 92% of the US population had health insurance coverage for all or part of 2023, the math bears out that over the lifetimes of those American adults, the health insurance industryâand through them, BigPharmaâextracts over $98.035 trillion from the insured.
And if they only pay 90% of the patients' costs, they make $9.803 trillion over the course of an American Generation. If they only pay out 70% of the expenses incurred, they make $68.624 trillion. So, you can see the incentive for health insurance companies to âdelay, deny, and defend.â
Again, I am not defending the person who took Brian Thompsonâs life. I will restate this with all seriousness and sincerity. I hope he or she is apprehended, prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, and adjudicated by a jury of his or her peers.
But, and this should be taken existentially, if the shooter lost a child, a spouse, or a parentâhell, even a close friendâbecause a health insurance company delayed the claims process in hopes the claimant would settle for less or rejected the claimâor any of the necessary medication or medical procedures needed for survivalâbecause of a loophole, or ended up litigating a claim to outlast or outspend the policyholder so they wouldnât have to pay out on the claim, well, I can see clearly how that personâs hopelessness, frustration, and anxiety would have motivated him or her to do something, especially when we are talking about lifetime profits in the $9.803 trillion to $68.624 trillion range.
This is the hope of what Robert F. Kennedy Jr. in the Trump 2.0 administration represents. Is it too much for one person to tackle in one four-year stint? Honestly, yes. The Deep State bureaucratic behemoth that is the healthcare industryâto include Big Pharmaâhere in the United States will take generations to tame and reform, but damn it, itâs a start.
If Kennedy, Elon Musk, and Vivek Ramaswamy can work together to set in place the basis for the continued refinement and reform of the healthcare industrial complex so that it serves the American people rather than creating billionaires and placing every other countryâs people before ours, we will be re-charted in the right direction.
Just my two cents, but the first things that should happen are to:
* Mandate over-state-line portability for all insurance policies
* Restrict BigPharma from the duplicitous pricing of medications between nations
* Eliminate âenrollment periods
* And last but certainly not least, unpackage health insurance plans to make them ala carte so that only age- and gender-appropriate treatments are covered in anyoneâs plan.
Oh, and get the federal governmentâand state governments, for that matterâout of bed with health insurance companies and BigPharma. The federal government has proven itself an abstract failure in all things private sector related, especially in aspects of healthcare. The sooner we get that gaggle of self-enriching assholes out of the healthcare process, the better.
Then, when we come back, our segment on Americaâs Third Watch, broadcast nationally from our flagship station WGUL AM930 & FM93.7 in Tampa, Florida.

It never, ever fails, ever. Democrat Deep Staters always, always, always telegraph their deeds, transposing them onto their opposition. Itâs been happening since the days of Woodrow Wilson and it continues to this day.
Todayâs uniparty Deep State tool is a frequent flier: Dick Durbin, a Democrat senator from Illinois. This Chicago-machine-anointed partisan hack has demonstrated his partisanship almost every second of his career, and his latest remarks donât deviate from his far-Left fealty.
In response to President-elect Trumpâs nomination of Kash Patel to head the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Durbin issued an infantile protest full of name-calling and âitâs not fairâ whining, fully unbecoming of someone seated in the most prestigious legislative body on the planet.
âPresident Biden kept Director Wray in office because the FBI is supposed to be insulated from partisanship. Now, the president-elect wants to replace his own appointee with an unqualified loyalistâŠThe Senate should reject this unprecedented effort to weaponize the FBI for the campaign of retribution that Donald Trump has promised.â
What? There is so much wrong with that statement itâs hard to know where to begin. But letâs take it from the top, shall we?
Durbinâs insistence that Patel shouldnât be seated because President Biden kept Wray in place is an imbecilic notion. Under Wray, the FBI has been used in numerous ways to affect the political persecution of Americans.
The FBI was found to have labeled parents speaking out at school board meetings as potential âdomestic terrorists.â This stemmed from a memo issued by the National School Boards Association (NSBA) in 2021, which served as an attempt to categorize outspoken parents as threats. The FBI response involved investigating these parents over their legitimate concerns about how the school districts were treating and educating their children.
In 2023, a subpoenaed document from the FBI's Richmond Field Office revealed coordination with multiple field offices to produce a memo targeting traditional Catholics as domestic terrorists. This memo was later withdrawn, but the incident exposed the FBIâs religious profiling and political bias.
The FBI under Wray has targeted agents based on their political beliefs, particularly those with conservative views or military backgrounds. This includes claims of harassment and retaliation against whistleblowers who spoke out against political biases within the agency.
The FBI has also been called on the carpet for not only not aggressively pursuing investigations into Hunter Biden, suggesting a protective stance towards political figures aligned with the Democrat party, but also covering up the facts surrounding what was on his laptop, couching it all as an exercise in Russian skullduggery.
Then we have the SWAT raid at former President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago residence in 2022 where we now know the FBI was being used as a political tool against Trump and his 2024 election campaign.
And lastly, for our purposes here, we now know the FBI worked with social media companies to suppress information, particularly around the federal governmentâs COVID disinformation campaign and the Hunter Biden laptop story before the 2020 election.
By Durbinâs âethicalâ standards, Trump should leave Wray in his position, well, just because Biden did, ignoring the factâthe indisputable factâthat under Christopher Wray, the FBI has been corrupted and politicized almost beyond repair.
Not only has Wray failed in his sworn oath to âsupport and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic,â and âbear true faith and allegiance to the same,â he allowed partisan ideologues to rise to positions of power that allowed them to thwart investigations, hobble the search for truth and justice, and use the power of the FBI and its sacred public trust to benefit political ideologues.
Wray is a failed FBI director and rightfully deserves to be fired for dereliction of duty if not scrutinized for true acts of insurrection and sedition.
But, back to Durbin and his idiotic statement.
Durbin infers that Trump appointing an âunqualified loyalistâ is ludicrous in both uses of the words.
First, why would any president, Trump, Biden, Obamaâany of them, appoint someone who wasnât loyal to their agenda? The idea is psychopathic on its face. In fact, itâs absurdity is self-evident to those with an IQ over that of a grape.
But âunqualifiedâ? Durbin dares to use the term âunqualifiedâ in the same sentence as the name Kash Patel?
Okay, quickly, because it would take hours to fully explain why Patel is more than qualified to be a reformative FBI director in the Trump administration:
* Patel holds a Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law and has a certificate in international law from the University of College London.
* He worked as a federal prosecutor within the Justice Department, focusing on national security cases, which gives him direct experience in law enforcement related to federal crimes.
* Patel served as a senior director for counterterrorism at the National Security Council during Trump's first term.
* He was the Principal Deputy to the Acting Director of National Intelligence, Richard Grenell, in 2020.
* He served as Chief of Staff to Acting Secretary of Defense Christopher Miller, where he was involved in significant policy decisions and had oversight relevant to managing the FBI's operations.
* Patel worked as senior counsel to the House Intelligence Committee under Rep. Devin Nunes, where he was involved in investigations related to national security, including the Russia investigation into Trump's campaign; he exposed the Russia hoax. This role gave him insight into the intersection of politics, law, and intelligence.
In addition to those âqualifications,â Mr. Durbin, Patel has been a vocal supporter of Trump, often echoing Trump's views on the Deep State and the need for reform within federal agencies like the FBI.
So, far from being an âunqualified loyalist,â Patelâs loyalty and alignment with Trump's political objectivesâalong with each milestone of his careerâare significant qualifications for the role, given Mr. Trump's stated goal to reshape the FBI into the organization that it once was: A federal law enforcement agency that serves the people rather than the politicians.
But, then, thatâs why Dickie Durbin, the twit political hack from the glow-in-the-dark cobalt blue state of Illinois, stands against Patelâs nomination. In cleaning out the sewer that is the Deep State, Durbinâs malfeasance might come into the light, and, well, a corrupt Illinois politician canât be having any of thatâŠnow can he?
As the flushing of the DC Swamp begins under Trump 2.0, get ready for an immense amount of pushback from Deep State uniparty assholes like Dick Durbin. They will not go quietly into the night. And that is why it is so incredibly important to keep the pressure on!!
And as a pre-post-script to it all, if the far-Left Democrats and Deep State uniparty douchebags were okay with stuffing appointments like Rachel Levine and Sam Brinton down our throats during the Biden-Harris administration, they shouldnât have a damn thing to say about any of Donald Trumpâs appointments.
Then, when we come back, our segment on Americaâs Third Watch, broadcast nationally from our flagship station WGUL AM930 & FM93.7 in Tampa, Florida.

Never let it be said that establishment operatives within the Republican Party apparatus canât snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. The only questions that remain are these: Do they do it because they are power-hungry Deep Staters? Or are they just that incapable of recognizing a mandate when they see one?
The latest in the long line of âare you shitting meâ moments comes in the elitist and tone-deaf remarks emanating from George W. Bushâs âarchitect,â Karl Rove.
In a recent op-ed penned for The Wall Street Journal, Rove is quoted as saying:
âWhile his nominees prepare for their hearings, the president-elect must turn to what is in many respects an equally important task: picking the No. 2s for his cabinet secretaries and administratorâŠIt will be especially important for Mr. Trumpâs picks to have capable No. 2s as undersecretary, deputy secretary, and chief deputy administrator â titles vary from place to place â especially if the No. 1 is new to government or that departmentâs function.â
Rove states that those âNo. 2sâ (I am sure that no pun was intended) should be people who have served in the agencies, departments, and commissions and know how they function; adding the entire process might be âconfounding even [to] the most purpose-driven leader.â
Rove finishes up his piece by saying, President-elect Trump:
â...needs people who have been in the trenches, grappled with the bureaucracy and have some sense of its powers to distract, delay and misdirectâŠShaking things up works only if doing so helps rather than hurts the American people. Doing the right thing the right way matters. Whoâs No. 2 matters almost as much as whoâs No. 1.â
Well, Rove has that last part right, anyway. And I do agree with him on his overall point. Trump cannot make the same mistake as during the first Trump administration (Trump 1.0). He must appoint and place people who understand the Washingtonian game and who wonât get gamed by the system. The problem here is this. The Republican and conservative inside-the-beltway bench is sprinkled with careerist, inside-the-beltway Deep Staters who, like last time around, would be quite temptedâif not motivatedâto inject their self-preservative ideologies rather than faithfully carry out Trumpâs Deep State destruction agenda with fidelity.
So, if we are to follow Mr. Roveâs advice and saddle the Trump nominees with establishment Republican âNo. 2s,â how are we to have a reasonable expectation that those âNo. 2sâ wonât obstruct the administrationâs anti-Deep State efforts just like many of Trumpâs âNo. 1sâ did during Trump 1.0?
There can be no guarantee with a Washingtonian insider because that cohort has repeatedly proven to the American people that they have either a loose or non-existent relationship with the truth. Truth is âsubjectiveâ to that peer group. They can justify almost any action or infidelity, no matter how egregious.
One need only look at how the so-called Republican Senators Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) and Susan Collin (R-ME) abdicated their fidelity to their partyâs leader during Trump 1.0.
Collins and Murkowski are two of only three GOP senators advancing to the 119th Congress who voted to convict Trump in an impeachment trial. Each has voted in line with GOP colleagues a scant 36% of the time this year. In most instances, their votes helped Chuck Schumer hammer through radically-Left judicial nominations. This voting fidelity is a far lower percentage than any other senator.
With the news that the âDeep-Statiestâ Senator of them all, Mitch McConnell (R-KY), is set to step aside to pave the way for Collins to take the reins of one of the most influential committees in Congress, the Senate Appropriations Committee (a role that wields unparalleled control over discretionary federal spending), following Roveâs advice would detract from the almost impossible task of taming the federal government.
To follow Roveâs advice to install âNo. 2sâ from the establishment Republican and conservative bench, to install those who âhave been in the trenchesâ and âgrappled with the bureaucracyâ would almost guarantee that the most necessary of reforms and deconstructions would never come to fruition.
In fact, rather than heed Roveâs advice, the Trump 2.0 transition teamâand the President-elect himselfâ should consume the underlying sentiment of Roveâs point and take it in another direction.
Instead of placing establishment GOP bench-sitters into the âNo. 2â positions as Rove suggests, why not seek out, vet, and appoint those who understand the Washingtonian inside-the-beltway games but who have been screwed over by the Deep State establishment? Strategically gather a group of potential second-in-commands who have a vendetta against those defending the status quo and the Deep State bureaucracy itself.
A battle-hardened âNo. 2â with a burning desire to shatter the Washington swamp, adept at navigating Trumpâs appointees through the minefield of bureaucratic sabotage laid by Deep State parasites, will be the linchpin in executing Trumpâs 2.0 agenda with ruthless efficiency.
The next step is to start decontaminating the sewage pipe that maintains the steady flow of retreaded staffers that regurgitate through the departments, agencies, and commissions, not to mention the cesspool of Deep State, leaky, careerist staffers who actually run the congressional offices on Capitol Hill.
Once those things are done, we actually have a chance to take back our Republic, thanks to the man the far-Left calls Hitler.

I get a certain satisfaction from those social media memes that joke, âFor every Christmas light that goes up before Thanksgiving, an elf dies.â Not that I have anything against elves. I am sure they are very nice. Thanksgiving comes before Christmas, and it is a uniquely American holiday that should be properly recognized.
We see it increasingly every year. Immediately after Halloween, the Madison Avenue marketers and profiteers start the push to âbuy, buy, buyâ for the Christmas holiday. In some cases, stores are starting to put up Christmas merchandise even before the Halloween candy goes on sale. Jack Skellington riding a reindeer. How pithy.
In my humble opinion, it diminishes both Halloween and Christmas. But more importantly, it completely ignores the uniquely American holiday that is Thanksgiving, and that is really disheartening.
Everyone should know the story of the first Thanksgiving and the formative history that brought it to be a national holiday. I say should because, as you all know, accurate and fact-based history isnât taught in our schools today. Another reality that is disheartening, but I digress.
To give a brief overview, I turn to The History Channel, which, for most of what they do, at least attempted to have fidelity to the truth:
And so it is that the Thanksgiving holiday is one that is born of Americanism. It is ours as a nation, yet today, we give it short shrift as a day when we eat well, watch football (if youâre into that, my football-watching days ended with the brilliance of the 1985 Chicago Bears), and end up arguing with the outspoken and/or over-imbibed relation who just needs to display his or her ass about politics and current events, all as the whisper of Christmas licks at the window.
The fact of the matter is this. We, as individuals and as a nation, have quite a bit to be thankful for this Thanksgiving, and we should take the time to breathe and give thanks for it all.
Politically, whether you are a Trump supporter or one of the vocal few who suffer from Trump Derangement Syndrome (a real affliction, I might add), we now have a government in waiting that is one of the most diverse and focused in recent history. Kennedy, Gabbard, and a plethora of individuals from outside the Deep State bureaucratic complex are focused on dismantling the inside-the-beltway apparatus, one that does very little but serve itself, in a quest to decentralize the federal government and return the taskmasters' whip to which the government is meant to obey to the people.
Societally, it appears that the abstract lunacyâand I use those words to be consumed literallyâthe abstract lunacy of wokeism seems to be on the wane. DEIâDiversity, Equity, & Inclusionâis being abandoned by corporations all over the country and, in fact, the world. People are slowly becoming more comfortable discussing the ridiculousness of the transgender appeasement movement (true cases of gender dysphoria are documented at just 0.014% at the high end, internationally). And the identity politics charlatans of the genderism and racism activist crowds are fast losing the sympathies of an awakening public who sees their efforts as those of division and opportunism.
But personally (and thatâs what it all boils down to, doesnât it), we all have a great number of things to be thankful for. While not a âland of perfection,â we live in the United States, and she is still the shining beacon on that hill that signals hope reigns eternal both for her citizens, those who quest to be included in her citizenryâlegally, and the world.
Many of us have family and friends that, sad to say, and just about everyone is guilty of it, have family and friends that we donât embrace enough. Thanksgiving gives us a day, if only one out of 365, to dedicate ourselves to making sure they know how we feel, whether itâs a full-on embrace or just a smile and a nod of the head.
Thanksgiving also gives us an opportunity to extend the brotherhood of man to those less fortunate than ourselves, to let those who feel they have been forgotten know they havenât been. And to let those who serve us each day, out of sight and out of mindâthe first responder firefighters, EMTs, and police officers; the nurses (both home health and institutional) and doctors, and our military men and womenâto let them know we see them and are thankful for the protection they provide.
So, while you prepare your Thanksgiving feast or sit on the couch watching football while someone else does, take some timeâbefore the eating and drinking and before the conversations that sometimes may become heatedâto give some thought to all you and yours have to be thankful for. When we stop and consider that singular question, we really come to understand how âwealthyâ we really are as individuals, as a society, and as a nation.
After the turkey is relegated to the sandwich-maker's heaven that the day after Thanksgiving affords, thenâand only thenâshould we be forced to suffer the onslaught of the marketeers' âbuy, buy, buyâ and 24-hour-a-day Mariah Carey Christmas songs.
That was almost Grinch-like, wasnât it?
Wishing you a very reflective, happy, and joyous Thanksgiving. God Bless America.

Well, the election is over and my stock in U-Haul hasnât gone up any. I mean, come on, man! I thought the entirety of the caustic Left glitterati promised the American peopleâtheir fans includedâthat they were going to leave the country if Donald Trump won the 2024 election.
Cher, a jaded elitist, said she would leave the planet if Trump were electedâagainâand more recently mentioned she would leave the country.
The comedic has-been and member of The View coven, Whoopi Goldberg, has threatened twice to leave the US if Trump became president, although she later walked those declarations back because, hey, nobody recognizes her as famous anywhere else in the world, where would she go?
Miley Cyrus, who so nauseatingly donated the âtwerkâ as an art form to the American petri dish of inanity, initially declared she would move out of the country if Trump won in 2016. I guess sheâs waiting for the bellhop to load her luggage.
Barbra Streisand, who hasnât done anything but shake down her sycophant buddies for $000 concert tickets for decades, suggested she would move to Canada or Australia if Trump returned to power.
Lebron James, JLo, Robert DeNiro, Ben Stiller (who?), Tom Hanks, Billie Eilish, Taylor Swift (gack), Stephen King, Julia Roberts and George Clooney (who both voiced commercials for Harris with Roberts voicing the âlie to your husband about who you vote forâ commercial), Meryl Streep, Kevin Spacey, Rosie OâDonnell, Lady Gag (I mean Lady Gaga), Sharon Stone, Lena Dunham (who, again?), the list goes on and on. Elitist megalomaniacs so caught up in their own self-importance that they believe people actually give a shit whether they exist in the United States as citizens or not.
Did they really believe that the threat of leaving the country would change someoneâs vote? Is their narcissism and detachment from reality that extreme? Are they that out of touch with reality?
I mean, what does their existence on US soil provide everyday Americans anyway? Is their leaving the country going to deprive us all of something critical in our lives? Will our nation suffer because they have expatriated? Were we all supposed to shriek in terror at the notion of an America without JLo or Lady Gaga, without Whoopi âCaryn Johnsonâ Goldberg (boy, isnât âCarynâ appropriate in this case), or Cher?
Nobody gives a shit whether youâre here or not because what you do isnât that important to our daily lives. Youâre not here half the time anyway, and people manage to have fulfilling and fruitful lives without the blessings of your egotism and âlook at meâ neediness.
Do us all a favor and stop talking about it; stop âannouncing itâ as if itâs some once-in-a-lifetime world premiere event, and just pack up and get the fuck out! Leave already. Be gone. Vanish.
I at least give Ellen DeGeneres and Portia Rossi credit for actually leaving after making the declaration, but that wonât stop them from selling their wares to the American people, so it really doesnât matter whether they live here or not.
But hey, maybe thatâs exactly what these egotistical, self-centered maniacs need: a shot of reality.
We, in the United Statesâand anyone who has spent time overseas can attest to thisâexist under the protections of the Bill of Rights. Not all free countries of the Western World have those protections, although some give it a good shot.
Even those who break the law have better protections in the United States than in other Western nationsâand definitely in non-Western nations worldwide. Just ask any American who has had run-ins with law enforcement in a foreign country.
Truth be told, the people we really canât do without in our daily lives are those who donât obsess about fame, importance, and the spotlight. While we can do without Robert DeNiro and Meryl Streep, we can not exist safely without firefighters, paramedics, or police officers. While we can go about our daily lives without Ben Stiller or Rosie OâDonnell, we cannot function comfortably without sanitation workers, plumbers, electricians, or carpenters. These are the people who we need in our livesâespecially if one is not completely self-sufficient, not the ego-bloated narcissist of the elitist coddled class.
So, why should we give a baboonâs red ass what the pompous glitterati think about politics or anything else, for that matter?
Letâs face it: a has-been, millionaire comedian with a caustic attitude telling you who you have to hate every day doesnât amount to much when your goal is to put a roof over your family's heads and food on the table; their egotistical demands arenât worth much when you have to make real-life decisions for the future, for your childrenâs future, or the care of an elderly parent.
Joy Beharâs inane and intellectually stunted diatribes of âagree with me or youâre a racistâ hate each weekday add nothing to anyoneâs life but division and conflict, and quite frankly, itâs hard to understand why she is even on the show. I mean, can you remember even one piece of comedy she ever created? What the hell is she famous for besides being a loud-mouthed, uninformed, opinionated buffoon? She certainly isnât in the league of Robin Williams, Jerry Seinfeld, or Gilda Radner. Hell, she isnât in the same league as Marge Simpson or Lois Griffin, and theyâre fictional.
No, celebrities' opinions are worth about as much as a piece of used toilet paper, and it can be argued that the used toilet paper gives off less of a foul odor. No actor is going to come to your house to save you and your children at 3 am because your house caught fire in the middle of the night. No sports figure is going to put his life on the line by drawing down on a criminal who is trying to rob you at gunpoint. And no washed-up, spotlight-feeding comedian is going to show up at 11:30 at night to stop the water from pouring into your basement from a broken water heater.
Are there good and conscientious actors and actresses, comedians, sports figures, and other celebrities? You bet there are. But they donât try to manipulate you into thinking a certain way by abusing their popularity. They donât try to bully you ideologically just to falsely self-aggrandize themselves as superior to all of us little people out here in âaudience land.â
Appreciate those who do the tough, dangerous, and thankless jobs that we need them to do every day, those first responders, public workers, and tradesmen who make our lives fundamentally better, not some bi-coastal elitist jagoff who demands his prosciutto be rolled into flowers and planted in a cantaloupe garden in the Green Room. These assholes pretend and muse for a living, and, quite frankly, given the quality of the products they have been producing lately, are grotesquely overpaid and exist above their true societal station.
So, to Robert, Whoopi, Cher, Babs, and the rest of you overblown, has-been, glitterati assholes who think we give a ratâs ass that youâre threatening to leave the country because of an election, hear this loud and clear; Get the fuck out and donât let the door hit you in the ass on your way out. Weâll be just fine.
Oh, and leave your citizenships at the doorâŠletâs see how many are willing to do that. Iâm betting not a single one.

As the mainstream media in the United States suffocates itselfâsuperficiallyâon President-elect Donald Trumpâs cabinet nominees, an important international story goes unreported. It has everything to do with geopolitics, and the perceived act of sabotage warrants concern.
The Swedish Prosecution Authority has launched an investigation into suspected sabotage related to disruptions of two crucial undersea fiber-optic cables in the Baltic Sea. One cable connects Lithuania to Sweden, while the other links Finland to Germany. This investigation comes on the heels of Finland's announcement of its own police inquiry into these incidents, indicating a broader concern about the integrity of critical infrastructure in the region.
On Monday at approximately 0200 GMT, the 745-mile cable connecting Helsinki, Finland, to Rostock, Germany, ceased functioning, as reported by Cinia, the Finnish state-controlled cybersecurity and telecom company responsible for the cable. Simultaneously, at around 0800 GMT on Sunday, Telia Lietuva, a subsidiary of Sweden's Telia Company, reported a severed 135-mile cable between Lithuania and Gotland Island in Sweden.
The Baltic Sea, bordered by nine countries, including Russia, is a vital commercial shipping route. As such, ensuring the integrity of its underwater infrastructure is of utmost importance.
In a joint statement, Finland and Germany expressed deep concern regarding the severed undersea cables, emphasizing its broader implications for European security. They stated, "We are deeply concerned about the severed undersea cable," underscoring that "Europeâs security is threatened by Russiaâs war against Ukraine and hybrid warfare by malicious actors," though no specific actors were identified. The statement highlighted the critical need to protect shared infrastructure, essential for national security and societal resilience.
Henrik Soderman, a Swedish prosecutor engaged in the investigation, announced that the cutting of the fiber optic cables is currently being treated as an act of sabotage. At an EU defense ministers' meeting in Brussels, German Defence Minister Boris Pistorius addressed the situation, noting, "No one believes that these cables were cut accidentallyâŠ[we] must assume, although we do not yet have confirmation, that this is indeed sabotage."
Recent damage to underwater infrastructure in the Baltic Sea has raised significant regional security concerns. One notable incident in 2023 involved a Chinese container ship that was implicated in dragging its anchor across telecommunications cables. The exact cause of this incidentâaccidental or deliberateâremains uncertain. However, the repeated occurrences of such events have sparked suspicions of potential hybrid sabotage. As a result, there are increasing calls for enhanced protective measures to safeguard Europe's underwater networks.
The ongoing incidents in the region highlight a significant concern. Recently, similar actions have been scrutinized for their potentially malicious intent. Last year, incidents involving a gas pipeline and other undersea cables raised suspicions of sabotage. This situation echoes the 2022 Nord Stream pipeline explosions, which are under investigation by German authorities.
One EU source with deep knowledge of the situation stated that other available information indicates that Russia has been behaving increasingly provocatively along its borders with Norway and Finland:
âRussia must be behind what looks like an attack, in which case it is a âcasus belliâ (act of war, not simply sabotage).â Russia must be behind what looks like an attack, in which case it is a âcasus belliâ (act of war, not simply sabotage). They should stop trying to reassure the public. [They] sound silly. This was to be expected in a sense. As regards the Baltic states, Putin must be trying to isolate some countries from the rest of the NATO and EU spheres. Normal tactics.â
What Should Americans Care About This
Vladimir Putin's aggressive maneuvers in the Baltic Sea, particularly in relation to NATO countries, are significant in light of his ongoing conflict with Ukraine. These actions carry important implications for the United States, especially for the incoming Trump administration.
The Baltic statesâEstonia, Latvia, and Lithuaniaâare members of NATO, and as such, any attack on these countries could trigger Article 5 of the NATO treaty. This article stipulates that an attack against one member is considered an attack against all. Consequently, the United States, as a founding member of NATO, would be obligated to respond militarily. Such a scenario could potentially lead to direct conflict between the US and Russia, significantly escalating tensions in the region.
The potential for conflict is heightened by North Koreaâs deployment of military assets in the region to support the Russian war effort. This situation is further complicated by President Bidenâs dangerous decision to permit Ukraineâs military to utilize US-made long-range missiles, which President Putin interprets as a direct engagement of the United States in the conflict.
Putin's use of hybrid warfare tactics, such as cyberattacks and disinformation campaigns, affects not only the regional landscape but also NATO's broader security framework, with the United States playing a pivotal role. These tactics challenge NATO's resilience and heighten the likelihood that the US will need to provide technological and intelligence support to counter these threats.
As tensions escalate, the US could find itself entangled in Russian information operations designed to instigate discord among NATO members and within the United States. These activities could significantly impact public opinion, influence elections, and alter the political landscape to the detriment of the West.
Additionally, the United States has a vested interest in promoting European energy independence as it seeks to diminish Russian influence over European politics. The Baltic Sea plays a critical role in this context, serving as a key conduit for energy security through pipelines such as Nord Stream. Any disruptions in this region not only impact European allies but also have significant repercussions for US economic interests and the overall transatlantic economic relationship.
So, Russia's aggressive actions are coaxing the United States to become more deeply involved in European security decisions. While this engagement is essential to maintain, it aligns more with the interests of the global elite, the US military complex, and the opportunistic elements of the Deep State than it does with the needs of the American people.
The geopolitical challenges and the political landmines left by the Obama-Biden-Harris administrations and the Sorosian global elite present immediate hurdles for Donald Trump upon his rightful return to office. This is one reason the mainstream mediaâsâand the uniparty political establishmentâsâobsession with Trumpâs cabinet picks is inane and, in fact, vacuous.
While dealing with this dangerous and complex situation is undoubtedly challenging, there is a silver lining in knowing that the intellectual inability of the Obama 2.0 neo-Marxist Leftâideologues such as Susan Rice, Samantha Power, and Antony Blinken, along with other remnants of the Obama administrationâto affect effective diplomatic and strategic solutions is soon becoming inconsequential for they are no longer steering the ship.
That said, the disruption of internet communications in Europe affects the United States a lot more than realized at face value. Itâs a hell of a lot more serious than a buffering problem on Netflix.

As the American people prepare to step back into the light from the darkness cast upon them by the progressive neo-Marxist minions of the globalist âNew World Order,â we must all be keenly aware that the road back to liberty and freedom will not be an easy one. We will all have to endure some hardship as we disengage from the claws of an overreaching federal government. But it will be worth it.
The idea that the results of an election can somehow afford immediate solutions to problems and government entanglement that took decadesâif not a millenniumâto create is the stuff of the naive and the foolish. And while many in our Republic have been conditioned to expect instant gratification, enough of us have awakened from the stupor of the mainstream mediaâs disingenuous and false narratives to understand that a radical course correction away from the influences of the New World Order and toward a return to constitutionalism is desperately needed.
This awakening is why Donald Trump won the Electoral College by a landslide and captured the popular vote in the 2024 General Election. It is also why the people of all fifty states voted to give conservatives and Republicans the majority in both chambers of the Legislative Branch. And while the Republican Party goes about disenfranchising the Deep State uniparty operatives that exist within its ranks, there are enough people who have been elected to office who understand the depths of the corruption in our federal government and how it is now subservient in its station to the Deep State, and why both must come to an end.
The good news for us all is three-fold.
First, we have elected a bona fide change agent in Donald Trump and delivered the House and the Senate to him. When a conservative US Supreme Court is added to the equation, the result is an opportunity to effect some serious and real change in the federal government. Yes, the Deep State Republicans in Name Only (RINOs) can do great harm to this opportunity. Still, the ideological pendulum has recovered so far to the constitutional swing after twelve years of woke nonsense that even the most opportunistic politician knows the business-as-usual status quo cannot stand.
Second, the American people are finally ready to reduce the federal governmentâs footprint in their lives. Having survived the despotism of government overreach during the COVID pandemic and the onslaught of societal restriction that wokeism inflicted on them, they are starved to be left alone; to embrace a freedom unencumbered by the mandates of government not authorized by the minimalism of the US Constitution.
Americansâwho identify as from both sides of the political aisleâare ready to listen to the serious conversations that surround restructuring our tax system away from one that is income-based, securing our borders and instituting a sovereignty-first immigration system, drastically culling Big Pharma and BigAg from the halls of power, expunging the totalitarian extremism of wokeness from our government departments, agencies, and commissions, and limiting the use of the US military to interests exclusive to the security of the United States.
And last but certainly not least, we have a working model proving that disengagement from government overreach and dependency results in a thriving nation and a thriving people. This model comes to us in Javier Mileiâs Argentina.
What Milei has done in Argentina is nothing short of historical.
The Miracle In Argentina
Javier Milei, who became President of Argentina in December 2023, has implemented a series of reforms based on libertarianism and the disenfranchisement of governmental overreach to alter the country's economic and political landscape.
Milei's economic policies have significantly reduced monthly inflation rates. Initially, inflation was extremely high, but by February 2024, it had slowed to 13.2% from 25.5% in December 2023. By October 2024, it reached a three-year low of 2.7%, indicating a cooling of the hyperinflation that Argentina had been experiencing for decades.
One of his significant accomplishments was achieving a fiscal surplus within the first few months of his term, a feat not seen since 2012. This was accomplished by drastically cutting public spending, which included reducing the number of government ministries and firing numerous public sector employees.
Milei reduced the size of the government by more than 50%, which included reducing the number of ministries from 19 to 9. This was part of his broader policy of minimizing government intervention in the economy.
He introduced an omnibus bill aimed at giving him sweeping executive powers, which, although stalled in committee, was indicative of his aggressive approach to reform. His government passed historic reforms through the Chamber of Deputies, including repealing over 300 articles of laws, revoking regulations, and promoting the privatization of state-owned entities.
And although plans for dollarization have been delayed, Milei's administration has focused on stabilizing the peso, which has become one of the world's best-performing currencies under his tenure. This was part of his broader economic strategy to control inflation and stabilize the economy.
Milei has shifted Argentina's foreign policy away from the neo-Marxism that plagues the governments of Central and South America, notably by not renewing diplomatic relations with Cuba, Nicaragua, and Venezuela. Instead, he has labeled them dictatorships and is seeking closer ties with Western democracies, including pursuing a NATO global partnership.
But, from the beginning, Milei was open and honest about the fact that, in the short term, some pain would have to be endured. His administration enacted harsh austerity measures, which included lifting price controls, reducing subsidies (particularly for fuel and transport), and cutting public works contracts. While controversial, these measures aimed at reducing government expenditures and tackling inflation.
Are these same governmental and social maladies not shared by the United States in the aftermath of the poisonous rule and influence of the neo-Marxist progressive movement?
Despite initial opposition and protestsâmostly spurred on by the socialist-leaning elements in Argentine society, credible polls indicate that over 50% of Argentines had a positive view of Milei as of late May 2024, indicating a level of public support for and acceptance of his revolutionary reforms.
These accomplishments reflect Milei's commitment to his campaign promises of implementing shock therapy economics, reducing state intervention, and promoting free-market policies. And Mileiâs innovative approach to healing his nation hasnât gone unnoticed.
The Beginning Of The New New World Order?
Milei became the first foreign leader to meet with President-elect Donald Trump during a visit to Mar-a-Lago for the first-ever meeting of the America First Policy Institute. There, he gave a speech that put the World Economic Forum globalists on notice that sovereign nations will not simply become useful idiot cogs in their authoritarian monocratic scheme.
Milei said, in part:
âIn 1848, Marx began that sinister pamphlet, his Communist Manifesto with a phrase: A specter is haunting Europe. The specter of Communism. Today, a different type of spirit is traversing the world. The spirit of freedom. A spirit that has come to end the model of servitude that reigns in the free worldâŠ
âToday, at the height of Western culture, we face a new trial by fire. On the domestic front, the fight against the woke virus and its devastating consequences. And on the external front, the threat of new forms of despotism and terror. These are two different expressions of barbarism, but both are dangerous.
âI believe we must unite to confront this barbarism and form an alliance of creation guardians of the Western legacy by establishing new political ties, but also commercial, cultural, diplomatic, and military tiesâŠâ
Is this not a significant part of the core America First (sovereignty first) ideology that brought Donald Trump to the Oval Office in 2016 and now again in 2024?
This is the path the United States can take if we realize, understand, and support Trumpâs sovereignty-first (America First) national policy, given the evidence of how it is working successfully in Argentina under Mileiâs leadership.
The only thing that can keep the United Statesâand the American peopleâfrom reaping the benefits of a limited federal government through the application of Trumpâs America First policy is if we allow the Deep State to hobble and kill the movement in its determination to maintain the bureaucratic status quo.
If we keep the pressure on and support the incoming Trump administrationâs agenda to destroy the Deep State and the autocratic bureaucracy of the inside-the-beltway class, we can all be free as our Framers intended.
If we claim victory and do little else, we will have forfeited this incredible opportunity to the self-interested greed merchants of the selfish, elitist class who have ruled us into the desperate situation we exist in today.
I donât know about you, but to me, the choice is clear.
