let's talk about dreams... losing them, finding them, talking about them, and turning them into reality.
-
it's that time of the year again! the days are darker, i struggle to peel myself out of bed, i'm exhausted from doing nothing, and i want to crawl into a hole and see absolutely no one. on this episode, i talk about my tips to make seasonal depression a little less heavy, why i think setting social media boundaries is crucial during this time of the year, and my thoughts on holiday burnout.
-
an honest conversation about the fuckery of our society's beauty standards
-
why i think setting boundaries is important and one of the coolest things you can do.

26 has been the most confusing year of my life. i wake up very day and have an existential crisis. let's talk about why!
-
this week i talk best feelings ever. you know those feelings. the ones that bring you intense satisfaction or relief. the ones that send tingles throughout your body or shivers down your back. the ones that make feel like a brand new person. the euphoric ones. the nostalgic ones. i go through your submissions and respond to what you guys think are the best feelings ever. i get a little gross, i get a little controversial. i also tell you guys something i've probably told two people in my entire life. then at the end of the episode, we chat orgasms and what they feel like. and yes, i AM going to do a whole episode dedicated to orgasms.
-
let's talk about anxiety. i was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder back in high school and since then, it's been the most important thing in my life. you don't know me if you don't know my anxiety. i talk about what anxiety looks like for me, what i struggle with, my experience with medication, where i'm at now, therapy, coping mechanisms, and more.
YOU ARE NOT A LESSER HUMAN BEING BECAUSE YOU STRUGGLE WITH A MENTAL HEALTH DISORDER. don't forget that xoxo

lucie's back! this week we talk about the concept of non-negotiables when it comes to partners/relationships and list our top three most important ones. we also talk about each of our most irrational icks and answer your 'he's a ten, but' submissions, which were INCREDIBLE. we give our opinions about 3-in-1 shampoo/conditioner/body wash, phone sex, height, living at home with parents, personality vs. physical looks, and more.
-
i'm 26, living at home with my parents, and proud of that. let's talk about the danger of comparison traps, finances in your 20s, and the beauty of focusing on yourself
-
this week i open up about the physical health journey i've been on for the past couple of months. i talk about the stomach issues i've dealt with, loss of appetite post-heartbreak, having no energy or desire to workout, probiotics, unintentional weight loss, and how I'm taking back my physical health one step at a time.

i'm tired of trying to fit myself into a box. i'm tired of editing reels with tons of short, 0.1-second videos and then adding a trending audio that it took me hours to find. i'm tired of all of these stupid videos filling up and cluttering my camera roll. i'm tired of my hands hurting because of how hard i grip my phone when i film a video to make sure it's not shaky. i'm tired of everything on social media looking the same and feeling fake. why are we all forcing ourselves to pretend we live perfectly curated, aesthetic lives when that couldn't be farther from the truth? is anyone even happy anymore? idk this might just be one big self projection. who really knows?
and this is all coming from someone who has always loved aesthetic, romanticized moments. it all just feels like overkill. it's too much of one thing. it feels like the joy is being sucked out of everything...

been going through it for the past month and a half, here's what's going on

- why you shouldn't be looking to meet your future partner while out
- therapy
- outgrowing friendships
- what guys talk about when they're together
- being vulnerable
& much more!

For this episode, Lucie and I went to Tatte together post-yoga and chatted about all of the life things while sipping on our iced matcha lattes. We talk about making new friends, how to approach boys without seeming overly interested, navigating finances in your 20s, knowing your non-negotiables in a partner, and more.

My friend Lucie and I went to Cuppacoffee in the South End after a Corepower sculpt class and shot the shit about life, as we do after every yoga class we take together. This kind of conversation with a good friend is so healing and therapeutic for me, so I hope that it can be the same for you.
We talk about making friends in a hostile city, why we love Southie, how we met, the importance of having conversations with strangers, drunk girls empowering girls in the bathroom of the bar, gut stuff, UTI theories, signs from the universe, bubble butts, etc. I also share a life update about moving back to the city! Basically just two girls in their 20s chatting about life. Hope you enjoy <3
