Christian grew up in a loving home with loving parents who were very involved in the LDS church. It wasn't until Christian got married that things started to spiral for him. Ultimately, he didn't know how to cope with some of the things going on in his life...so he turned to drugs and alcohol. Today, he is an intake coordinator at a treatment center in Utah and doing really well, but it was a long path to get there.

At a young age, Manny’s father left him and his family, leaving his mom to fend for the family and eventually lending Manny into the foster care system. After many stints in incarceration, Manny is still trying to get his life back on track, and has big dreams for his future.

Hugh grew up in a white middle class home and by all accounts, should have never wound up in the position he was—and still is in. But alcohol got the best of him, having gone down such a dark path, Hugh decided alcoholism is what would take his life…eventually. Until he recognized that he could change his life.
