——Cevap “evet” ise -> Düzeltilmesi gerekenleri düzelt ve antrenmana devam et.
——Cevap “hayır” ise -> Salona gitmek zor mu geliyor? Uykun normalden kötü mü? Ağırlıklar/tekrarlar düşüyor mu? Hayat stresin eskisinden kötü mü? Ağrı-acın eskisinden kötü mü?
——-1’i dışında hepsine “hayır” diyorsan muhtemelen yeterince iyileşiyorsun. 2 veya daha fazlasına “evet” diyorsan muhtemelen yeterince iyileşmiyorsun.
