The guys are happy to have one one of Iowa's top Amateur golfers' Pocahontas native, current Johnston resident, the man himself, JD Anderson.
You name it, JD has probably won it. Former Iowa Am Champion, 2022 Northwest Am Champion, Iowa Mid Am Champion, SIX TIME Sioux Valley Match Play Champion, the list goes on and on.
Cant forget that JD is an avid Hawkeye Fan. He and Charlie just might be buddies.

Founded in 1917 the West Okoboji Golf and Country Club was one of the most prestigious clubs in Northwest Iowa in the early 1900's cut short by fire, financial troubles, and a brewing World War.
The guys talk about the founding of the course, events played, and the eventual downfall of the golf course.

Happy 4th of July week!
Join Nick and Charlie as the venture to Spencer, Iowa to visit with Head Gold Professional, Adam Coates.
Adam recently won the 2020 Iowa Golf Association's award for the top PGA Professional in the State. Over the last 13 years as Pro at Spencer, Adam has successfully hosted one of the largest Annual Amateur events if not the largest, the Northwest Am. Adam and Spencer also played host to the 2022 Iowa Mid-Am where past Good Miss guest Nate McCoy came out victorious.
Adam has successfully cultivated one of the top Junior Programs in Northwest Iowa, if not the entire State which proves time and time again to put out some of the top junior golfers in Iowa.
We've got a new segment where we'll be taking some questions from the gallery.
