Lily Starobin is an Elitefts sponsored multi ply lifter who we have had the pleasure of getting to watch progress over the years. She's taken herself from not being able to squat 200, to being able to reliably nail 500+ in meets.
Lily trains at the EliteFTS Compound, and not only has gotten to train along side Dave Tate, but has been coached by the man as well. Having a mentor like Dave helped speed up the learning curve, so listen in as Lily passes on that knowledge. -

Have you ever wondered what it is like to compete as a professional strongman, and run a marathon the next day?
Or To overcome what would be a career ending injury to most?
To break a 24hr endurance world record?
Yeah, we haven’t wondered about those things either, but it was super cool to hear from someone who has done them all.
For Episode 3 of Activated Performance Radio we had our friend Andrew Clayton on the Show.
He is the running strongman, an all around great guy, and this made for our funniest episode yet.
As always, you can find us @activated.performance and our apparel and services at activatedperformance.net -
We had Dr Jesse Hodges on, with a guest appearance from Joshua Pollard on for this one.
Dr Hodges is one of my professors at Palmer College of Chiropractic, and Josh is one of my classmates.
Dr Hodges has a very new school approach to the treatment and management of injuries that places biomechanics at the forefront of the equation.
He has helped Meana and I so much with figuring out our own issues, and we are always impressed with how simple his solutions are.
Enjoy this one guys. - Näytä enemmän
