  • Étienne Le Guellec is a teacher at Alliance Francaise de Manille in the Philippines. He grew up in Brittany and pursued an early career in music spending 10 years in Bordeaux. The exciting potential of life in Asia proved to be too strong and saw him begin his career in education, teaching French as a second language in Jakarta, Indonesia. Now in the Philippines, he shares with us the trials and tribulations of his South-East Asian adventures!

  • Mylène was born in France from a Polish father and a French mother. She pursued further studies in commerce, working professionally in France, Germany and Canada before finally settling with her family in Dijon, the capital of Burgundy. Having travelled to and lived in multiple countries, she has first hand experience when it comes to the difficulties faced by people trying to learn and speak another language. As such, she's come up with an online programme focused on helping learners with their pronunciation.

  • Anni was born in the Philippines, grew up in Negros Oriental and currently lives in Cavite on the Island of Luzon. Like for many people, her world was turned upside down with the impact of Covid 19 on her employment.
