Elon Musk was on a podcast recently.
He was asked about jealousy.
“My mind is a storm.
I don’t think most people would want to be me.
They may think they would want to be me, but they don’t.
They don’t know, they don’t understand.”This is why jealousy is a stupid emotion.
Here’s Naval on jealousy:
“I realised that all these people that I was jealous of, I couldn’t just cherry-pick and choose little aspects of their life.
I couldn’t say I want his body, I want her money, I want his personality.
You have to be that person.
Do you want to actually be that person with all of their reactions, their desires, their family, their happiness level, their outlook on life, their self-image?
If you’re not willing to do a wholesale, 24/7, 100% swap with who that person is, then there is no point in being jealous.”
The price you’d need to pay to be the person you admire is probably one you would not foot the bill for.

Courtney Rixon - talking exercise around pregnancy
If you’re a mum who has found it difficult navigating returning to training after having kids, then this is a chat you’re going to want to listen to you.
On top of that, if you’re a bloke who’s partner has or will be returning to exercise after kids, it might be wise to listen along so you can understand what your lady is thinking. (Because of most of us blokes have no idea).
Today Pat interviews Courtney Rixon.
Courts is one of the coaches at Reborn, she is the head Pilates instructor, and Reborn’s pre/post natal expert.
Now, given Courtney lives and breathes fitness, you would be forgiven for thinking she has always had an easy run of it.
The truth is, this isn’t the case. Courtney had different struggles when returning exercise after each of her two kids, and is open and honest about that in today’s chat.
Courtney can be found on Instagram @courtneyrixonpt
