Dhyan Ji is a spiritual teacher, meditation coach and spiritual event organiser based in Cheshire, UK.

Hoppi Wimbish is a remarkable woman whose talents span the realms of sound healing, music, ceremonial artistry, natural shamanism, teaching, and sustainable living.
Fourteen years ago, Hoppi and others transformed a large piece of land into an off-grid eco-village powered by hydro and solar energy. The village evolved and Hoppi developed The Lammas Earth Centre, a temple and haven for sacred work, training, teaching, crafts, and healing, seamlessly intertwining spirituality and creativity.

Nancy Hopps joins Liane all the way from Oregon in the Pacific Northwest of the United States. She is an incredibly skilled healing artist with over 45 years in the field of mind-body-spirit medicine, with a particular focus and depth in sound healing.

Nawahine Kahoopii is the traditional name of our next guest. Known to most people as Ana, she is an elder, or kupuna, from Hawaii where she is an active member of the community and a peaceful protector of sacred land and culture.
Ana experienced a powerful kundalini awakening in her early twenties after an avid search for the truth. She explains what happened in this fascinating conversation, as well as how it altered the trajectory of her life. We get real about the challenges such an experience can instigate, as well as honour that it couldnât have been any other way.
The brutality inflicted on the Hawaiian people and their land is an important topic, as Ana shares the powerful story of how the people stood together to protect their sacred mountain. This resulted in her arrest! And it's humbling to hear how this movement and the force it stands against was one of the most potent awakening experiences of her life.
We delve into some of the most beautiful aspects of Hawaiian culture and history, including the deep significance of Hula and the term âAlohaâ. It reminds us what we have lost in many Western cultures - that deep connection to our land, our ancestors and the unseen world all around us.
We also hear how Ana started channelling a group of higher-dimensional beings over 15 years ago. BONUS Episode: Barbara Blum. KAP. Kundalini. Energy Transmission.
This shorter bonus episode was recorded just after the interview with Barbara in Episode 9, so please have a listen to that if you have not done so already.
In this episode, Barbara conducts an energy transmission. This form of transmission is known as KAP - kundalini activation process. It is only a small sample of this modality, which is known as a surrender practice. So all you have to do is get comfortable in a quiet space and receive with an open heart. Do not take part while driving.
Barbara explains what this transmission is and briefly addresses the mindâs resistance to believing that energy can be transmitted in this way through an audio recording. You donât hear her speak during the core 13-minute transmission, it happens while the music is playing, and the music is an important aspect of the process.
Our host Liane is very sensitive to this energy having received KAP multiple times. Indeed it was a KAP session in Mexico that kick-started all the changes that have unfolded in her life, including the creation of this podcast.

Barbara Blum is full of wisdom and grace. A long-time yoga teacher, she now focuses most of her time on working with energy, but not in the way most people expect. She is a channel for transmitting and activating powerful energies into this reality, most notably kundalini energy activation within individuals, which is known as KAP.
In this rich conversation, Barbara beautifully articulates so many fascinating truths and perspectives. She makes the spiritual, both practical and magical in equal measure. Liane is the creator and host of this podcast. A fifty-something entrepreneur from the north of England, whose life changed after a profound spiritual experience in Mexico in early 2022. This event led to many experiences as the year unfolded. And it prompted the creation of this podcast as a vehicle of expression through which to share her story and the stories of other amazing women.
In this episode, Liane explains what happened to her and the events leading up to it. She reflects on some of the deep internal struggles and realisations she was going through, before having a dramatic response to a modality known as a Kundalini Activation Process. Using words as well as she can, she describes that specific event in detail, also adding two very personal voice notes she captured during her time on that sacred land.
Liane is learning to accept that life is unfolding for her, rather than seeing it as something to be moulded to her will through effort and striving. Itâs led her intuitively to learn more about energy, and how to work with it, how to notice it, and ultimately begin to âinnerstandâ how powerful we really are.

Estella is a modern day medicine woman with an interesting mixed heritage, currently based in the UK. A mother to three grown-up children, and grandmother to two, she embodies multiple female archetypes through her expression. Her strength and confidence as a leader and space holder shines through in this lively conversation.
With a previous career as a yoga teacher and corporate wellbeing practitioner, Estella is very honest about her battles with addiction and how this was a catalyst for her healing journey. The deep transformation she went through during the 4 day Danza de la Luna in Mexico in 2021, taught her to completely surrender. Helen Jones: Light Language. Energy. Channelling. Healing. The Mind. BEMASS.
Helen Jones is an amazing healer and channel from the midlands in the UK. Like Kat in the previous episode, her story involves both loss and chronic illness which led to the opening of her gifts. Her journey was very difficult at times, and she readily admits it has taken her some time to build her confidence and accept the abilities she has.
A key expression of Helenâs energy is through light language. And as you will hear in this episode, it activated in her in multiple ways, including through song and scribbles.
