I genuinely think this is the most positive episode we have ever recorded. Any parent that feeling a bit demotivated at the moment, listen to Kate's enthusiasm and it will definitely cheer you up.
Kate raised her son as a single mother whilst also juggling her TV career. She talks so fantastically honestly about some of the struggles she went through and throughout this episode, her positivity towards parenting will really lift up any parent.

And we learn that her most embarrassing moment resulted in the emergency services being called!!!
