Mindset is the things we know in Theory and Mindfulness puts the Mindset into Practice.
Without practice, our Thoughts are Reduced to a Good Idea or a Bad Idea.
We think upwards of 60,000 thoughts a day.
80 percent are Negative and of those 48,000 thoughts that are Negative, 95 percent or 45,600 of them are REPETITIVELY NEGATIVE Thoughts!
Mindfulness is taking the 12,000 Positive Thoughts and Taking Action On Them 1 at a Time to Create Momentum.

Self-worth is at the core of our very selves—
It’s our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and how they determine how we view our worthiness and value as human beings.
According to the self-worth theory, self-worth is determined mostly by our self-evaluated abilities and our performance in one or more activities that we label as valuable.
Unfortunately, we have the bad habit of commonly using other people’s measuring sticks to measure our self-worth.
So, we are going to explore, unpack and re-assemble the construction of how we think about our worthiness.

The vast majority of people are living in a way that is not supportive of physical wellness.
For all of the dismissers who say, “oh, she’s exaggerating…”
75 percent of People are Chronically Dehydrated –
the BODY requires constant resupply of water to replace what has been lost with every breath, droplet of sweat and trip to the bathroom.
We are 60 percent water.
Dehydration is damage to our system at the cellular level.
None of our organs required to support life are getting sufficient hydration to function correctly.
The dehydration causes inflammation, which means the tissue is swollen beyond what is normal.
Stretching things beyond capacity causes chronic erosion of health.
Think of a balloon.
It either pops because it is over full, pops because of disease or trauma or it loses its air, elasticity and buoyancy – its life.

Wellness requires that we consider ourselves worthy, are willing to make the daily effort and the strength of mind to stay committed to taking care of ourselves and others.
Especially when LIFE IS HARDEST and WE ARE BEING TESTED THE MOST.

Creating EMPOWERMENT
First things first, clearing out dysfunctional mindsets, upgrading our thinking to a wellness mindset.
Do I have an overthinkers in the house?
LOL – it’s everyone. I was being tricky!
We overthink because we’ve learned to discount and silence our own voice.
We overthink because we live in fear of using our voice and power.
We overthink because we don’t trust our own voice or capabilities.
We’ve boxed ourselves in, you see, in personal disempowerment.
We are gonna change that and create wellness by practicing using our voices.
It’s time to UPGRADE OUR OPERATING SYSTEMS by ridding ourselves of the Bad Habit of Learning things the Hard Way
Stuck in varying degrees UNWELLNESS because we are TOO STUBBORN TO DO THE WORK to Struggle Less.
Creating Wellness that runs on autopilot is the goal because we have everything locked in to our daily practices.

That’s where that saying, “Anything that is Worth Doing, Is Worth Doing Well,” comes into play.
I grew up with that but I applied a wrong meaning to it and that resulted in a life of achievement but unhappiness because of my drive for perfectionism.
When Really It is about the BIG PICTURE OF LIVING and Caring for Souls – not anything else
because some things we are good at and spark our interests and then we are naturally drawn to learn and grow.
Other things don’t interest us. Our Soul knows.
Take the Information and Move On, No Big Deal.
Instead, EGO (thoughts) judges, blames, criticizes, and diminishes self-worth with verbally and emotionally abuse; both self-inflicted and aimed at other Souls.
What IF, Instead We Said, “Oh, okay and happily moved on” instead of emotionally abusing and betraying our own souls or the souls of others when something went less than ideal.
Just noting the information, UPGRADING OUR OPERATING SYSTEM and MOVING FORWARD with Ease.
Wouldn’t that be a LIFE CHANGING RELIEF?

Creating Healing
First things first,
House cleaning on the problematic and out-dated mindsets that keep us rooted in unwellness, self-sabotage, stress, struggle and suffering.
Pain and unwellness are all tangled up in our souls, deeply rooted and weighing us down when we were born to fly.
People telling their stories of SUFFERING is so POWERFUL and so IMPORTANT.
When there is SUFFERING NO ONE’s OPINION MATTERS - NOT EVEN OUR OWN.
Compassion and Help are the ONLY HUMANE RESPONSE.
Telling and Healing Our Stories of Pain is the KEY to WELLNESS.
That is DIGNITY.
And IT HAS TO BE NON-NEGOTIABLE.
WE HAVE TO STOP LETTING IT BE NEGOTIABLE.
IT IS NOT OKAY.
WE MUST ADOPT a ZERO TOLERANCE for AGGRESSION as an ACCEPTABLE MEANS OF COMMUNICATION.
Dignity is Ground ZERO.

Some days, I just have to put my hands on MY HEART, HOLD MYSELF and SOB.
You DON'T EVER GET OVER GRIEF - You GET THROUGH.
It's hardest in the first 6 months; It's a bad dream and you can't wake up.
If We LOVE OURSELVES THROUGH it WILL BE OKAY and Will Stop Hurting as Intensely and as Often.
The INTENSITY of that kind of HURT when you can't breathe and can't for the life of you figure out how to go on...
The Pain Eases Up when I TAKE CARE WITH MY SOUL AND I AM LOVING TO MYSELF MORE INTENSELY than the PAIN.
While, I didn't really know it at the time - my friend Jen and I were laying the groundwork for the roadmap for Caring for Souls.
We were each asking one another and trusting one another with the care of our souls.
It is the HIGHEST HONOR We Can Receive to Be Invited In To Someone's Soul and to Be Trusted to take Great Care.
Suit Up, Show Up and Serve.
To Be Someone Who Is Fiercely Loyal and Committed to Always Being There to Help Figure it Out.

The GREAT news is that it’s WAY easier than we’ve made it out to be.
Identify all of the ways we don’t trust ourselves and where that thinking and behavior came from – figure out how our unworthiness was constructed.
Once we figure that out it’s pretty easy to do the healing work and then by simply Making a Better Choice going forward to Create Wellness.
Wellness takes daily practice!
It’s MUCH easier once we do the house cleaning on our dysfunctional mindset and evict the self-sabotaging squatters!
