  • The U.S. dollar is the lifeblood of the global financial system…

It's the currency that underpins every financial transaction worldwide…whether it's based in dollars or not.

But what most people don't know is…

The U.S. government actively uses the dollar as a weapon to enforce its foreign policy agenda.

It's a tool that gives the U.S. immense power to influence geopolitics and global economics.

But there's a growing concern that the U.S. may have overplayed its hand…

And that the dollar's status as the world's reserve currency could be at risk.

What would happen to the U.S. economy if the dollar lost its dominance?

How would that impact real estate markets and your investments?

That's why today, I brought Saleha Mohsin to the show to get her insights on the dollar's role in the global economy and what it means for you as a real estate entrepreneur.

Saleha is the author of the book “Paper Soldiers” and has spent a decade covering the U.S. Treasury for Bloomberg News.

In today’s podcast, Saleha breaks down...

The history of how the dollar became the world's reserve currency

How the U.S. "weaponizes" the dollar to enforce sanctions and cut off nations from global finance

The potential threats to the dollar's dominance and what could dethrone it

What a weakening of the dollar's global status could mean for U.S. real estate markets and your investments

Plus, she shares insider stories from her time covering the Treasury under multiple administrations.

This is a side of U.S. economic policy that most real estate investors never consider...

But it's good to understand these forces that shape our markets!

  • The elections have everyone's attention these days, and for a good reason…

Both sides are proposing some big tax changes that could really shake things up for us investors.

Now, not 100% of what's being proposed is going to be implemented…

But we need to be prepared in terms of what happens on either side of things.

That's why I'm so excited to have Tom Wheelwright back on the show.

He’s a tax and wealth expert who understands this complicated stuff inside and out…

And today, he’s shared his perspective on…

…what's currently being proposed, how it’s going to impact the real estate investors, and how to be prepared for it.

Tom Wheelwright is the founder and CEO of WealthAbility, the first CPA-based franchise with a proprietary strategic tax planning process for entrepreneurs.

He is also the author of “Tax-Free Wealth” and a Rich Dad Advisor to Robert Kiyosaki.

He explains how one of the most problematic pieces of Biden's proposals is the idea of…

    “taxing unrealized gains”

Which means, you’ll be taxed on the paper gains of your non-liquid assets like real estate investment or business valuation…

And other assets like retirement accounts or home value…before liquidation.

    I KNOW…

    It doesn’t make sense.

In fact, it’s actually destructive for the economy as this could potentially lead owners to liquidate part of their holdings to pay these taxes…disincentivizing long-term investment.

    But that’s just one piece.

There are many other insane parts of the proposals that will impact your returns, like…

    - Eliminating 1031 exchanges or severely limiting their use

    - Doubling the capital gains tax rates

    - Taxing all business income of small businesses instead of just taxing profits

    Now…

We obviously can’t control what happens.

But if you’d like to be prepared for the worst scenario, Tom shares some really good insights to save and grow your wealth.

You don’t wanna miss out on it.

  • The USA was once famous for the ethos of living the American Dream.

People pursued new opportunities, new experiences…and lived in the moment to enjoy a meaningful life.

    Unfortunately…

We lost that vision over the past few decades.

The corporate structure perpetuated the idea of “retirement planning”...that drove people to put off their happiness to the later years.

They got more focused on working hard NOW…so they could finally “live” in their 60s or 70s…

    …instead of living fully today.

But life is short. And each moment is precious.

After all, what’s the point of constant grinding and accumulating wealth if you can’t take time for yourself, your family, and to embrace life today?

That's why I brought Patrick H. Donohoe to my show.

He's a man of principles…and truly believes that these principles can help you achieve the American Dream right now…

…and not just during your retirement years when you're sick, weak, and can barely enjoy the money you've worked so hard to earn.

Patrick is the founder and CEO of Paradigm Life…and has got 20+ years of experience in financial services.

He helps business owners and real estate entrepreneurs build wealth, create lifetime cash flow, and leave a meaningful legacy.

In today’s show, he shares a new perspective on…

    - Why our retirement investment system is flawed (and based on faulty origins)

    - The critical thinking skills you need that universities fail to teach

    - Powerful principles to embrace health, presence, and gratitude in the NOW…to live life to the fullest

If you feel like you’re caught in the everyday grind and want to infuse your life with deep meaning and purpose…

…this podcast is the must-listen for you!

Tune in now to live the American Dream in 2024.

  • During the COVID-19 pandemic…

The Fed printed $400 million per hour for a year to prop up the economy.

They pumped so much money into the system that people feared high inflation and interest rate hikes were coming.

But then Powell (The Fed’s Chairman) came out in early 2022 and said, “we're not even thinking about thinking about raising rates.”

    (Yes, you read that correctly.)

    Well…

    You know what happened next…

Inflation got out of control…and The Fed had to raise interest rates faster than they had risen in the last 40 years…

…causing immense distress in the real estate market.

And they seem to still be struggling to accurately predict or communicate what’s coming next.

Many people fear if The Fed has lost control…

And wonder how they should act in such an uncertain economic environment…

That’s why today, I brought Alex Cartwright to my show to get his insights into…

…the economic situation we’re in right now, what we can expect next from The Fed, and what that means for you as a real estate entrepreneur.

Alex conducts underwriting at HotelShift…and is the leader of macroeconomic analysis and target markets.

He explains how inflation is actually a function of money printing, and not economic growth…

In fact, innovation and technological advancements take the prices down. Money printing brings them up!

He also shares a deep analysis of…

    - Why The Fed can’t increase rates even more (even if they want) to bring inflation down

    - How rising interest rates don’t actually make lending profitable for banks

    - How you can use Warren Buffet’s strategy to make the right decisions…even though the economy is uncertain.

    Plus a lot more…

    The best part?

Alex has explained these topics using many simplified examples that you’re going to love!

  • Is college still worth it in 2024? I'll share a revealing story about hiring a copywriter that might change your perspective.

Hiring a copywriter can be tough. They need to be skilled, adaptable, and quick learners. Recently, I ran a unique competition to find the best fit. The winner, surprisingly, wasn't a native English speaker but had excelled in a high-level copywriting mastermind. This got me thinking about the changing value of traditional degrees.

In today's job market, specialized skills and networks often outweigh a traditional college education. Investing in targeted masterminds and skill-building can open doors that a college degree might not.
