Kyle Buckingham has fast made a name for himself in the world of triathlon after winning Ironman Lake Placid 2014 in his first year as a pro and Ironmann Vineman in 2016. He still holds the Ironman Hawaii Age Group record with 8h37 set in 2013. After a disappointment in Kona last year (due to a mechanical issue on the bike), Kyle recently savoured the sweet taste of victory again by winning his home race: Ironman South Africa. Flora Duffy is on track to become one of the greatest triathletes of all time. Henri Schoeman is a South African triathlete who specialises in Olympic Distance racing. Henri grew up with aspirations of becoming an Olympic swimmer but switched to triathlon when it became clear that his shorter and lighter frame was more suitable for running than for swimming. Henri made his debut at the highest level – the World Triathlon Series - in 2013, but truely broke through in 2016 when he won the bronze medal at the Rio Games and won his first World Series race in Cozumel a couple of weeks later. After a difficult post Olympic year, Henri has had a flying start to 2018 with a solid win at the season opener in Abu Dhabi and the gold medal at the Commonwealth Games last week. Andy Blow is the founder and CEO of Precision Hydration. Andy has a degree in Sport and Exercise Science and was once the Team Sports Scientist for the Benetton/Renault F1 teams. He founded Precision Hydration to help athletes solve their hydration issues after finding out late in his own athletic career that his performance had been held back by hydration problems caused by his extremely salty sweat. Laura Siddall is a British professional triathlete who trains and competes around the world. Gwen Jorgensen is a professional triathlete turned marathon runner who resides in Portland, OR. She is a 2x Triathlon World Champion (2014, 2015), 17x ITU World Triathlon Series race winner and the 2016 Olympic Triathlon Champion. After winning the gold medal at the Rio Games and taking a year off racing to give birth to her son Stanley, Gwen announced late last year that she'll retire from triathlon to pursue a new goal: Olympic gold in the marathon in 2020.
