She had a great professional backgound but no sales experience and she got hired in medical sales!
Through my coaching program she learned how to leverage her career accomplishments to shine in the interviews.
What are your career successes that you can share in a story format during an interview?
Everyone wants a great job but can you have a great discussion and be persuasive?
In my training I will help you identify your best stories and then practice sharing them in an interview.
-
The medical and pharmaceutical industry needs good people and they will hire from different backgrounds.
But they are looking for someone has the basic knowledge, skills and willingness to excell in a competitive environent.
They expect you answer questions using the STAR or CAR method simply as away to keep a high level of professionalism. This interview format is the beginning of your training calling on medical professionals.
In my coaching, not only do we practice this but we have you add your success stories to help you standout.
Of course the questions you ask are the keys to selling yourself! Once you uncover their top priorties and values then you can build a strong close!
All this takes practice and coaching to get better!
The person who gets hired has learned to consistently improve after each interview!

Today we have Jerry Acuff, CEO/Owner at Delta Point, Inc. He has been consulting and speaking extensively on the issues of sales and marketing excellence for over 30 years. He knows what it is like to be a frustrated salesperson starting out in sales (which is how he began). Through the years he has learned the secrets of how to be successful in selling as well as how to help others maximize their sales potential.
Jerry embodies his philosophy of Thinking Like a Customer. It is important to view your sales interactions through the eyes of your customers. He advocates being “other focused”—caring more about the customer than about the sale. This is the approach that Jerry takes with his clients.
