This week, we’re getting more in tune with ourselves and the universe with author Alessandra Veronesi. Alessandra shares her personal journey of leaving her corporate job to pursue her passion for writing and helping others through spiritual guidance.

She reframes scarcity mindsets into an understanding of the universe's abundance, and offers powerful perspectives on valuing yourself enough to invest in your growth and manifestation abilities.
For those struggling to stay centered amidst life's distractions, Alessandra teaches simple yet profound grounding exercises perfect for doing at your office desk. From energy-shielding visualizations to breath work routines, her techniques allow you to quickly realign with your authentic self.
