Tonight we are going to listen to the “leftovers” I set aside for two previous episodes: ‘on the ceiling’ and ‘disembodied hands’. For every episode I make, I simultaneously make a list of things I find relating to the topic I’m writing about that I find interesting, or stories that didn’t make the runtime. I call these lists my “leftovers”, and in my spare time I’ve been recording and archiving shows where I go over these leftovers.
In this show, we will listen to two of my archived pre-recorded “leftover” episodes. These contain additional stories and source material relating to disembodied hands and ceiling-sighted oddities.

Tonight I’ll be reading case reports from NUFON (North UFO News) and UFO Times magazines. These are eye-witness accounts of experiences involving humanoid creatures that vary from the standard “grey alien” to far more strange, like 10-foot-tall faceless, silver men. There are also possible cases of abduction, odd objects in the sky, and bedroom visitations. In between the reports I’ll share some of my thoughts and speculations. Thanks for tuning in to K-GOB.

Have you ever seen something strange in your room at night when you are waiting to fall asleep? Many people have, and the experiences are quite varied, from abstract shapes to bizarre dismembered apparitions. Whether these are ghosts, fairies, aliens, or just hypnagogic hallucinations is up for debate, but the fact remains that they are fascinating and they are common, particularly in childhood.

Many people are familiar with the fairies of Irish folklore, but a similar sort of being is also described in many cultures across the world (if not all of them), bearing similarities in appearance, behavior, and legends, but called by different names.
Tonight we will examine what could be considered fairies or elves in a variety of cultures, such as Malay, Native American, Mexican, Filipino, and more. These will be explored through a mixture of first-hand experiences pulled from forums and surveys, and folklore referenced from books, articles, and web sources.
Even with similarities abound, the human experience ceaselessly proves to be vastly varied, and ever-so fascinating.

Tonight I’ll be reading stories from Liminal Earth (https://liminal.earth/), a website where people post their first-hand accounts of strange experiences, such as ghost or UFO experiences, time slips, bigfoot sightings, and more.
In addition to sharing their stories, the poster also tags the location of the experience on a map, so in addition to reading the accounts, I also dig into the area of each story and see what else we can find as far as hauntings, urban legends, and local lore go.
