Hello Creators,
This month marks 3rd anniversary of my very first episode so I'd love to celebrate with you and share a few tips on how to start any passion project.
What did I learn after 3 years of podcasting?Itâs not only about where the new skill takes you but rather what adventure it takes you on. What are you learning along the way about the process of creation.
Constraints let you focus on the art of doing instead of worrying about the embellishment. Start simple, donât fall into gear choice paralysis.
Donât kill the project before it turns into something tangible. Commit to it without time pressures and let it unfold naturally. It might take you to interesting places even if you donât arrive at the destination you had in mind.
Improv your way into solocasts. Outline is there to ground you into the topic but donât let it overpower your message. Trust you are always prepared.
Finally, Remember - sometimes the reason why you even started was to learn something about yourself. And maybe it wasnât all about podcasting after all.

Hi creators,
As a polyglot, I have a fond relationship with language. It's alive, it evolves, it reflects culture.
Over the years, with each new language I mastered, I experienced different facets of me emerge. At times expanding, other days contracting depending on the linguistic container.
Above all, learning a foreign language allows you to live life more than once having access to a wider pool of meaning and non-obvious points of view.
In my newest podcast episode, I'll take you on a journey where I share how I experienced self-expression through various languages (Polish, English, French, Turkish, Japanese) and how the linguistic component truly reflects the cultural pool of meaning.

Hello Creators,
Don't let emotions get to your head. Be rational.
Ever since we learn to walk, we absorb the narrative that emotions are something you need to DEAL WITH. Preferably alone as it might be contagious.
There are bad emotions you keep to yourself. And good emotions that are encouraged to be shared. We tend to forget that they are mere transient waves that give you early signaling before your mind makes the connection.
We developed a society with the most sophisticated levels of communication but yet we're as lonely as we can get. We fetishize the mind and its capabilities yet discard the most nuanced intelligence force at our disposal - emotional signaling.
Our feelings are not stories about ourselves we need to believe in. They are indicators of needs. The moment we start tuning into our emotions, we start taking notice and understanding what we need at the moment. Maybe your boundaries have been crossed or you don't feel safe with certain crowds or your unhealed trauma rears its head begging for attention.
Your emotions are data points to understand your desires. Having them under your belt allows you to do the radical trimming of anything that isn't aligned with your inner compass.
Repressing your feelings is taking away your most powerful toolkit to see into yourself. Quite simply, denying your emotions is denying yourself.
Join me and Kim, a holistic licensed psychotherapist specializing in somatic and mindfulness-based modalities and trauma healing, in a conversation where we dive deep into the emotional landscape.
How do we hold our feelings without self-identifying?How to understand when your body signals to you when your boundary is crossed. How can we nurture emotional responsibility on a daily basis?

Hello Creators,
The topic of Artificial Intelligence has hit the headlines and captivated the imaginations. A lot has been covered on its technical capabilities and applications but there havenât been enough humanities-driven discussions.Join me and my guest Mark, independent thinker and philosopher, in my next Humanly episode where we dive into topics like human evolution with technology, social implications on profiling & bias, and consciousness intention to evolve regardless of its container.
The Internet is like the nervous system for humanity and AI is the brain. If inventions are human-inspired, does it make them imperfect by design? On the other hand, if they are meant to be an upgraded human experience, what does "perfect" represent?
Considering the speed of AI growth and its limitless potential, we can assume that it wonât be limited to corporations, open-source projects but might become yet another competitive edge of nations. Previous generations faced an arms race during Cold War, are we looking to repeat the history with the technology race?
Itâs hard to predict how AI will evolve as it has no natural inclination towards survival or competitiveness. What also distinguishes us is our physical plane - human embodied experience and emotional intelligence give additional depth of processing. Would it be a natural next step for AI too?
One of the ways to co-exist with technology is to integrate with it. Techno-optimists gravitate towards enmeshment to upgrade our human experience, but can we risk making humanity irrelevant at some point?

Hello creators,
Let's face it - job search is a vulnerable place to be. You face rejection, and you second-guess your ability. It's a shame pit if you do it all alone.
Frantic job search is like swiping on dating apps. If you come prepared with a job search strategy, you have a sense of direction that helps you weed out all unsatisfactory matches. You avoid getting into a rebound that can up your self-esteem momentarily but without adding substance to your career growth. Intention over desperation.
The Great Resignation during the Pandemic only accentuated the need for meaningful work which aligns with our values and aspirations.
In this episode, Iâll share my journey of looking for a job in the tumultuous tech market in the US and the framework of social search developed by Phyl Terry, which was a deal breaker in my job search strategy!

Hello Creators,
Living abroad as expat can be often glamorized in the media but it rarely addresses the quiet struggles that one must face.
In this episode, I'll share my own experience of moving to Tokyo Japan, and then California, US where I compare these very distinct and contrastive countries. From societal norms, work etiquette, and socializing - I'll talk about all the things that put me in a state of awe but also share a couple of cringe moments.

Hello Creators,
In this episode, weâre diving into something thatâs been craved by many but pursued by only a few. We daydream about it, and judge our life fulfillment by it but never ask ourselves a question - why does it truly matter? Letâs talk about passion and purpose.
I will talk with Lyn, a fellow medley, multi-passionate creative, author of the book Passionista. Living a Life of Passion and Purpose.
In this episode, we dispel the myths around passion and encourage you to follow clues from your childhood, and current guilty pleasures to find yourself on the way to start integrating joy and flow in your life. We also address common fears around living authentically like lack of time, difficulty to commit or monetize, the judgment from others etc.
We also dive into the common trap of deriving your sense of identity from WHAT you do and discuss what really matters at the end of the day - your WHY that drives your choices.
You'll find Lyn's book available in paperback and Ebook under the link below:

Hello Creators,
In today's episode, I'd like to tackle the controversial topic of change. We fear it, and we try to escape it, but at the end of the day, we don't realize the hidden treasure it presents. If we cling to sameness, we stop ourselves from experiencing life to its fullest and pushing ourselves to limits.
Even if we donât change a thing about our life, the world doesnât stay the same. Sooner or later, weâre faced with the necessity to change and the better weâre prepared to co-create with it, the more we gain from the shift.
I'll talk about my personal experience of living as expat and moving from Japan to the US. I'll share my journey of adaptation referring to the 4-step process of facing change (panic, adaptation, new normal, wouldn't go back) described in my favorite book "Built for tomorrow" by Jason Feifer.

Hello Creators!
The Holy grail of the 21st century is the sense of fulfillment and purpose. Better yet if only we could afford to make a living out of it. What if there was something that is not a quick fix for life's biggest dilemma of self-actualization but can give us a boost of joy and fun on daily basis?
Iâm talking about the sense of flow - an idea coined by the father of Positive Psychology, MihĂĄly CsĂkszentmihĂĄlyi, who studied the very topic of what makes us happy. It seems that any activity that takes our full attention and meets our skill level can give us the joyful boost weâre all hoping for!
In todayâs episode, Iâll talk to my guest Hava, writer and artist, about his approach to creating on daily basis. Youâll find out why itâs important to stop fixating on the end goal and how the act of creating is the goal in itself. You'll also hear about behind the scenes of his process from conjuring up characters, and plots in his mind to finally putting them down on paper. Finally, weâll discuss how rejection and constructive feedback is essential for progressing and improving your craft.

Hello Creators!
How often do you get to listen to your voice? Do you ever capture your thoughts?
How can you tell whether you present yourself authentically to the world?
In this episode, Iâll share my own journey of reclaiming my voice through podcasting and memoir writing. Iâd also share the latest scientific findings from epigenetics and total biology, claiming that things we ignore to say, think, or feel doesnât end up in a vacuum. Instead, they rear their head later in life manifesting as a disease.
Vocalizing your thoughts teaches you to formulate them better. Without it, your thoughts float mindlessly and you never really capture them. Some of them are influenced by what you consume daily, and the more you consume, the more squeezed your own thoughts are.
Talking to yourself is essentially hearing yourself speak for the first time. It helps to dissect your own voice from the filler thoughts of others and all the inauthenticity coming from conditioning.

Hello Creators,
If you experienced the so-called dark night of the soul at least once in your life, this episode is for you! In Ancient Greece, the philosopher Socrates argued that unexamined life is not worth living. In this episode, I and my co-host Marie dive deep into all the things spiritual to answer the question - how can you truly know yourself in the times of make pretend? How can you rewire your conditioned neural pathways to build more authentic responses? How to meet yourself in all your truth?
In the era of individualism, everyone is trying to craft their own custom-made life to reach self-actualization so we lean into psychology, spirituality, and good old experience to answer the question - what does it take to come back to yourself?

Hello Creators,
In today's episode, I'd like to raise the controversial topic of the battle between the mind and the heart when making sense of the world. More often than not, we drown in the recycled feed of other people's thoughts, impressions, and experiences instead of raising the vibrations of our own inner knowing to build unique, custom-made lives.
We live in a fetish of a mind - life hacks, shortcuts, least effort - we recreate other peopleâs scenarios and tried paths in an attempt to lead error-free life. Why don't we give priority to the most refined tool that we already possess - intuition - to make decisions based on cues that we receive daily from our bodies, emotions, and gut feeling?
Mind and intuition go hand in hand - use your inner knowing as the primary filter when making decisions and let your mind be the lens that lets you see clearly what each decision entails.

Hello Creators,
In today's episode, I'll talk to Hiroshi, a 65-year-old Japanese man, architect on a daily basis, and life's creator after hours! When asked if he wants to retire, his answer was: "why would I want to stop having fun!"
Hiroshi is a perfect example of that age is just a number and that even little discomfort in our life can keep us creating our reality (rather than passively consuming it). Because in the end, the road to a wholesome, inspiring life leads through little stumbles and failures.
We'll also talk about what Japanese culture can teach us about life: how attention to detail can transform the quality of our experience, how the constraints can safeguard our continuous growth, and finally why challenging ourselves daily matter!

Hello Creators,
If you wondered at least once about the meaning of life, here's the conversation that will pique your interest. My guest Mars is an independent thinker, writer, and Buddhism enthusiast who is fascinated by the very fact of "our existence in the Milky Way galaxy".
The world keeps pushing us into the constant state of becoming someone better, faster, and stronger but more often than not, we forget to BE. In this conversation, we touch upon the importance of connecting with our bodies, letting go of control of what is, and identifying the biggest traps that keep us stuck in the hamster wheel of daily life.
We also discuss the collective shift towards finding your purpose, the responsibility that everyone carries to share their genius (unique gifts) with the world, and ways to make a living as a creator.
