This week, Hannah interviewed Louisa Mordaunt, the founder of a positive impact recruitment agency, I Love My Job, and the co-founder of culture consultancy, HappyHQ.
In this episode, Louisa breaks down her career growth from her start in sales to her shift into recruitment and entrepreneurship after realizing that everyone deserved to love their jobs. Louisa's company, I Love My Job, is now a top 10 recruitment UK B-Corp in the UK, and she has co-founded another company, HappyHQ, to help guide more people-first cultures.
With both companies, she has a holistic view of what people need from their place of work (including transparency) as well as what companies need to do to help people love their jobs, and feel valued and heard. She's a force to be reckoned with, and we're thrilled to share her story.
