If you haven't practiced without watching, then this "audio asana" might be a bit unnerving, have you feeling lost, or just be really hard. But try it a few times, and you might experience a shift in your practice. As I tell the people who practice with me all the time, your body is your best teacher. All you have to do is listen in.
