Diagnosed at 16 with lupus, she was sick for over 12 years, and when she met her future husband, her illness had progressed to the point where she was suffering from daily migraines and mini strokes! Very much by accident, she and her husband discovered a way to reverse her lupus with nutrition!

Key Learnings:
Growing up eating the standard American diet led to Dr. Goldner being diagnosed with Lupus when she was just 16 years old. Her condition was so bad that she was put on experimental chemotherapy for two years, which was the only thing that put her lupus into remission. She went on to college and even medical school, but the stress of medical training made all her symptoms return. And then it got even worse. She was suffering from daily migraines and mini strokes.
She met her future husband, Thomas Tadlock, around that time. They quickly fell in love and wanted to get married. She thought she would only live into her early forties, but he would rather spend a short time with her than a lifetime without her! He was a fitness trainer and she asked him to put her on his fitness plan so she would look great at their wedding. Unbeknownst to them, the change in diet to an all-raw, vegan diet, high in omega-3 fatty acids began to heal her lupus. When she got her blood checked a few months later, all lupus indicators were gone!
Lupus is considered an incurable disease, yet Dr. Goldner has reversed her lupus. She even went on to have two children, which is impossible for someone with lupus! Once she and Thomas had repeatable and verifiable proof that the protocol worked, she has been sharing it with the world for free in an attempt to help as many people as possible. Three of the world’s spiritual traditions have major events that coincide with the solar eclipse this year: Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish new year; Navaratri, the nine days celebrating the Divine Mother, and the feast of the Holy Guardian Angel. All of these holy events are being magnified by the solar eclipse!
The solar eclipse happens during the New Moon in Libra, a time to set intentions, especially around relationships. What if you could magnify your spiritual relationship? The best way to do that is through the angels!

Imagine healing from surgery in a miraculous way…or seeing a vision of the Black Madonna over your bed and hearing instructions for your life’s purpose...
These might seem like far-fetched stories to you and me, but for today’s guest, this is the story of her life.
Last week I shared her book, Healing Journeys with the Black Madonna. This week I am thrilled to introduce you to the author of that landmark book, the one and only Alessandra Belloni!
Let me tell you a bit about her: Alessandra Belloni is an internationally acclaimed award-winning singer, percussionist, author & teacher, artistic director of the Italian Folk Music Dance Theater Company I Giullari di Piazza, and artist in Residence at the Cathedral of St John the Divine in New York City. For the last 20 years she has been leading special workshops, tours and pilgrimages in the South of Italy and in Sicily teaching drumming and ritual dance and taking people from around the world to the sacred sites of the Black Madonna. She discovered that the ancient practice of ritual drumming can help women heal both physical and emotional issues.
In this episode, she will share her miraculous journey of discovering the Black Madonna and the path of the Great Goddess, including her own miraculous physical healing! Alessandra shares amazing stories of healing, as well as the origin of the Black Madonna and how connecting with Her connects us to everything.

Because we live in a world that does not honor the feminine, women tend to have lower self-esteem. While this may seem like a mental issue, it is actually an energetic one as well.
In my 30 years of Intuitive Energy Coaching, I have seen that women need to strengthen their third chakra, known as the Solar Plexus. Regardless of race, nationality or any other factor, all women benefit from strengthening this chakra. This is the chakra of self-esteem, self-worth and personal power.
When a woman has a strong Solar Plexus, then her deepest heart’s desire, located in the heart chakra, is supported enough to manifest.

1. Your energy field carries all your thoughts, feelings, beliefs…everything that makes you YOU. It will never lie to you and is the best medium of knowing what is true for you.
2. If you only come from the level of your mind, it is easy to make choices that are not actually aligned for you. Your mind will try to convince you that you want something you don’t actually want, or that you are ok with something you are not ok with. This is what causes problems and ‘jams the system’ when trying to manifest.
3. Connecting with your energy is as simple as putting your hand on your heart and breathing. Bring your attention to your hand and your heart…what do you feel? What do you notice? Do this simple practice daily and watch the miracles unfold.

Q: When should you hire a manifestation coach?
A: When there is something you want to bring into your life, but you haven’t been able to do it on your own.
That was me at the end of 2022. I hit a wall with my manifestations. Due to the stress of family members with serious illnesses, I found myself struggling to manifest consistently. I knew I needed help but didn’t know of anyone who could address both the internal and external process of manifestation.
And then one day, quite miraculously, I found someone.
In this very personal episode, I will share how the stress of having loved ones going through health challenges affected me, and how working with someone who specialized in both the inner and outer process of manifestation helped me turn things around quickly. I also share the two things to look for when you are considering hiring a coach.

1. A Manifestation Coach is a coach who specializes in working with the Universal Laws, such as the Law of Attraction, to help you achieve, experience or become whatever you desire.
2. The two things to consider when looking for a coach are: 1) who has the result I want to have? Have they already achieved what I want to achieve 2) Do they have a proven track record of helping people achieve what I want to achieve? If you can find someone who has both of these, that is the best option!
3. The manifestation process is both an inner and outer game. If you only focus on one, you won’t make as much progress. Work with somone who can address both, and watch the miracles unfold.

Most approaches to manifestation feel heavy and ‘like work.’ What if there is a really easy, and not so obvious way to make manifestation FUN?
Here is what I did to manifest a free TV: 1) I decided that I wanted a TV so I could do yoga in my room. I had no doubt about getting this TV. 2) Said a prayer and asked the Divine to help me with this desire 3) I began acting as if it was coming, finding a spot in my room, looking online for the best TV for watching DVD, etc. 4) I let it go to the Universe 5) I did something FUN that got me into the energy of joy!
The TV came to me, I did not have to go out and find it. I came across this TV when I was out for a bike ride, having so much fun, and lo and behold, there was a free TV. YOU can do this too! The Universe works by law, not by chance. Rather than try to infuse fun into your manifestation techniques, have actual fun and get ready for a miracle!

Key Learnings:
1. Solstice is a time of great transition. We conclude a solar cycle and begin a new one. What is the focus for this new cycle? And what does it mean for you?
2. The first card is about having a focus and resting to restore your energy.
3. The second card is Wild Compassion, and looks like a heart chakra. Again we are called to rest and rejuvenate our energy for the upcoming changes.
4. The third card is the Journey of the Heart card, and is all about staying focused on love. My interpretation is that we are being called to focus our attention on our hearts, on what we love, and then becoming channels of that energy.“The Solstice marks the end of one solar cycle and the beginning of a new one. What is your focus for this new cycle?”

1. The key thing lightworkers need to remember is that they are wired to do things differently. That is why they are lightworkers and not something more traditional. But instead of honoring that difference, they try to find the path to success that “works” and then spend a lot of time and money not succeeding.
2. There is no one path to success, but there is YOUR path to success. It will be as unique as YOU. That does not mean you can’t emulate others, but you won’t succeed unless you discover how you are wired, and then honor that wiring.
3. Begin by focusing on what you really want to do, not how but what. Once you know what that is, you can then look at making it happen for you, instead of twisting yourself into a certain way of succeeding. The key is to work with someone who can help you do that.

Are you aware of the miraculous St. Anthony of Padua? He was called the ‘miracle worker’ when he was alive, and I have found him to be a very present help when in need.
His feast day is June 13th, so this is a wonderful time to do a novena to
St. Anthony to help you ‘find’ whatever you are seeking, or to help you if you feel lost. St. Anthony is one of my patron saints and he is a very special ally to all Lightworkers.

Key Learnings:
1. St. Anthony of Padua is known as the ‘miracle worker’ and is often called upon when someone loses an object of some kind. I have found that he helps us to ‘find’ much more important things that have been lost, like courage, creativity, or even our sense of purpose.
2. The main message he wanted me to convey is that we must have EQUAL faith in ourselves AND in the Divine to experience our miracle.
3. Channeled prayer:
“Beloved St. Anthony, friend of St. Francis and devoted to Christ, your words have the power to bless and heal.
Help me find what I am missing.
Help me find what is lost.
Help me find my way.
You, who are the miracle worker, work this miracle through me. I know that you can.
I have faith in you.

There are many, many Mother Mary miracle stories I can share with you, but there is one that impacted me the most AND was even verified by a doctor!
For most of my life, I had a dull heartache that was always there in the background of my life, no matter how good things were. No matter what I tried, nothing seemed to heal it, not fully.
And then I had a miraculous experience in Mother Mary’s presence…
In this episode, I will share my true story of being healed from a lifelong heartache by Mother Mary, and why I believe being ‘in Her presence’ as often as possible is the key to everything, especially for Lightworkers.

Key Learnings:
1. Most of my life I have had a heartache that nothing seemed able to heal. I had been seeing a Ayurvedic doctor for a physical issue, and she confirmed that the pulse of my ‘energetic heart’ seemed to have an unusual dip. No matter what I did or herbs I took, nothing seemed to help. I assumed it would always be there.
2. Someone told me about an icon of Mother Mary that was ‘active,’ meaning that it was streaming myrrh. Healings were reported from the oil of this icon, and it was in my home state. I made a special trip to see it. I received a drop of the holy oil and placed it on my heart, and that is when I experienced the most profound feeling of love and joy I had ever felt. The sadness was gone!
3. When I went to my doctor a few weeks later, she confirmed what I already knew. My heart was healed. The sadness was gone. Being in Mother Mary’s presence had healed me.
