Ok, so I recorded this episode thinking that I hadn’t made an introductory podcast as yet - but I have! Regardless, I’m still sharing this with you, mainly because I take you on a little trip down memory lane, giving you a little background and peek into my life and how I’ve come to where I’m at right now. Which I always find to be quite interesting about others.
My intention behind sharing all this with you is because I desire more real connection between us all and I believe we get to access this kind of connection by sharing our stories with one another - and, I just hope it inspires you to create a vision for your life and to know that you get to live & thrive in that life too.You get to define and redefine what motherhood looks and feels like for you whilst feeling nourished and supported within each, ever evolving season.
We all get to be the devoted, loving, playful, inspired mothers right alongside doing work that lights us up and birth our big hearted visions into the world.
We all have what it takes to live a life we desire most.
But you’ve got to really want it.
To have the big, bold, beautiful vision and be devoted to it. To be connected to it, to feel it, viscerally. And then to have the structure and strategy to bring the vision to life - which is just as important as having the vision itself. A powerful merging of both the masculine and the feminine, the science and the magic, accessing the science of mind and tuning into the magic of the body.As a mother, a creative entrepreneur and business owner, I can absolutely tell you that integrating both of these qualities is the secret sauce.
Enjoy my loves ❤️

I had the absolute pleasure of chatting to a dear friend, incredible coach, fellow Aquarian sun and now Mama of three Wild hearted daughters - one of whom is still pretty fresh - welcome baby Freya - today I’m having the most epic conversation with the beautiful and brilliant Jacki Carr. And when we recorded this chat Jacki was on the precipice of the birth portal so, as you can imagine, this conversation is pretty juicy!
Jacki is a goal coach, motivational speaker and writer.
She’s an inspiring human, woman, mother, wife, friend, and leader who’s been an expander for me for many years, especially in the way she shows up for life, riding the waves and seasons of motherhood, business and everything in between in such real, raw, relatable way.
As a leader in transformation Jacki works with people to amplify their voices and expand their vision and goals to better the future of the world.
She’s a senior lightyear leadership coach and has worked with some incredible companies like lululemon, MINDBODY, Patagonia, and the North Face and truly values companies who care for their people and the planet.
I mean, what a woman. And, absolutely a woman after my own heart. In this episode we explore ohhhh so much - from embracing uncertainty and navigating vision grief, especially after the last couple of years, practicing goal grace within these ever evolving seasons of motherhood and nourishing our nervous system as a springboard to our thriving - which I believe to be one of the most important topics of our time.
Jacki also explains how her commitment to being open to receiving rather than having all the answers, is a huge key in her ability to trust so deeply.
Jacki spends her days dancing between many roles and realms, weaving the golden threads of motherhood and business in a way that has her and her family, flourishing - ultimately redefining motherhood, again and again and again.
I’m going to leave it there and let you soak up this incredible woman and this beautiful conversation.
Enjoy, my loves!------

How do we keep intimacy alive after birth and in motherhood?
Today we have the gorgeous Alex from joining us on the podcast.
Alex is such a beautiful human, mother, wife and multi passionate entrepreneur. She spends her days dancing between many roles realms in her life, merging motherhood and business in a way that has her and her family feeling fulfilled, nourished and thriving.
Alex guides women and mothers home to their sensuality, to unlock their most abundant lives. Plus, her and her hubby are building a million dollar FBA business.
In this episode we explore the many changes in a womans body during pregnancy, birth and within motherhood and how this can impact our sexual desires and how Alex works alongside women to support them in gaining back their sexual prowess and their libido as a woman and mother.
Alex shares with us how she navigates her marriage and cultivates intimacy in her relationship whilst her and her hubby do the daily dance between the feminine and masculine energies of being parents, business partners, co-workers and lovers. I ask this question on behalf of so many couples right now who have been WFH a lot more than usual, in the same house, maybe the same room as their partners and are home schooling too!!!
We also discuss how our womb is the epicentre of our sexuality and creative energy and the changes that occur to our womb space when we're nourishing human life and when we've then given birth and are physically empty in this area of our body. When we honour our womb space we will also see ourselves living in our flow state, abundant and expansive in every nook of our life which depends so much on our sexuality and creative energy.
But most importantly we chat about how we need to prioritise and honour ourselves, as women and mothers, first and foremost, before anything else within our lives can feel fluid, expansive and abundant.

Today we have the beautiful Leila from Village For Mama joining us on the podcast.
I first met Leila when she was pregnant, she had just sold her Mexican restaurant, she was in the middle of her yoga teacher training and was in between worlds, about to cross the threshold from maiden to mother. I met Leila at her parents beach cafe and I had my little Willow girl with me who was probably about 8 weeks old and Leila and I chatted all things birth, motherhood, dreams and business and Leila was absolutely glowing and excited about her imminent home birth. And I think her baby girl arrived pretty soon after that.
Leila has entrepreneurship running through her veins. It’s in her blood. She was raised by parents who have always run and owned businesses and so it was always going to be part of her story.
Since becoming a mother, experiencing birth and postpartum, Leila became so passionate about wanting to change the narrative around this sacred fourth trimester that she wrote a book. She had an idea that lit her and her womb up so much that she knew she was the one that was destined to bring it to life.
Village For Mama is the most incredible toolkit, helping new mothers gather their village for a supported and nourished post birth journey. Because the journey into motherhood was never meant to be done alone.
Leila shares her experience of birthing both her baby and her business and the inner strength and trust it takes for both of these life changing experiences and transitions.
We explore how both birth and business has us collapsing borrowed and limiting beliefs and how imposter syndrome needs to be embraced as it will always be a part of our journeys.
Leila also imparts some beautiful words of wisdom for other women who have a burning desire to bring ideas to life and build businesses alongside motherhood.
Enjoy!

Today we have the incredible Zsuzsa joining us for our second conversation on the poddy.
I first met this stunning woman in a 6 month business mastermind that we were experiencing together and we just clicked, ya know when you find those people that just get you, that want to celebrate you and vice versa, someone you know needs a place in your orbit… that’s Zsuz & I know that anyone who her would absolutely agree with me.
Zsuz is a solo mama of one incredible baby girl, she’s a cosmic rule bender for the bold and brave, she elevates hearts and minds through various portals, experiences and practices, including human design, women’s mentoring and Kundalini Yoga. She had a beautiful, empowering home birth, a nourishing pregnancy and is currently thriving in her own unique expression & experience of motherhood.
She is one passionate, fire cracker of a woman on a mission of empowering women to embrace their uniqueness & thrive in a life where they don’t just defy the rules, they write their own.
Today Zsusza and I explore limitations as the portal to your liberation, what it takes to step onto the road less travelled and be the embodiment of all you believe, teach & preach in order to create & thrive in this new earth.
Zsuza shares her journey of healing her mother wound so that she could gather her village to help raise her daughter & her as a mother.
And she imparts with the most golden nuggets for mamas, especially solo mamas who want to stretch beyond what they believe to be their limitations & begin creating a new reality for themselves & their cubs.
This conversation is peppered with the most potent truth bombs as well as a few f bombs so you’ll wanna make sure you don’t have little ears around so you can sip up every word from this magnificent woman.

Today we have the stunning Brittany Eastman to join us for our very first conversation!
I’m so excited and can’t think of a more magnificent human to share her wisdom and stories of how she thrives in her own unique version of motherhood, birthing both babies and businesses, mothering her divine daughters and her creations.
Britt is a devoted human, mother and creator of incredible experiences, programs, vortexes of transformation. And this podcast wouldn’t be birthed into the world right now if it wasn’t for being part of these experiences myself and having Britt’s magic sprinkled over many of my ideas.
In her own words Britt is a 'maker'...
... of babies and homes, love and art, programs and worlds, waves and magic, quick decisions and ruthless calls for her own alignment. She designs and delivers program for women with businesses born from devotion, heart and truth because it brings them alive.
Britt is a dear friend of mine and in this episode we dive deep straight away!
We explore births and rebirths of babies, business and ourselves as women and mothers. We explore how trauma can be the gateway to deeper alignment, consciousness and liberation. We discuss what it takes to gather our village to help us raise our babies as well as raise us as women and mothers. Britt talks about the Mother Womb Connection and how it goes beyond pregnancy and birth and she tells us what means to 'Go Rogue', create a life that feels aligned and expansive… and when it doesn’t, to pivot!
I feel truly honoured that this is the first time for Britt to publicly share her birth story and I must warn you it is one of trauma AND an experience that Britt describes as the springboard to her greatness.
Also, it wouldn’t be a convo with Britt and I if there weren’t a few F Bombs. So if you have little ears around, make sure to pop in your headphones before wrapping your ears around this absolute beauty.
