TW: death, harm to a minor, harm to queer person
This week co-ghosts Linley and marty talk Beyoncé and jail, but not at the same time. What a world.
-
TW: drug addiction, death
Short solo episode wherein marty talks about a season of change and says goodbye to an old friend. Kind of a sad one this week.
-
TW: sexual assault mentions
This week the co-ghosts talk so much about the new jail site and discussions surrounding it. Long episode, but it’s a big topic.
Also, somebody has a new song.
-
This week co-ghost (or go-host as the case may be) Linley Faye takes the helm solo to talk about upcoming legislation related to period poverty. Give it a listen for some insight and even some action items.
-
This week Linley and marty go deep on the meaning of a Real-Time Crime Center and the growing surveillance apparatus of the police.

-
In our final episode of 2023 co-ghosts Linley and Marty take a look back on the year and weep for there were no other worlds to conquer.
Topics include lots of infrastructure projects (not kidding). Bike lanes, large construction projects, taxes. Also we get some discussion of last winter’s city council elections, conservative fear, and doofuses who get in front of the cameras.
Bonus content: during a bit of joking about the relative safety of our corners of okc, the listener will encounter the wail of a siren. Classic stuff.
See you all next year.
peace,
co-ghosts

This week comes with a Trigger Warning for drugs/addiction/rehab/predatory 13th stepping.

This week the co-ghosts talk about how the election went, but more about how awesome everybody has been about it. Super fun! Get ready for some shit talking.
-
The Final Countdown.
This week Linley Faye is back with Marty to talk to adults and precocious children about holiday donation season, the new BRT, and for the next to last time (hopefully) the arena proposal.
We make it 30 minutes without saying cuss words!
-
Let’s you and me go on a ride. Accompany Marty as he takes you for a trip on the new BRT from downtown to somewhere in the Lake Hefner area. It’s a lovely ride. Join us!
-
This week co-ghosts Linley Faye and Marty discuss the upcoming arena vote, labor's complicity in the propaganda, and the new winter shelter at the Homeless Alliance. There are some frustrating audio issues owing to dodgy cell reception for Marty. Apologies.
-
Solo episode today after some technical mishaps. Marty laments current events in Wewoka and Shawnee, and having conversations that are challenging.
-
Prepare your spines to be tingled, it's Halloween. Co-ghost Linley Faye again calls Marty to talk about nonsense. Topics include spookiness, ghosts, horror movies, arenas, and mayors. This episode *will not* be for everybody. If you want or need to skip the silliness and get to some political substance skip to the 38 minute mark or so. Or don't. I'm not your mom.
