Hey, I’m Lainey ~ Holistic Voice Coach, Creative Mentor, Singer & Songwriter.
Reawaken Your Voice was born from a very dark time in my life when I stopped singing. I remember feeling like I lost a part of myself that I could never get back. It was so painful to know that I had music inside of me but I was holding it all in, frozen in silence. But as a fellow singer & friend who has weathered the storm, I want you to know ~ you can sing again.
My mission is to guide you back home to yourself by transforming your relationship with your voice, reminding you of the song that is yours alone to sing, and inspiring you to breathe life back into it. If you’re ready to reawaken the dormant part of you that once loved to sing and is aching for a revival, then welcome home ~ this show is a gift from my heart to yours.
In this podcast, you’ll receive loving, nurturing support to heal from past singing experiences, release the inner critic, and let go of limiting beliefs that keep you stuck in perfectionism, procrastination, imposter syndrome, and analysis paralysis ~ so you can rewrite your singing story once and for all. I’ll teach you how to create a personal singing practice with nourishing, playful, inspiring vocal warm-up exercises that re-ignite your creative spark, open your voice, uncover your unique sound, and develop the full range and potential of your God-given instrument. You’ll learn to embody confidence as you find the courage to share your voice and put yourself out there in a way that feels authentic and aligned with who you are becoming as an artist, singer, musician, and performer.
