In todays episode I talk about my story to where I am today in the fitness industry. I share my previous struggles to what I faced before and how that allowed me to be where I am today. In this episode I talk about fear, trauma, being over weight, and changing these negative experiences into something more positive while mentioning what I feel is the most important things to look at to live a true happier life. DISCLAIMER: In the part about teaching, this is what my view would have been at the time when I felt it back then, I know teaching isn't that kind of job that I described so don't take offence, it is just what I would have thought at the time!
