It’s impossible not to be a role model. People learn about our abilities and talents purely from observation because we’re always on display. That makes you a leader because you’re leaving an impression and influencing people. Unfortunately, many people in leadership roles haven’t earned the title so they’re not really leading.

Drew Price has devoted more than half of his life to educating people about their own talents. He travels the world and has worked with both the leaders and the staff of such organizations as the United States Navy, the BBC, British Airways, plus a number of Fortune-500 companies. His expertise lies in human development, positive thinking, attitude and motivation, handling people in difficult situations, and leadership coaching and team building. With over 40 years of sports and business coaching experience, Drew knows the subject of leadership well. He’s followed leaders of varying credentials himself and though his observations, has determined what works and what definitely does not. As a sales team leader in two different industries and having practical experience with sales leaders in a number of other situations this presenter draws from a wealth of knowledge.

    Expert Action Steps:

Make the decision to be a leader. Model good leaders. Lead by example.

  • Inflation just hit its worst level in 13 years. The United States Federal Reserve is printing 120 Billion Dollars per week. Printing money has been happening for a long time but Covid has made the long-term consequences of this ‘getting something for nothing’ approach much more apparent. Examples include but are not limited to stimulus cheques, student loan relief, and rent relief. While these things seem good and may be to some extent necessary, they are symptoms of a broader issue.

Central banks print and manipulate money to the point that economies are not sustained on their own wholistic health. Long-term systems form around this short-term, artificial abundance creating a fragile economy. Printing money may have short term benefits to individuals, corporations, and governments, but when money is produced from thin air and society makes use of it, nothing is built from the ground up so there’s no foundation and no sustainability.

Join Raymond as he clarifies what all this means and where it’s heading. Included is a discussion of Bitcoin and crypto and how they compare in terms of sustainability.

  • "If the currency of the nation was happiness, what would you do for your job" - Anonymous

Mind and body or mind-body? Some people don't see the connection but more and more people are starting to recognize that there are consequences to perceiving the two as separate. Today's guest is a medical practitioner who has witnessed through his practice and his family life that stress and matters of the mind play a dominant role in the overall health of the physical body. Health is vitality, an inner calm, a feeling of love that emanates from the inside, and these are things that are beyond the scope of modern medicine and its instruments. Our guest has devoted his life to sharing his findings so that he can help people open their minds to happiness and true, sustainable health.

Dr. Sam Gerstein is a medical physician, and psychotherapist with over 30 years of experience helping people with physical and mental challenges. He has examined over 65,000 patients over 25 years as an emergency room physician. Upon realizing the relationship between happiness and health and recognizing that the medical industry was not yet capable of healing people on that level, he decided to interview hundreds of successful entrepreneurs and write a book to help others discover the power of their minds. Live Your Dreams: Doctor's Orders features 40 stories of entrepreneurs living their dreams at work and how they overcame their fears and self-limiting beliefs.

You can find Dr. Gerstein's book here.

  • From a very young age we start to develop notions or beliefs of ourselves, the world around us, and how we relate to the world. Some of these beliefs are supportive and healthy but many of them don’t serve us at all and can severely limit our ability to succeed in any or all aspects of our lives. People experience long term financial problems, depression, social anxiety, stage fright, eating disorders, phobias, procrastination, shyness, fear of public speaking, the inability to form healthy relationships, and many other fear based problems. The thoughts related to these notions are often unconscious and most people don’t recognize them or if they do they’ve become so habitual and familiar that we don’t question them. But they determine our behavior, our emotions, and our reality. Today’s guest has dedicated her professional life to helping people identify and overcome these negative thought patterns.

  • People are motivated by getting results. When a salesperson finds himself in front of a potential buyer, their job is to show them that they will achieve their desired result. The process of achieving the result is inevitable and not what motivates the person to buy. A good salesperson will focus on the results and then follow through with the process of delivering it after they’ve gained the buyer’s trust.
