This week I am joined by Canadian Olympian and 2:08 Marathoner Ben Preisner. Ben is a highly accomplished runner and I really enjoyed chatting to home about his running journey and the lessons and insights he has learned along the way. Today Rob covers the last couple days of Olympic track and field (and roads), it was a tremendous competition and now he's quite sad that the games are over. Then Shan stops by for another training chat as they go over what they both got up to last week including Rob's bike race up Seymour mountain where he performed decently well but kinda acted like a dick along the way.

I just needed to talk about how amazing the competition on the Track at the Olympics has been, so here's my brain dump on that. I love track and field.
