  • A skier since a young age in Australia, Kristen has always known that the mountains were calling - so she listened and ended up traveling across the globe to live at Silverstar Mountain Resort as an instructor, trainer & supervisor. Kristen is passionate about helping others in this industry and trying to get more females on the same level. In a male dominated sport, Kristen, has learned from mentors on mindset, grit and how to listen to her intuition when it comes to hitting the slopes.   • From the Corporate world with degrees in Law & History; Aukje ceased to be inspired by the industry she was in and discovered a true passion for adventure when cycling from Tanzania to the Netherlands. Hear her incredible story of resiliency while pushing through this 11 month journey that had her making a career change once home.

    ​Knowing that tourism is her passion she moved into the role of Director of the Respect the Mountains Foundation which brought the message of ecotourism and live events to the European Sustainable Mountain Tourism market. Then in 2018 Aukje started working for Rewilding Europe where she managed the in-house travel company and was in charge of Wildlife Tourism development & training in the different rewilding areas.

    She co-created the rewilding tourism training program in 2020, which trained over 200 travel & tourism professionals. In 2023, Aukje poured her heart and soul in yet another challenge: starting MOYO Training Foundation and making a Nature Positive impact on the travel, tourism & training industry.
