This week's episode is all about guilt. 'Mum' guilt to be precise. I think we have all felt it at one stage in our life. It can look different for many. Maybe you feel like you aren't present enough, maybe you feel you work too much, or maybe you just struggle with the idea of leaving your kids. Whatever it may be.. YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
It is a normal emotion that comes along with motherhood & talking about it in this week's episode really opened the flood gates for Steph and obviously felt like she had a lot to get off her chest.
