Janet Murray is a business strategist, entrepreneur and creator of the Courageous Business Planner Bundle - and the host of the Courageous podcast. She’s also the founder of The Singing Striders - a choir that specialises in performing at running events. An idea that (in true ADHD fashion) she started on a whim at the end of 2023 but snowballed fast. In 2023 The Singing Striders performed at the London Marathon, London Landmarks Half Marathon and Great Manchester Run. Her latest business venture Pet Icons - involves selling pictures of peoples’ pets dressed up as famous icons (hamster in a Doctor Who outfit anyone?). Janet has been podcasting for around a decade and has published more than a thousand podcast episodes. She’s also a keynote speaker who has spoken on big stages all over the world including The Youpreneur Summit (London), CMA Live (Edinburgh), Inbound (Boston, USA). Janet plays the piano, sings, runs and talks to her three cats (although not at the same time). She’s also the mum of a teenage daughter and is a long-suffering ‘football widow’. And is also a qualified England Athletics run leader - and the event director of her local parkrun (as if she didn’t have enough to do already!).

Phil Anderton is the living embodiment of poacher turned gamekeeper. Having recognised, when serving as senior police officer, that people with untreated or poorly managed ADHD can have inappropriate social outcomes including falling into crime, and trying for many years as an expert in the subject to convince the NHS, both locally and nationally to do more to improve these outcomes, in 2019 he started ADHD 360 to do just that. Expecting to have a small organisation treating 2-30 patients with 3-4 staff, 360 now employs 200+ staff and in July of this year they assessed 1,512 new patients, a record and more than the whole of the NHS put together.

Jonathan is an ADHD & Executive Function Coach and director of Connect ADHD Coaching, providing services internationally from Brisbane, Australia. His background includes psychiatric services and as Scientific Advisor for ADHD in the pharmaceutical industry. Jonathan trained as an ADHD coach through the US and offers individual and group programs for people with ADHD. He is a regular speaker at national ADHD meetings in Australia and the US. He has previously held roles as a board member of ADHD Australia and ADDA. He also co-authored “Decoding Doing - Solving ADHD & Procrastination” in 2023. His current practice focuses on working with Adults and Couples with ADHD. His approach includes the translation of relevant executive function theory to facilitate individuals with ADHD finding and embracing their “neuro-native” state supporting adaptation and realisation of potential.
