(35:27) MOVIES: So much movie talk here.
Awards for THE SUBSTANCE (theatres), HIS THREE DAUGHTERS (Netlfix), and LALA LAND (Netflix).
After we chat about some great movies, we get into the train wreck that is becoming Francis Ford Coppala's MEGALOPOLIS and the bizzare Apple TV+ film WOLFS starring Brad Pitt and George Clooney.

Sincerely stoked to have you back. Or, if this is your first time, thanks for coming along.
Here's what we got on tap this week:
SPORTS (5:00) The bit is, you have $400 to spend on NFL futures, I'll tell you what I'd put it on.
MOVIES (25:30) I discuss and hand out awards for Zoe Kravitz's directorial debut feature BLINK TWICE starring Channing Tatum and Naomie Ackie. (In Theatres)
We'll also give out awards and chat about the APPLE TV+ 2022 Feature SWAN SONG starring Mahershala Ali, directed and written by Benjamin Cleary.
THEN, new to Neflix, I dive into Damien Chazelle's FIRST MAN. A 2018 feature starring Ryan Gosling based on the life and events of astronaut Niel Armstrong.
BULLSH** (56:27) I watched an incredible doc this week on ESPN+ called NO PLACE LIKE NEBRASKA about the Cornhuskers elite volleyball program. Their coach, John Cook, feels like a modern-age John Wooden, Pat Summit. In this doc he says, "Everything has a cast, are you willing to pay it?". We'll explore that idea.
Thanks, peace and love!
