The second part of this famous Oscar Wilde quote is conveniently left out of the conversation when we speak about imitation but it's not the only thing left undiscussed. What happens when that imitation forces you out of your job, affects your finances and impacts your mental health?

When we talk about violent crimes within the community we don’t often discuss the hurt and trauma it causes the families of the victim even years after the incident. Ade and Bonita tackle this important topic with the assistance of this week’s guest, Rachel Duncan.
Rachel Duncan is a mother, school governor, active leader in her community, and an ex Metropolitan Police Officer. Also, Rachel is the aunt of James Bascoe-Smith, a 17-year-old teenager who was tragically stabbed multiple times in an unprovoked attack in Brixton on February 23 2021.
