Today's guest is Professor Greg Whyte OBE. Greg has trained, motivated and successfully coached celebrities on some remarkable challenges for Sport Relief Comic Relief and Children in Need. He supported David Walliams on his swim across the English Channel; Cheryl Cole and Gary Barlow to climb Mt Kilimanjaro and Davina McCall on her 506-mile ultra-triathlon.
Greg is an Olympian who moved in to the application of science into elite sport. But his passion for sport is much wider and his latest work includes researching exercise benefits for those with cancer.
He talks candidly about how he creates belief and how belief leads to commitment. And how we can change our brains!
"Very little magic happens inside the comfort zone" - Greg talks about removing the fear of failure.
The Be Braver Podcast is presented by Annie Emmerson and Dr Josie Perry.

Josie Perry's life first changed when she failed in her A levels which ended her plans to go and study law at a top university. She worked in journalism and communications before becoming passionate about performance psychology which led to a complete career change.
