One of many things bought and stored in my cupboard, without remembering why was rosehip powder. So I looked into the health benefits and uses of it this week, and was not disappointed! We make some delicious, soft Scandinavian style bread rolls today, with pretty much the same ingredients as the polar bread from a previous episode.
