Dawn Chrystal is a holistic coach and natural therapist who uses Bach Flower Remedies to help with menopausal mood swings. Dawns main message though is that it is essential to realise our inner conflict may be triggered by other changes in our situation and therefore we should consider the whole picture and not just focus on menopause as the cause.

However, life doesn't always go the way we expect and Leslie found herself needing the cesarean. Leslie joins me today to tell us about her pregnancy and the birth of her daughter, Lily.
