In this episode, Dr. Eric Bryant interview Daniel Yang the National Director of Churches of Welcome with World Relief and co-author of Inalienable: How Marginalized Kingdom Voices Can Help Save the American Church.
Previously, Daniel served as director of the Church Multiplication Institute at the Wheaton College Billy Graham Center, a think tank for evangelism and church planting. Daniel planted a church in Toronto and worked with Bob Roberts at Northwood Church where he was involved in global and multi-faith engagement.
We discussed his book and how to become a Church of Welcome for one of the largest unreached people groups in the United States, the immigrant community.

Eric Bryant interviews Filipe Santos the new lead pastor at Echo Church (previously called South Bay Church).
Along with Andy and Stacie Wood (now at Saddleback Church), Filipe and Mandy, and two other couples moved cross country to start a church in one of the most unchurched cities in the United States. Echo meets in North San Jose, Sunnyvale, and Fremont. They also have an online campus.

Gateway Church in Austin hosted Dr. Salim Munayer, founder of Musalaha, a faith-based organization that teaches, trains and facilitates reconciliation mainly between Israelis and Palestinians from diverse ethnic and religious backgrounds, and also international groups, based on biblical principles of reconciliation as taught by Jesus.
Salim's material is included as part of the curriculum at Pepperdine University along with another university in the U.K.. Salim is the author of Journey Through the Storm and Through My Enemy's Eyes: Envisioning Reconciliation in Israel-Palestine.
Salim shares the award winning process for reconciliation that can help in marriage, in business, in churches, in our communities, and in the Holy Land.

In a city like Austin where there are more dogs and cats than people who follow Jesus, a unique way into the hearts of those we are trying to reach includes their pets!
Recently I interviewed Annemarie (A.J.) Diaz about her first book My Beautiful Bellissima: Stories of Love and Heeling which is a compilation of stories centered around the dogs she has loved and learned from, and also sharing her own struggles with fears and anxiety, which were overcome with the help of feral adoptee named Bellissima (Bella).
She lives in Central Texas with her husband Shaniko, mother-in-law, and three beautiful fur babies. A.J. is a lifelong lover of nature and animals, finding inspiration and joy in the beauty of God's creation. She has a passion for fostering reconciliation, reconciliation between humans and the natural world, humans and God, and humans and one another. She is part of Gateway Church in Austin.
