    I'm so excited to introduce you to today's guest, heā€™s making waves in the birth world and I'm so grateful to have him on!


    Today I'm speaking with Nathan Riley MD, Nathan is a board-certified OB/GYN and hospice and palliative care physician he is also the host of The Holistic OBGYN. Podcast.


    Nathan, as he describes it, is a recovering conventional doctor. 

    He was in school for most of his life, trained in two medical specialties, then looked back and found himself disillusioned with the conventional maternity care model. Now, instead of serving the medical industrial complex, he serves women and their partners in achieving vitality. Nathan has done extensive study in holistic lifestyle medicine, and his practice is based on the midwifery model.


    I really hope you find this episode helpful, I'm so grateful for Dr Nathan Riley coming on and sharing his knowledge wisdom and expertise around high-risk pregnancy and birth he really is a wealth of knowledge.

In modern society we have lost most Rites of Passage and instead we see young people trying to create their own, often with disastrous consequences. Our young need evidence based programs that help equip them with the confidence and tools to tackle the adventure and challenges that lie ahead.

    Lael Stone is a speaker, author, educator and creator. Lael speaks for the heart of the child.Whether it is supporting parents to understand their children, helping adults process their own childhood trauma, or creating education systems that value emotional awareness. 

    Marion Rose Phd Is a Psychospiritual Mentor, Level Two Aware Parenting Instructor and creator of The Marion Method for Psychospiritual Development, Parenting and Entrepreneurship. Marion is passionate about decolonising our psyches and reclaiming indigenous ways of knowing and being.

    In this Episode we discuss how we can stay calm as a parents, childrenā€™s BIG feelings and self compassion.
