  • AI vs Ego | Are We Outsourcing Our Humanity?

    The Warner & Sam Show

What happens when artificial intelligence starts thinking faster than we do — and our ego refuses to let go?

In this unfiltered, thought-provoking episode, we explore the growing tension between AI and the human ego — not from a tech perspective, but from a deeply human one.

    This conversation dives into:

Why humans struggle to trust intelligence that isn’t emotionalHow ego shapes our fear of AI replacing purpose, identity, and creativityWhether AI is exposing human insecurity rather than causing itThe uncomfortable truth about control, relevance, and self-worthWhat it really means to stay human in an automated world

This isn’t a debate about the future.
It’s a mirror held up to the present.

Recorded as part of our ongoing exploration into self-awareness, modern identity, mental health, and meaning, this episode challenges listeners to question not just technology — but themselves.

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by progress, threatened by change, or quietly wondered “Where do humans fit now?”— this episode is for you.

    Raw conversation.
    No scripts.

    No ego spared.

Love Yourself First | Why Everyone Gets This Wrong

“Love yourself first” sounds simple — but for many people, it’s anything but.

Recorded during Mental Health Awareness Week, this episode goes deeper than the cliché. We unpack what mental health really looks like behind closed doors — overthinking, anxiety, depression, ADHD, loneliness, grief, parenting pressure, identity struggles, and the long-term impact of childhood experiences.

We also explore why the advice to “love yourself first” is often misunderstood — and how it can unintentionally create pressure, guilt, and confusion for people already dealing with mental health challenges, anxiety, or low self-worth.

This is a raw, honest conversation about mental health, relationships, trauma, emotional burnout, and identity — and what self-love actually looks like in real life. Not in quotes. Not in theory. But in the messy, everyday reality of trying to live it.

00:00 – Introduction: “Love yourself first” — why this hits differently
03:45 – Why self-love advice can feel impossible when you’re struggling
08:10 – Anxiety, overthinking & emotional burnout in real life
14:20 – The pressure of modern self-love culture
    20:35 – Relationships, identity & self-worth struggles
28:10 – Why people misunderstand “healing”
35:00 – What real self-love actually looks like (no clichés)
42:15 – Mental health, honesty & learning to cope day-to-day
49:00 – Final thoughts: breaking the cycle & moving forward

  • About Solomon Williams — USA Rugby’s Rising Star

Solomon Williams is one of the most exciting young rugby players in the United States and a central figure in the current Warner And Sam Show episode. He plays scrumhalf for the California Golden Bears and hails from Carlsbad, California, bringing unmatched energy, skill, and leadership to the pitch.

National Player of the Year (2026): Solomon made history by becoming the first player from the Cal rugby program to win the Rudy Scholz Award, given annually to the top collegiate rugby player in the nation. Back-to-Back National Champion: He was a key leader as Cal secured its second straight Division I college rugby national title with a 36–22 victory over Navy. USA Rugby Representative: Williams has been selected for multiple U.S. age-group national teams — including U18 (2022), U20 (2023 & 2024 World Rugby Trophy team), and the USA U23 touring squad to South Africa— marking him as a standout on the national stage. Consistent Performer: Over four years at Cal, he started in 48 collegiate matches and scored 27 tries in XVs play, showing his reliability and impact as a playmaker.

Beyond his athletic achievements, Solomon represents a new wave of American rugby talent — blending speed, smart decision-making, and relentless drive. Before college, he developed through youth clubs from a very young age and excelled at high-performance programs, showing early promise as a future professional

Career Highlights The Player & The Person

Solomon, the question of “why” is everything. When doubt creeps in, he returns to that same inner compass — knowing he’d regret not trying far more than failing.

The segment ends with optimism and humor, looking ahead to the 2031 Rugby World Cup in the United States — a moment both see as a turning point for the sport’s growth nationally and globally.
