Here is the last meditation in this 15 day meditation challenge. I have really enjoyed this. And a big thank you to Mitch for creating these audio presentations of each daily meditation. They were terrific and you did a great job. Please enjoy and learn from today's practice.
I encourage you to keep at this meditation practice. If you are in the Vancouver area, and want to meditate with others and my Tibetan singing brass bowls, please do contact me at the wellness cafe to learn when we meet weekly.

Wow, eh. I have noticed that each day of mindful awareness brings with it that exact synchronicity that allows me to practice in real time/action the message of the day. Yesterday was do not Judge anything, simple yet profound. I found myself in a scenario where I needed to act without judgment. I needed to receive all that was happening without judging it and the people involved in it. What a difference that made too. I can only guess, but I think that had I moved into this scenario with judgment and all of its arrogant and willful side effects, that I would not have moved as gracefully, honestly and clearly as I did. Thus, I am grateful for yesterdays' meditation and mindful practice. I see tangibly how being mindful upon a spiritual principle daily really does guide me. I am in awe of the flow of life and love, its beauty and meaning is divine.

Yesterday in my mindful practice throughout the day, I saw how important forgiveness is. I saw how people are tormented, confused and filled with fear and anger as they hold onto their hurt, pain and confusion in their interactions with people, friends and family. forgiveness is a psychic mechanism for releasing pain, healing from hurt and letting go of the past, allowing the mindful being to live in the moment. forgiveness is so powerful.

Love is Eternal, Amen. And we are love beings, so we are also eternal beings. It is in Love that we find our eternity, so be Love in all you do, so that you being will be eternal and loving.

Yesterdays mindful practice is one of the most important practices one can have in developing a whole and spiritual life. In my belief it is the key to success in life, for a healthy, meaningful life of service and joy filled with peace and awareness. Each day I choose love over fear, each moment I look for love and let go of fear. Each encounter is an opportunity to feel love and nothing less.

Now that we understand the differences between meditation and prayer, and how mindfulness is akin to always listening to God, what have you heard from God recently, what are you asking of God now?

Yesterday we meditated upon one of the most powerful healing practices there is for mental health and wellness: creativity. Use your creative powers to propel yourself out of a dark space, or elevate you above your own anxieties.

The teachings of the world are lame; they suggest that we just get by and do what we need to do to survive. Well, I disagree, and believe that we will have a happier and more fulfilling life as we practice the agreement to be doing the best that you can in all that you do.

What is time? Time is the passing of moments, the anticipation of moments and meetings, the moving of the present into the past. The moment is not in time, the moment is the reality that was hoped for and is cherished by the sentient self.
-
What is real, what exists and what is an illusion? We pondered that yesterday. A great question to ask yourself regularly is: What am I? and Who am I?

Forgiveness is the royal road to having happiness and peace. Meditate on this all day and notice how your awareness of this idea shifts your daily responses to people and things.

I am in the world, but I need not be of the world. This is an idea presented by Jesus, and the only other I know of is Carlos C.. I have always tried to live this way, even before I heard it from these spiritual leaders. My desire for a community home and space for people to come and be a part of is coming true through the wellness cafe. This is my personal expression of being in the world, but not of the world.
-
Yesterday's mindful meditation was about the power of Love. We are all teachers, and to teach love is to spread love, and we desire Love so give Love to have Love.
