What a blessing to have Sofia Pineiro join us this week! Sofia was our first ever guest on The Wizard In The Wild, and we're thrilled to have her back as our last guest of Season 1.
Sofia has experienced a wave of change since she first joined us, from moving to Faial Island in the Azores (Portugal) to landing her dream job presenting a TV show (out soon!) in Belgium.
We talk about raising Third Culture Kids: new identities, letting go of the past (or not) to make place for the present, and how to model behaviour for our children whilst facing our own fears and insecurities.
Sofia shares the empowerment she feels through reclaiming her sense of Self amongst motherhood, and shares her wisdom on allowing ourselves to take space, being kind to ourselves, and what that actually sounds and looks like.
We talk about how to anchor change and growth into everyday life. How to let go of the need to control the outcome and to breathe into the present moment. Most importantly, to remember to soften our heart, so that we can shift our perspective.
This episode is big, bold and juicy and we’re beyond excited to share it with you.
Find Sofia @sofiapineiro on Instagram.
