Welcome to Season 3 of The Yoga Podclass! This podcast started as a small project during the pandemic, and I never expected it to grow the way it has. But thanks to all of you—listeners who have reached out, shared your experiences, and asked for more classes—it's back!

This restorative yoga practice is a great addition to your evening routine. All of the postures are meant to help calm your mind, rest your body and prepare for sleep.
You'll want a prop such as a yoga block, bolster, blankets, or a couple of pillows throughout class.
