In this episode of There's More to You, I explore the feeling of not doing enough and how it affects people, especially graduates who are transitioning to the next chapter of their lives.
I give practical tips to help listeners overcome this feeling of inadequacy. The first tip is to remember that everyone's journey is unique, so it doesn't make sense to compare yourself to others. The second tip is to surround yourself with supportive and positive people who will give you the energy and confidence to pursue your goals. I encourage listeners to ask themselves tough questions and be habitual about catching themselves when they feel envious or inadequate. By doing so, listeners can work on what is lacking inside and get closer to their ultimate goals.
