This week we watched Byron Baes, an Aussie reality TV show set in sunny Byron Bay. It's a choice.
We also discuss the latest album release from Stray Kids, Oddinary. Safe to say we absolutely loved it, from the tracklist to the music videos, dances and aesthetics. We're proudly wearing our STAY badges of honour.
And to round off the episode we dive into West Side Story, the revamped edition of the musical directed by Steven Spielberg.

We finally watched Marry Me, the much awaited and highly anticipated J. LO X OWEN WILSON collaboration we have been eagerly waiting for. Honestly, this one did not disappoint and Owen Wilson is kind of charming in it... Who are we?!?
Frances also discusses Pam & Tommy, especially in light of statements made by Pamela Anderson herself about the series. And just a little scammer update for the week with Inventing Anna, the story of a the wannabe German heiress Anna Delvey and how she managed to swindle her way through New York's Most Elite.
Also on the watchlist is the Korean drama Twenty-Five Twenty-One, a feel-good drama about friendship, romance and striving for your goals.... and also Nam Joo Hyuk. We also recommend Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-Joo.

These two average-ish in height gals are covering Tall Girl 1 AND 2, the teen rom com about a Tall Girl as she navigates high school, relationships and friendships whilst being burdened by being Very Tall. We also discuss the role of toxic male characters in female-led teen rom coms + a reflection on height (we can get deep too...!).
And since everyone has watched the Tinder Swindler (including yours truly) we discuss the Netflix doco that has taken the world by storm.
For the second week in a row, Sports Corner is back with the Superbowl LVI just airing. Nevermind the football though, we were there purely to watch Dr Dre, Kendrick, Mary J. Blige and Eminem to perform.

This week we are talking about the Encanto, the recent animated release from our favourite House of Disney. It's been weeks since we watched it but we are still singing about Bruno and jacarandas thanks to the catchy tunes of Lin Manuel Miranda.
But first, we discuss Euphoria episodes 3-5 and break down what has happened so far (a LOT) and ponder what the finale of the season will bring us.
And in a special Sports Corner correspondence we recap two Winter Olympics Events, Freeski Big Air and Figure Skating. Again, we must reiterate that we have absolutely no authority or knowledge of sports/technique/rules but what we do have is immense respect and appreciation for the athletes. This week we are mainly talking about The Royal Treatment, a Netflix exclusive set in the same cinematic universe as The Christmas Prince and starring Bad Hair and Italian Tomato.
But first we discuss The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window, a satire on the true crime genre that we would recommend for anyone, whether you're a genre dabbler like us or a regular consumer. It's absolutely ridiculous and you'll never remember the full name, but you'll have a lot of fun.
Euphoria is also back for Season 2 and we talk about Episodes 1 and 2 specifically, with first impressions of the new season. We also ponder the legacy of the show in light of the drama on and off set. P.S. we hate Nate xoStick around to the end for a totally unplanned and sadly unsponsored review of Genki Sparkling Water, a light and bubbly flavoured drink. Two episodes in the space of a week - what a treat!
This is the last of our Christmas content, so from here on we'll have to formally acknowledge the start of the new year (boo). This episode we are mainly chatting about The Holiday, which stars Cameron Diaz, Kate Winslet, Jack Black and Jude Law. Before that we get into Sex Live of College Girls (S1), a comedy series following four roommates as they navigate college together. Don't judge by it's name, the series is a super funny and light coming of age series that we have both lapped up and now eagerly awaiting S2 to drop. We also mention Love on the Spectrum, which follows a cast of adults on the autism spectrum as they navigate love and relationships.

It’s officially 2022 but we’re still not done with 2021 juuuust yet. We’ve decided we’re not too cool to share with you our 2021 Spotify Wrapped data and we’re discussing who our top artists, genres and songs were for the year. It may not surprise you to hear that BTS were top artists for the both of us and we do a brief overview on their newly created personal Instagram accounts. We’ll spare you the deep dive (unless you want us to…).
The movie of the week is Happiest Season, which stars Kristen Stewart and Mackenzie Davis and is a spin on the classic Christmas film.
