Dr Hilal Dogan is a veterinary surgeon, a yoga teacher and a certified clinical trauma professional. Together we talked about traumatic stress in practice and underrated PTSD affecting the veterinary team. We also discussed the different degrees of responsibility to warrant well-being and the types of solutions to implement to mitigate the effects of trauma.
