#94: Make sure that your inner circle is tight and full of people that believe in you and encourage you. Even if you’re a strong person, you still need encouragement from the right people. It’s also important to be around people that are striving in their own lives to be better. If you’re the only one bettering yourself in your circle, that’s a problem.
Host Lindsey Hanlon talks about how she even wants her kids to recognize this from a younger age so that it’s a habit as they go into adulthood.
And remember that it’s okay to take things personally. If someone is making you feel some type of way, take it personally, recognize the signs of negativity, and move on with your life.
