Here is a guided breathing method that will encourage you to become comfortable in moving forward into the paths of formulated pranayama (breathing techniques) ahead. It consists of allowing your breath input and output to shape in a circular motion without pauses. Exhales are extended to allow you to fully remove debris and stagnation and increase your levels of deep relaxation. Enjoy!
