Having held a number of senior positions across global businesses such as PwC, Natwest and CMI Women, with impactful roles such as Director of Strategic Partnerships and Head of Inclusion, Director of Client Relationship Programmes and Head of People Business Networks. Dr Heather Melville OBE is an intrapreneneur driving change from directly within these corporate businesses. As a thought leader, innovator and activist, Heather is firmly established within the world of business and continues to be impactful to the way it functions.
With an impassioned commitment to promoting BAME and female talent within entrepreneurial and corporate fields, Heather is experienced in mentoring individuals from their education all the way through to their first glimpse into the working world. We’re not surprised that Heather was very deservingly awarded an OBE for her services to female entrepreneurs, diversity in business and gender equality. As a Chair of CMI Women and Patron of Women in Banking and Finance, Heather continues to work as a catalyst for diversifying the world of entrepreneurship and pushing for constant progress. Her most recent appointment as Director of Client Relationship Programmes (a programme specifically designed for C-Suite clients) and Head of People Business Networks, has provided the firm with a strong foundation to continue to engage with their 65,000 clients, 22,00 alumni and 22,000 employees through a clear vision and strategy that brings them together to solve critical business problems.
