We start from the beginning all the way back in Greece. We touch on Billy’s inspirations growing up and on his early education years to then finish school at Plymouth University. We get into the nitty gritty of 3D artistry from the tools to the use of lights and materials in his compositions. Billy flush his style out discussing how he comes up with his specific visual sensibility and the main inspirations for his artwork. Amongst other things we discuss how he protects his work from copyright infringement, collaborations and his attitude towards hard work and mental health.

Brie founded Snag Tights in 2017 after experiencing first hand the issues with the hosiery market. Tights are designed for a specific body type and you either fitted into that description or you were bound to wear uncomfortable garments. Solving that problem catapulted Snag Tights from 0 to £2.2 millions in sales in the first 2 years trading.. Before Snag Tights Brie co-founded and was CEO of a Facebook advertising agency called ForceTen Digital that at its peak employed 6 people before folding right after the Cambridge Analytica scandal. Prior to going down the entrepreneurship route she worked her way up at meal delivery company Diet Chef becoming CEO after starting from a Head of Marketing position. Her journey is a bumpy road and her honest recount offers a lot of insights for people wanting to improve their businesses. At the end of the interview we also discuss the idea of starting a business from scratch and what are the best possible steps to take to launch to market.

We talk business, endurance mountain biking and how breaking his back brought Braw Beard Oils to life. John and I found common ground in Punk-Rock music, something we both grew up on and a strong influence over the brand. We talk business strategies and how he built his company from the ground up. He rocked it without any investment and mostly alone with the help of his partner. Patience and elbow grease turned out to be the best of tools until a key moment: Fred Durst, Limp Bizkit frontman, endorsed Braw Beard publicly. Join me in discovering how simple moves, consistency and strong personality built a brand with a strong, dedicated customer base.

Larah's journey is one of the most exciting I ever heard. From starting as an entertainer on a Disney cruise ship to briefly finding herself living the high life in New York her story is a roller-coaster. Working hard to make it in the entertaining industry Larah supported herself working as a Bartender in an exclusive club in New York where she learned the rope of customer service, which came in handy years later. From acting to comedy we touch on the hardship of making people laugh and life in the industry.
Is not until an intense experience as documentarian go south that Larah embraces the idea of life in academia; a bad turn that blossoms into finally opening the bagel shop that Edinburgh was missing. You could possibly find Larah Bross in one of her shops or online here: https://brossbagels.com/[Twitter

It is from a tough mental health wobbles that Dan expands on how working on something fresh and anew helped him getting out of the rut.
